Got 4 gorgeous plants during one of their plant sales in April. Love my new babies! Just a heads up when visiting during sales, it can get extremely crowded and there may be a long wait for them to package your plants and bring them to your car. Overall, lovely plant shop that I’ve purchased from several times. They have unique pots for sale and will even repot your plants for you. All of the plants I’ve purchased have held up nicely and are flourishing.

I ordered online after seeing an ad about this shop on instagram. Unfortunately, the items were never delivered to me and when I contacted the seller Merl Kinzie about the situation, there were many hoops to jump through before she would even consider a refund. The email exchanges increasingly got more condescending and she kept repeating she could not "honor" a refund. Even after I was required to pay for insured shipping. I do not have the items I ordered or a refund as of writing this review. Dismal customer service.

Loved this place! Came with a friend for a workshop and had a session with the owner to build my own terrarium. The owner was so sweet and knowledgeable, she helped answer so many questions! The concept here is incredible - it's a studio in the back, but an adorable shop in the front. I spent quite a bit of time perusing the plants, pots, jewelry and more and left with some amazing finds!

I’ve enjoyed my time here! We bought a spider plant in December of 2020 and it’s grown tremendously over the past few years. Though I’m not necessarily there for the other stuff they sell, I can vouch for the plants being good quality & healthy. We’ve even gone back and picked up more over the years. Overall, it’s a decent shop

I LOVE everything in here, from the staff to apothecaries to the clothes to the plants. The staff is extra nice, knowledgeable, and friendly, I love it. This is how a local business is supposed to be - friendly and knowledgeable. (I hope the others will take a hint.) They have so many different things to choose from but my favorite is the plants. I will definitely be a frequent customer.

The ladies at shudio are some of the most helpful and friendly staff I've ever encountered. The plants offered at the shop are both the most unique and competitively prices in the area. The staff isn't afraid to steer you away from a plant if they don't think it'll do well in your house, even if it means they won't make a sale. They even offer soils, rocks, and pots at greta prices as well. My gf loves the clothes they have. Alot of their products from local artists. One of my favorite shops to visit.

This store is excellent in every way! The dresses and other items of clothing that are on show in this boutique are some of my absolute favorites. Everything is very pleasing to the eyes and completely satisfies my preferences in terms of fashion. This is the reason why it became my go-to shop. They feature a large selection of dresses in a variety of styles and price points. T he staffs? They are also friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. They really make sure that their customers are comfortable and constantly answer any queries that their customers have regarding the products that they sell. The last time I came here, I bought the dress that really caught my attention. It is such an elegant one and so classy. This shop deserve a five star. I will come back here for sure. Expect to see me here once more because I adore going shopping and purchasing pretty outfits.

I was in the south loop running errands and felt the urge for more plants, so I ended up at the shudio on my way back home. I was asked to step and wait outside, as they had reached covid capacity - happy to see they were taking health and safety precautions. They had a great selection of plants to choose from. I follow them on Instagram so I knew they had what I was looking for, and I was able to pick up another on my never ending list of “plants to get.” They also had some small home goods, jewelry, and used denim to browse through. Really nice space with helpful advice and care info. Highly recommend. Will stop by the next time I’m in the area.

I walk here when I’m stressed and I feel instantly better just browsing the knickknacks and chatting with the employees. If they sold coffee I would move in and work there all day. It’s a nice little oasis. They feature local Pilsen art pieces regularly and they do community events
