    This happened during grooming and it was bleeding slightly when I came home, looks worse now. I understand mistakes happen, but they didn't even acknowledge it.

    I wanted to buy Beta fish for my daughter. We went there during weekend and we saw a lot of beautiful betas swiming in those way too small containers. They looked happy but still something was not right. We did not buy any fish because our water in aquarium was under preparation so we decided to go back on Monday. Guess what - a lot of betas were still there not swimming, not moving, dead. I felt bad. My daughter asked me also why those little fishes do not swim. I had to give her an answer I really did not like. I approached a lady at the front (the only one in the store) and told her that something is wrong. She went and saw herself that those small creatures are not moving. She said: Sorry, somebody will clean it. Really? Professional pet store should not keep those poor little fish like that and sell it like a tent or towel. Maybe I am not the best fish keeper but this was just traumatic experience for me and my daughter. Fish or hamster, or parrot deserve respect especially at s store like that. Horrible! Shame on you!

    I come here a lot ! I love the service and everything in the store is easy to find and very clean. But the main reason why I like to make this review is to let the company know how lucky they are to have a friendly and so committed to hes job , NATE! , we are new parents to our boy Max and we where exploring what food is best for him and what other essentials we can use (most buy the salmon oil) and Nate came to the rescue. But he actually educated us more about the different services and benefits that Petco can give max. He show me the rewards program, I save so much money and the different plans petco offer's for max. For her health and hygiene and how much money I can easily be saving! Nate makes petco a 5 start and the always friendly staff in petco too!

    Two separate occasions I took my 6 year old son to buy replacement fish for his 40 gallon aquarium at home and the staff wouldn't sell him the fish he wanted. The first instance, a younger woman, was trying to explain tank side to fish ratio to us and said we couldn't get the minnows (in the feeder fish section) for the tank size we had at home. I wasn't in the mood for argument, so we left. The second occasion, three days ago, my son picked out 3 glo fish while we waited for someone to help us. Again, we were given a fish tank size to fish quantity lecture. This time by an employee named Joe. It was ridiculous. He had zero knowledge of my son's project aquarium at home and just assumed the tank wasn't large enough for the fish my son wanted for his tank. My son is on the spectrum and getting him into a store is hard enough. He had his fish picked out for his 40 gallon aquarium and was excited. When this employee said no, my son walked away crying. If you aren't going to sell your fish, then put a sign up. This entire store insulted my son by this single employees blatant disrespect and judgment towards us. We will not be shopping here again and I will be contacting corporate. Joe, you should be ashamed of yourself. A******

    Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service from Trinity, the so called night manager. Do NOT recommend this location especially if you’re going after sundown. Zero stars.

    I came in to get cat food recommendations to increase and maintain my cat's weight. The store associate, Ramiro, was very very helpful and helped us out for 15 minutes, answering all our questions and recommending the very best products for our cats. Would 100% go again. This place is very very friendly!!!

    I just wanna share a good experience I had with a young man named Phil,I came in looking for information on shots for a new 9wk kitten he answered every question i threw at him with really great advice I call that amaZing customer service and really being good about knowing his job and information provided was above and beyond I think Phil should be recognized for his exceptional customer service and he was super knowledgeable of everything all the store products even explaining how there hospital there works

    They were able to get my dog in for a nail trim. I didn't have access to my dog's vet records so they were kind enough to call the vet.

    Been coming here for 8 years now for grooming and vaccinations, and I love it they’re really nice with my dog Lily especially when she gets the shakes. They always leave her pretty and always add bows to her hair.

    Nothing but pleased with the groomers and the way they treated my dog. Called into the vet and spoke with Jackson. Very polite and helpful I will continue to bring my new puppy there

    Took my pup in for a nail trim as website said such drop-ins welcome. They were able to do as advertised. The groomers were friendly, polite & knowledgeable. Store was clean & well organized & included a cleanup station for any pup “accidents”. My only negative was an unexpected $0.99 “materials fee”.

    Every time I go in there the lizards cages are either too cold way too hot not close to being humid enough or a mix of these problems take care of your animals so people buy them they are so low maintenance it’s not that hard to just care for them correctly maybe you wouldn’t have so many die or get sick if they were just cared for the correct way this goes for all of the animals you have idc if it’s a chain pet store just be decent to these animals

    Been coming here for years for grooming and vaccination services and always on point. It's either you show up on time and get attended or show up late and skipped. Go on write a bad review for your poor decisions cause you had options.

