This is the best pet store i ever been to. As soon as you walk in you are being greeted and helped by someone. The variety of food is amazing and its all of the best quality you can think of. They are great at explaining any questions you have. The lady that washed my kitten was the nicest and very gentle with him. This is definitely not the last time i will be coming here! I recommend this place to anyone with pets! Literally any kind of pet you have they have the food and toys for!! I love this place so much, im so happy i live right next to it! It looks small but once you go inside its huge!! Ive never written a review for any place but this one really means a lot to me! the people there are the sweetest. Zero (my kitty) had an amazing time here!

Just so happened to google a pet store near me and this one was right around the corner from my house! I needed some last minute birthday treats for my dog and the lady working there was so helpful and friendly. Very cute store. Very clean and organized. I was excited to sign up for their rewards program and support this smaller business. Highly recommend!!!

Went into Pet Paradise and it is the cutest pet store ever. They had everything I would need and more. The staff was very friendly and informative. The prices were very affordable. I found a new place for my Zoey to get the cutest little outfits and good quality fresh food. Highly recommend it.

So glad to have a pet supermarket near me! My dog just had a couple of tooth extractions and I needed soft wet food for him to eat. I was greeted right away and asked if I needed any help. He asked me if my dog had any allergies and if my dog was a picky eater just so he knew what dog food to recommend for my dog. The staff was super helpful and helped me pick the right wet food for my dog! I absolutely love how caring and knowledgeable the staff is! I no longer need to drive 30 minutes out to shop at a petco/petsmart when I’d rather drive 5 minutes to this hidden gem. You gained a new customer and I’ll definitely be shopping here for now on and recommend family and friends to come.

10/10 Would recommend to go. Employees help you out with anything if possible. They will usually recommend what is best to feed your dog or cat. The pet wash station has all the things you need. Inside the store is really clean and organized.

updated 4/23/22 rescued a dog from a not so great situation. he was severely matted and more than likely never even had a bath/brush before. the grooming took two separate days but evelyn was so patient and kind throughout the whole thing. appreciate her hard work in making sure romulus was knot free and ready for his new life. nico, evelyn and the team are awesome. thank you for everything! photos: before haircut / after second haircut getting probably his first ever bath / after the second haircut / 3 days after the haircut. wide variety of dog food along w/ small animal + cat products. glad to have this store in the neighborhood where i can get all my pet items at one store. great staff who are always welcoming and helpful. prices aren’t bad at all. support small businesses.

I was passing by the store and figured I stop in since I was getting a little low on pet food. Right when I walked in the door I was immediately asked if I needed help finding anything. Nikko was very helpful! Although the store did not have the food I was looking for he went above and beyond helping me find alternatives for my cat with special dietary needs. He recommended products, read the ingredient labels if he was not 100% sure, and even tried reaching out to his suppliers to try to get the food I was looking for. After I found some products to try out Nikko even spent some time talking about his own pets. You can tell he took pride in not only his pets, but his job. Being a smaller store (compared to places like Petco) I expected slightly higher prices, but the pricing was very competitive! (And I think you get more for your money given the amazing customer service). They offered a variety of products... Cat food, cat litter, cat toys, dog food, dog toys, dog/cat clothes, some small animal items (hamster wheels), and some aquarium items. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this store. It is organized, clean, has great customer service, and competitive prices. My cat was a very happy customer! He could not wait to see what I came home with. I will be back! Thank you!

First of all, everyone there is so nice and welcomed me right away. I forgot her name but she helped put my stuff in my car because I had my daughter with me. I love her energy! Nico helped me out with questions I had about my cat, especially about what food I could give him. He gave me some food samples for my cat to try out. He is very informative, friendly, and cute! Lol I’ll definitely be coming back for more supplies :)

Brought my puppy dog Spark here for the first time since we adopted him from an animal shelter recently, honestly best experience I've had and I don't usually write reviews. Knowledgable friendly people, amazing pet supplies even the food brand he eats! They treated my dog with kindness and so much love and affection. He was super happy afterwards, jumping around everywhere, got a special treat, and smelled and looked amazing! Big shout out and thank you! I will be coming here for his grooming from now on and any pet supplies/food he needs. Much love ❤️ everyone should go here for their pets! 🤙⚡️

I decided to stop by the store while waiting to pick up the gf from O’hare. I have her little doggy with, so i decided to give it a bath. I’ve actually never washed a dog before and was nervous because the little one is technically not mine but the manager on hand was very helpful and walked me through the entire process coaching me up the whole way. Even offered an in-store towel to use. I was very grateful for that and now i feel much more comfortable and confident for the next time. The price to wash was very reasonable also. Thanks again for helping me out and i recommend this place for their other services and products too.

