I visited the museum in June 2023 and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The tour guide was incredible, offering deep insights into African history, philosophy, and culture. The museum is full of information and knowledge; it's a must-visit for anyone in Addis. I was very inspired by Dr. Rahel's work.

It was a very informative and enjoyable experience! The place has a beautiful design that tells a story on its own, even without its attractions. Our guide was very accommodating and friendly, and I'd recommend a visit if you're looking to learn about the rich culture and history of Africa.

A hidden gem in busy Addis. A very inspiring place. Take time to let the essence of the spirit of the site become part of you. I had a unique experience with my family. The museum deserves attention and success. We left it full of gratitude, conscious of our common roots and confident in a better world.

Excellent museum! A true gem that provides a learning experience the connects global African history and culture to ways of healing our world. The guide provided wonderful insight throughout the various sections. The owner was also very gracious and provided a warm and welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

As I went in I was greeted warmly by a young man and as we were talking Dr Rahel cheerfully joined the conversation . This is not my first time at Africa Unbound , I am part of the Museum’s community . The standard tour is a must have at least once . It is a well constructed and well thought out space that nudges as out of our bounds , to be unbound . Amen to that !

Please don’t go there , this isn’t a museum of any kind. They don’t have backing and proof to show their work and findings into the narrative that’s present.

Excellent outdoor for Professional Events I recently attended a panel discussion on careers and job readiness at the Unbound African Museum and was very impressed. The museum provided a clean, peaceful, and well-equipped space that was perfect for the event. The staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the Unbound African Museum as a venue for professional discussions and events.

1.200 ETB entrance, therefore the guide reads for you everything from the panels on display. There are only panels on display. It's rather a mission than a museum. I certainly can't recommend.
