Not sure who is making these stories up. I have been in this store a few times a month with family members with disabilities and we have been treated with so much respect, asking with a lot of consideration with my siblings, what he wanted especially an employee named Ashley she is an amazing employee for Game Stop. So please stop posting these rediculous accusations.

Was helpful and accommodating when trying to purchase difficult to find items at xmas. There was an issue with our credit card and the woman didnt act annoyed at all even though I do believe we were holding up the line. She was in fact very friendly!

I called to ask a question about the Funko Pop Vinyl figures and the guy who answered the phone was very rude to me and really didn't seem like he wanted to be there dealing with customers! Don't recommend you go here.

They tried to sell my an opened used game with smudges, scratches, and fingerprints. Told me it was store policy even tho I bought a new game and they didn't even use store policy by showing me the disc or informing me as well as reselling the opening with tape. I was unhappy about it so make sure you follow procedures so others won't be either!

I came in today, October 4 1:50pm purchased two games and two pop collectibles. I came home to play the games but I couldn’t the sales person Giallo Gave me two of the same games one with no CD game inside and one with the game both similar covers so I had to go all the way back. Get my game in a 30 minute drive to get my correct game salesman Diallo did not give me an apology for driving 30 minutes back. His coworker was the one apologizing when he didn’t had to not coming back here Diallo may mess up my day again and I’m not looking forward for that..

Don't preorder here if you want a midnight release. 9/10 times they won't do one, while your friends that reserved at an actually good GS will be playing before you. Better off taking your chances at Pulaski and 51st

The staff here was very rude, staff's here makes up their own rules about returning items, One employee was telling me about returning and than the only employee over heard and said something totally different, So idk I was super confused on that whole situation. The last time I was there a another employee was telling me something different about returning items and said if they aren't working here right now than that doesn't apply..

It's good to still have a GameStop in the area even though the Prices can be a *bit* dodgy. The staff on hand the day I went in were helpful and friendly. Doesn't seem as bad as it once was before.

The manager Adriana has always so kind and helpful whether it's midnight at the Black Friday or it's a pre-launch for Grand Theft Auto V she would always handle the situation in a correct manner and because of her service I choose to go to this game stop over all GameStops around my area just for the service that they provide I can't save for the other employees due to them switching all the time but I do know that the manager Adriana has always been professional kind and above all else a gamer herself

Closing time for today supposed to been 9pm I called before hand I’m outside knocking on door and employees are just staring at me it’s not a restock time or nothing when I called I let them know I was already enroute

Love getting my games and accessories here, the people are chill and I come here every Black Friday they got the best deals for gaming Systems.

They have a little of everything and the workers are very knowledable. Do rexommend for quick to gaming needs.

Yesterday I got a pre owned xbox one for my son.. when I got home and got ready to set up everything for him I opened the box and couldn't believe what I saw in my box.. I videoed my wife and showed her and she was lost for words.. I tested it to see if it was gonna cut on it didnt even cut on...I understand pre owned certified refurbished will have slight wear and tear but the condition of that console I received was unacceptable and is not what my wife's nor my money paid for I will be asking for a full refund and taking my money elsewhere

My son’s dad and I have been going to this GameStop lately for cards. -I don’t know their names but the 2 young people that have been helping us definitely add on to the experience with their excellent customer service.
