I stopped in the DeKalb location looking for a certain pair of work shoes for my husband. Katie was extremely helpful and went in search of the shoes at other locations as DeKalb was out. She found the shoes and they will be shipped. Katie was so friendly and helpful! I will stop in and buy shoes from her as customer service ranks #1 in my book! I will certainly hope she is working the next time I stop in. Katie, thank you for the best service ever!!!

Unbelievable experience with the "manager". Tried to exchange shoes with broken lace. He called me a liar and said that I must have done it. I've never been spoken to like that I'm my life. Enjoy your chat with your corporate office since I already called them. Never shop at this location!

All the sales girls were extremely helpful. They helped me find my grandson snow boots and sneakers on the 1st pair of each he tried on! He tan around the store with the boots & then the sneakers...He was so happy & so was grandma. They even helped me with a coupon. First time in there...but definitely not the last! Ty ladies in Sycamore!

going to admit we went to 3 other well known shoe stores much closer to home to no avail. until tonite we've never heard of this place 40 mins from home. They showed the shoe in stock online. we called and they had what we were chasing all day! the gentleman employee was a breath of fresh air compared to the other places who looked at me like I had a horn growing out of my forehead when I asked for K-Swiss.the shoe sensation verified they had them and held them for us! he even got a stain out of my fairly new Nike's! My point is because of this guys incredible work ethic and kindness we will check here first! its nice to actually go somewhere where the employees actually know something and provide great customer service! thank you!

The shift manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The store was also clean and neat. Finally I found exactly the shoes I needed due to the large wide shoe selection. Highly recommend and I will be back.

I went in there a few weeks ago not to buy anything but only because I needed leftover shoe boxes for me to store papers in. The girls there were incredibly helpful to me even though I was not a paying customer. I got some nice boxes out of it and I think if they treat non-paying customers this well I could imagine how well they would treat a paying customer. Excellent service!

Hands down the BEST shoe store! After first going to Famous Footwear and receiving awful customer service, we decided to come here. The gentleman and young lady who helped us were just phenomenal. The selection was second to none and the prices were unbeatable. We walked out with four new pairs of shoes.

I have size 11 feet so finding shoes is not easy for me. The sales clerk took the time to look in the back and help me come up with solutions so I was able to have shoes to substitute teach in that were professional yet comfortable.

I went in Saturday and found a variety of shoes in my size. I wear a women's size 11 wide or a man's size 10. I can't go into very many shoe stores as they won't have my size. Also I find sales people very rude and not very helpful. I walked into Shoe Sensation and was greeted by a sales person named Katie that couldn't be anymore helpful. She made my day and was so helpful. I walked out with a pair of shoes as did my son who wears a size 15 EEE.

Great sale, buy one get one free boots. So I got a couple of cute pairs!! Manager was friendly and helpful!
