I’ve been coming here since it opened for bike apparel, accessories, and repairs. When it was finally time to get a serious bike and stop killing myself on my tiny garage sale mountain bike, and the old 80s Trek road bike I inherited from my dad I came here. The employees are very knowledgeable and passionate about cycling. They will take the time to fit you on the right bike. I purchased a Trek Verve 3 after trying several models and I am very happy with it. I’m so glad we have a full service bike shop in a town this size. Love this place.

Marti did an excellent job helping my son and I find the perfect bike. He was a good listener and answered all of my questions. It's so nice to know my son who has autism will be able to ride a bike with us as a family with his new Fat Wheels that Marti is going to put on my son's bike. I also have had multiple surgeries and was in a recent car accident, making most bikes extremely uncomfortable to sit on. He helped me find the exact bike I found online and allowed me to ride it, ensuring it was comfortable to meet my needs. We are so happy with our purchases.

I drove from the SW suburbs to this shop in my home town when it was time for a new bike . Marty was super helpful in selecting and equipping my new Trek FX Sport 5. Great bike shop with great people!

Recently moved to the area and wanted to have something to do as a family a couple times a week. My husband and I have been wanting to get bikes and decided to check out Tern of the Wheel. We definitely were not disappointed in their service or the bikes. Marty did a great job asking questions to get an idea of what we were looking for. He brought out each level of bike starting from the comfort level up to fitness level and we were able to test drive them to get a feel for what bike we liked best. Marty was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job explaining each bike to us and what they had to offer. All in all my husband and I went with Hybrid Treks and we absolutely love them. They are very comfortable and they can really catch some speed too, which is a lot of fun. Excited to see what adventures we end up taking them on in the future.

Went into the shop to browse the bike selection and was super impressed by the kindness, knowledge and professionalism. They ordered my bike that day and it was assembled perfectly the following day. I couldn’t be happier with the quality. I would definitely recommend Tern of the Wheel.

Great bicycle shop!! Needed some emergency work done on my bike ASAP as we are cycling across the country. This place was responsive on short notice. Good time talking to the owners and technician, who explained all he had done. My bike looks and rides great again. They even fixed my zip-tie repaired front rack.

They got my repair done super fast and helped me understand what needed to be fixed. Also super friendly people.

Very legit shop, I had to call about 5 shops to find out about the parts I needed and unfortunately nowhere could help me not at a reasonable price went in to this shop and not only was I helped I got everything I was looking for for at least $100 cheaper than anywhere else. Great products and top notch service I highly recommend

Just as they were when I'd brought my road bike in for a tune-up about a year or so back, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and gladly informed me on the finer details of bikes when I came in to explore addon options for my ride. Very much recommended!

I've always enjoyed this Trek bike shop. Steve, Marty, Terry and others whom I've met from time to time, have always been helpful, knowledgeable and often humorous. Those of us in this community are fortunate to have such talented bike fixer-uppers nearby.

took my bike to tern of the wheel to get my rear brake fixed. they called me days later and told me that they could not fix it there was an error code on the computer the bike was all greasy around the back tire and to replace the back tire would take trying to fit the brake cable in the frame under the battery would not fix it. Charged me 10 dollars and unhooked the brake cable witch in turn sent an error report to bike computer. I didn't have time to fix it myself so we put off our trip. Ordered the parts online from manufacturer took a few days i took 5 screws out from under battery and installed new cable hooked it up to the brake works great. so if you want your bike fixed make sure it is not oily
