Pet Parlor comes to cut my cat’s nails. It’s so nice to have a professional do it ( since I stink at it) and not have to take my shy cat somewhere and stress her ( and me) out. The employees are all always friendly and so good with her. In and out so quickly. Highly recommend!

I couldn't ask for a better group of people to care for my beloved cats when I travel. They treat my cats as their own and I can see it because I've been home when they've been there (because of my leaving late or arriving early), and the cats are clearly comfortable with and like being by them. They provide updates after each visit with details and pictures, which not only brighten my day, but make me feel confident that my pets are being well taken care of and are safe. They truly care about my pets and and their overall well-being. I appreciate them so much and can't thank them enough.

We have used The Pet Parlor services for many years now, and I honestly don't know what we would do without them. Cleo, my little tuxedo girl, is a little picky, she doesn't like all humans, but she absolutely loves Pat and her staff and that tells you something. I'd give ten stars if I could. They provide the best pet care in Northwest Indiana!! 😻❤️

I absolutely love the way I’m able to make an appointment with their app and pay. I like the fact that I have an appointment time and I can drop my dog off and know immediately when my dog is ready. I do not have to worry about my dog spending long periods of time in a cage waiting. Most of all I feel, they treat my dog with love.

Pet Parlor services will not disappoint. Our dog does not eat well when we are not home. The staff at Pet Parlor worked some kind of magic and got her to eat like a champ! Their visit reports are a bonus and gave us comfort knowing our doggo was well cared for. A+ service.

Pat and company do a WONDERFUL job of taking care of our furbabies (4 dogs and one cat) when we go out of town. The critters seem very happy when we're gone, although their eyes in the photos the sitters send tell us to "come back - we miss you!". Thanks Pat for GREAT service!

Pat & Sylvia were wonderful! My husband & I were out for a little less than a week and were worried about our fur baby being at home without us. Our cat is just over a year old and very attached to us and he'd never been away from us for that long. I'm so grateful I found Pet Parlor. They sent photos everyday (and even a video one day), played with him, and we could see our cat warmed up to them very quickly. When we came back, everything was in order and our boy was very happy.