    So from someone who has multiple fish tanks this store is the only local fish store I know that carries discus, the aquatic specialist Stacy literally takes care and pride of the fish in her department. Also I didn’t catch the cashiers name that helped me today short hair with the piercings also mentioned that the staff at this location especially look after all the animals with personal care; it totally shows will totally recommend to any pet/ fish owner

    Petco as a company has done better than past years. They have vital care, which I am a member. good benefits for having it. we have a lot of pets (4 dogs, 2 cats, a rabbit, 3 large aquariums and an indoor pond in the basement). Save a lot of money with vital care discounts. This store is the closest to my house. The store is pretty big with a large variety of pet products and looks great. My issues are with the staff. I went there a couple of times to get fish and it took a long time for someone to come help. Today was the last time I'll go to that location. I placed an order for dog food for pick up, it showed it was in stock. The price for the dog food was $85 with discounts from vital care and discount for us picking it up at the store it came up to $64. When I get to the store to pick up I received an email that my order was canceled because the dog food was not in stock anymore, I was ok with that. One of the managers came and explained to me what happened and walked away, I asked the cashier if they can call another petco close by to see if they had any in stock, I think that cashier was new so she asked another older lady there if they could get a hold of another store and immediately she had an attitude she said sorry we don't have any other stores numners to call and I asked how is that possible. This lady was not there from the beginning and she didn't know we placed the order online. She goes on to tell me you should check on the app and see if its available at another store with an attitude, I told her I did place an online order with this store saying it was available and it's not that was the only reason I asked if they can call. Really bad experience in this store.

    Out of stock of the cat food our cats need to eat. When I asked for additional stock they said maybe a truck would arrive tonight. Update 03/13/23: disappointed again! This time they sell every single cat and dog food on earth except Royal Canin Calm.

    This store is very clean. Everyone is friendly. I just wish there were more associates walking around to help us, not just the cashiers. I have found what I'm looking for because I have shopped there before. But every visit can be different and at times we need help finding new things. I don't leave negative reviews because of not having enough associates. I leave them when I get bad customer service and I've always received great customer service at the cashiers. Just wished there were more on the floor. But overall I love this store.

    Just had a horrible experience at this store. I have not been to a Petco in a long time and after today, I will not be going back. Thank you to the Mr. Know-it-All at the register who was completely useless and with a side smirk and a head nod, told us he couldn’t help us. Spending the amount of money we did on a single product and not being able to tell us what the company did about the product, we called when we got home, and acting like WE were the ones doing something wrong and suggesting we buy MORE to make sure the new item doesn’t break, is really concerning. Thanks for not helping, for having us leave the store frustrated and with no solutions other than to BUY MORE. Glad you care about your customer retention.

    This is my go to location for grooming. I've tried others and was just not satisfied with my dog's groom. My dog has seen multiple groomers at this location because I never request a specific one. But I have not found one groomer that I didn't like! No matter who's taking on the job, my dog is clean, fresh and happy as can be. It's nice to know I can trust any groomer at this location to take great care of my dog and communicate any issues or concerns. Highly recommend.

    Nobody every greets you, helps you because their is never any staff on the floor. I just feel like I shop and leave once someone gets to the register. This is my primary location so the stock is great but I don’t care for the employees. Even the groomers are kind of rude and show no interest.

    Last 2 grooming appointments booked a month in advance have been canceled the same day of the appointment, yet they request a 24 hour notice of cancellation and send you about 3-5 reminders to be at your scheduled appointment on time. No respect for clients time. It takes a lot to move around your schedule to meet the grooming schedule to begin with. Will no longer be using their groom services nor will I be shopping here any longer for my pets. I tip very generously and we purchase a new toy every visit, this cancellation was the last attempt with this location. I understand groomers are people and can get sick, etc, but this has become a pattern and it’s unprofessional.

    Inattentive workers besides when to tell you how to interact with their pets on sale. Was looking for a worker to help with animal food but all workers were ignoring eye contact and would walk the opposite way. Very rude brunette with glasses in the store. Put my items down and left - a lot of these stores are closing as is, maybe try to not add your store to that list. Boxes for donations all over the store, especially in the walking spaces.

    Nate is the best employee there is! He goes above and beyond to make sure I am helped and has answered several questions for me each time I visited. As a first time dog owner, I am so grateful to feel so comfortable asking questions, getting help, and meeting new people at a pet store! Thank you so much!

    They have this vital care which appears to be a great deal. However before they rolled it out they should’ve given some training on it to the employees AND the managers! Nobody seem to ever know what they’re doing and what should be a 5 minute visit turns out to be 30 minutes every time. Every time!! Extremely frustrating especially when I’m there with my dogs!

    On the door it says the store is open Tuesdays at 8am for elderly and those who are at high risk. I walked up to the door 5min before 8 waiting for them to open and the girl inside opened the door and told me they open at 9, and were only open to grooming then proceeded to close the door and walk away. Did not ask me if I was at high risk just assumed I wasn’t. Great customer service.

But the older woman in the front with black hair and grey roots has the worst patience and customer service ever it’s unbelievable! She is friendly at first but the moment you ask for help she is the complete opposite. I felt so bad when I heard a gentleman try and redeem a reward on his phone and she raised her voice when it didn’t work like it was his fault. It was about time I wrote this review, she is just a bad representation of your company and the experience was just so bad. I’ll try to avoid of having her as my cashier next time for sure. The other staff member at the front had long brown hair and she was very helpful and patient!

    you guys always seem to be out of my dogfood. Purina pro plan, so i need to go elsewhere thank goodness there is a pet supplies plus nearby. but since it is on my way home from work it makes it very convenient to stop by so i defiantly will be returning
