No complaints! The stay was great. Room was clean, front desk service was nice, location was good. Everything was very modern, nice small gym and pool. Thought the breakfast could be better but pretty standard for US continental.

What an amazing hotel!! 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this establishment and the team of staff. When in this area, we will not stay anywhere else. My wife and I were looking last minute for a place to stay, the staff: Jan at the front desk, Director of Sales Roseanne Eubanks, as well as the General Manager Julia Joiner, worked collaboratively to ensure my wife and I had great accommodations. I was extremely impressed with the warm welcome we received upon our arrival. The cleanliness of the hotel is first rate. They have comfortable outside seating and a pit fire to gather around. Inside, there are various inviting seating arrangements in the large lobby, along with fresh coffee. There is also a pool. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. P.S. I tried to talk the GM out of a homemade tamale...no luck, maybe next time. 😁

One of the cleanest hotels. Normally when I stay at Marriotts in small towns in the middle of no where they aren't held to high standards. They are normally old, and not as clean as they should be. But this hotel by far exceeded my standards. The room was not outdated, VERY CLEAN, and great staff! I used to be a Marriott Hskp manager so I tend to inspect the rooms I stay in.

Very clean rooms but not much space, but it's okay. Nice workers and hard working.

The service is very good here and the rooms are nice the only problem I have with this hotel is the water pressure in the shower. It is very slow. Otherwise everything else was good.

We were there for 3 weeks for a job and they took very good care of us. They made sure we were comfortable the whole time.

This is a really great hotel except their breakfast we are part of a team that works over nights and they say their breakfast hours are from 6a.m to 9a.m but they generally start putting stuff away earlier than that most days. then the front desk attendant was like what we got is what we got

Great hotel rooms were perfect staff was nice I stayed here for two weeks on a work trip and the fresh cookies they had in the evening made the stay very enjoyable

Wonderful place to stay, kitchenette type rooms, very clean, staff is so friendly and informative,here for work this trip, they made sure dry goods along with coffee was ready for us early risers for a breakfast,way before breakfast time. Hot breakfast severed at regular time. Awesome place to stay. Outdoor grills, outdoor firepit,all wonderful, indoor pool open till midnight, and self serve laundry facilities avaliable 24/7. You would not be disappointed if you stayed here, I wasn't!

Very nice suite👌 really enjoyed myself time there breakfast was good 👍 everything was close by store's and restaurants.

Me and my wife absolutely live it here. We have now stayed 3 separate occasions and loved every minute of it. The place is so clean the workers are so nice and it is the perfect place for a getaway.

Would have gotten 5 stars but the water doesn’t get very hot and if you want to work out you’re basically doing it in the lobby. Some coverings on the gym windows would be great.

Wow! We are driving through with our two kids and two dogs and we loved this place. The staff was outstanding, especially the lady working breakfast this morning! She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and checked on us frequently. The room was clean and updated, and we loved the patio area outside. The hotel is right off I-80 and is walkable to a ton of restaurants and shops. Lots of grass for the dogs, and a great view from our window. We are driving back through again soon and hope to stay here again.

I originally planned to only stay for two days, but since it was so comfortable and had a super cool dog friendly atmosphere, I stayed for two additional days. Every room here is unbelievably quite despite all the dogs here. There's a cool heated saltwater pool, nice exercise room, outdoor large gas bonfire. However, the best part here is their staff! Ashley w/red hair was always super helpful as well as a blond lady at the front desk. Vivian - an older lady was unbelievably perfect in making sure that everyone got what they needed for breakfast and made you feel like you were at home.

Every working staff is friendly and helpful! Breakfast is good. furniture and Kitchen is new and clean. When I lost credit card on the ground of hotel, Lisa, called me on time to save me from lots of trouble!

Fantastic place to stay! A lil bit more than the other Hotels in the area, but well worth it IMO. The staff were all super friendly and the continental breakfast was the awesome! At first I looked around and thought they didn't have hardly anything, but a staff member makes waffles etc and serves you and she made a huge plate for me:) My room was awesome! Small kitchen area w fridge. Super clean. I would def stay here again!

The front desk and breakfast staff were all great but unfortunately the room - although technically a studio/suite with a kitchenette - was super super tiny. And the room was a little rough around the edges - bathroom door was dirty etc. The shower drain also wasn’t working well / was backed up when I tried to shower. Not very pleasant.

Clean, very well equipped room, staff were very nice stayed at two other TPS on this trip and they seem to be a good chain overall, the winner for us.

Basic Marriott hotel.. All amenities that I needed, although shower pressure wasn't brilliant, but it was hot. Breakfast was very limited to packet muffins, waffles, cereal and yoghurt.

A great place for meetings! Roseanna and the entire staff have been so helpful during my visits. The meeting space is just the right size and has equipment available for presentations. I don’t give many good reviews haha! This place is a gem. Thanks for all the help!

The M&M cookie when you check-in is definitely a nice touch

This summer we have stayed in 16 hotels. None compare to the townePlace in Minooka. Carrie Blahut, guest services manager, was so friendly and Vivian who handled breakfast was so nice and helpful. The cleaning staff Sam and her assistant were so friendly and our room was immaculate. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. We stayed a week and will return. Again this was the friendliest and cleanest hotel ever. Thank you all

The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms and facilities are clean. Connected rooms are available as well. Highly recommend.

Where do I start?? TownePlace Suites in Minooka became my second home for almost a year. Throughout my stay I got the pleasure of getting to know all the wonderful staff. Julia, Roseanna, and Carrie were very professional and exceeded my expectations of a extended stay hotel. If I am ever back in the area I wouldn’t think twice about staying there again. Thank you guys!!

Exactly what you want in a hotel. Clean, safe, friendly staff, fair prices, good breakfast with choices, large up-to-date rooms. Wish I had a reason to stay in Minooka again.
