Totally trash, don't go there. They leave you for the interns.

It is rubbish and full of unprofessional staffs. I am from UK was on holiday in Addis and visit them on August 2018 to implantation and told them that I’m from abroad and only will stay here for three weeks one of the doctor he is Kenyan and lame, promised me to complete by three weeks for one teeth and asked me 30,000.00 Birr then I paid half of the money then they started and gave me appointment for only 2 days before my Flight then when I went there the Doctor told me that it is not ready then i asked him my Flight is after tomorrow then he said he need another four days to complete then I’m very upset and asked him refund he told me they can’t refund the money. Then I had no time to go to the court. They take my money damaged my teeth and I just back to UK. I just advise for everyone don’t go there if you go make sure to have a service before you pay. They are theft.

I lost two molar teeth because of them. The doctor dropped the needle on my mouth and I am still afraid of to go to other dental clinic. Very painful experience 😖

My Mother got her upper front teeth done in this clinic, it was a bridge that cost around 75,000 birr and it ended up falling off while eating her lunch after exactly 5 months . The bridge didn’t fit her gum at all , it’s big ,pushed her lip , and not convenient to clean as well. She was mistreated in the clinic , which is not ethical at all. And she just wasted her money! We are so disappointed because it’s unprofessional. We don’t recommend this place.

This place is one of the worst dental clinics in Addis. I had my braces there and it has been 6 years since. pretty much ruined my teeth because of lack of follow up. They're unprofessional with no experience at all. I would definitely advise anyone not to go there for any dental problem. It's terrible from the receptionists to the dentists.

The worst dental clinic, i have ever seen. They will keep you wait for a couple of hours to see incapable doctors and poor treatment. I don’t want to come again.

I have been there 2 months before and it is totally bad experience focused on money 💰 🤑 and also the machine they are using to old medical equipment 👎👎👎👎

I had the most disappointing experience at this dental clinic. The level of unprofessionalism from both the doctors and nurses is shocking. From the way they communicate with each other to the poor quality of their work, everything about this place is unacceptable. What’s even worse is their focus on billing rather than patient care. They seem more interested in giving you an inflated bill than actually providing quality treatment. Today, I witnessed something truly alarming—a patient was given anesthesia, only to be told afterward that the necessary equipment wasn’t available for the procedure. This level of negligence is beyond unacceptable; it’s dangerous. A clinic operating this irresponsibly should not be allowed to continue. I strongly believe they should be investigated and have their license revoked. Avoid this place at all costs!

This dental clinic is one of the worst place. Because they do not respect a patient. and they don't take care of their patients. They don't hold their patient politely. and they do not care of their patients filling better. They wants a money from their patients. If the patient feel hart while they are threat by dentist they will cry and shout. And while they are crying and shouting by feeling hart the dentist will not persuate their patient.and they are yell to their patient.and they tells a bad word. Their braces will not fix immediately.and they ceramics is not good for me.

This clinic is expensive, over crowded, poor quality medical service and moreover money oriented. If u want just visit them only for simple dental cleaning & X-ray service, but don't go for other higher speciality dental service. They lack too much!