Pet Paradise is the absolute BEST!!!! Our puppy loves going to visit, she gets a beautiful grooming, delicious food/treats and so much love from the team there!! They truly care about you and your pet by taking time to get to know you. They are all so knowledgeable, patient and extremely kind- I always leave with a little more information on her food and what we can do at home to help her grow. I initially found this place because I was looking for clothing for my little pittie and they were close by. I was greeted with friendly, knowledgeable people who clearly have a love and passion for dogs and animals of all kinds. They gave me a great recommendation for food that was not only healthier than the current choice, it was cheaper as well. They even gave my doggy some treats to sample! They were very nice and helped me to find a sweater that fit her nicely and she loves it to this day. They also have wonderful doggy baked treats, like cupcakes, that are made in-house. My dog goes absolutely bonkers for them. I will definitely be coming here for their grooming services as well.

I can not say enough great things about this place! The owners always provide outstanding customer service and personable treatment as if we are part of the family. I buy all of my babies needs here.

I went I. And asked about live mice they said they had to order them and they would be there the next day. They took my # and said they would call me when they arrived. I waited the whole day no call. I called towards the end of the day and they told me the place didn't have any. Soooo, you don't bother to call me and let me know? Besides that their prices are no lower than the other stores. They have the same or higher prices. It's a very small shop. I didn't buy anything g when I went because even a simple cat toy was outrageous. Good luck to whomever runs it. I go to coral reef. Much better prices except the dog food. You seem to have missed the point, I understand if the distributor was out, it's the customer service that I talked about " the NO CALL TO LET ME KNOW. By the time I called your store it was late to go elsewhere. You don't just forget the customer.

Horrible awful experience i had there. My dog and i were walking past the store and we saw the automatic wash tub. I went in to inquire about how it works, because i wanted to get my dog a bath (my regular grooming place didn't have any openings for awhile). But when i went in the Pet Paradise in Franklin Park, and inquired about the wash tub, a lady named Evelyn, was explaining it and took it upon herself to start washing my dog, well apparently there was BLEACH in the water line that she didn't clear out first and my dog's whole body got bleached, and now is a year later and the bleach is still on my precious dog's coat, and her eyelashes got bleached and the color of her eyelashes after the bleach, they did not grow out to return to normal, and now is a year later. The bleach on her whole body has not washed out but is slowly coming out when dog sheds but it is a year later and my dog's coat is still discolored. None of the eyelashes returned to normal. I did rush my dog to the vet right away to be examined to check her vision and everything else. i don't know if the bleach had permanently scarred her vision or not. This is an awful place, and should be shut down. I will never go back there. Donna

Whatever concerns we have about our pet's food he tries his best to accommodate and offer solutions . Don't feel afraid to ask questions because they have answers

Went in to self washy large dog. When I got there the groomer was using the self wash room for an older dog who can't stand long enough for his Grooming. I was allowed to bath my dog in the groomers room. But, one of the dies working there said she would help. She ended up bathing my dog with little help from me and my husband. They are amazing there. So good with my dog who normally doesn't take to other people. I have now decided I will be taking my dog here more often for baths and twice a year for his shedding baths.

This small business has everything you need for your beloved pets. I brought my dog in to get groomed (cash only btw!). I am so pleased with the results! He looks handsome & so happy. They noticed my dog has stomach issues & offered up a few samples to ease his tummy. I will be back soon for their grooming services & to buy my dog's food.

I highly recommend this shop! We just moved to the neighborhood from Chicago and didn't want to drive back to the city every time our dogs needed grooming... I was so thankful to discover this little gem right in our neighborhood! Bought a couple of treats yesterday and felt so comforted and welcomed by everyone that I made grooming appointments for my dogs! I have a beagle and an English Shepherd who can get quite anxious so I get really nervous anytime they have to go somewhere new. I can honestly say that I didn't have those feelings this time and that it was clear to me that my dogs had a nice time there! They both got baths and the shepherd got a nice trimming done. I am extremely pleased with the work and am glad to have found my new pet shop so close to home! Definitely go here for all of your pet needs!

We are in love with this store. They have great knowledged in all there products. We first went to them to check it out and ended up finding out why our fur baby wouldn't eat her food. Since that day we have become a loyal customer. We have even tried the goat milk they recommended and our dog absolutely loves it. We have also been her shampoo and clippers from here and have had great results. I was also very pleased that they had paw wax to protect her paws in all weather. I have also left a review on their Facebook page along with a picture of our fur baby.

From pet food to clothing, this shop has a great selection of products. On top of that, the owners are lovely, who make their customer welcome! Can’t wait to visit when I’m back in town :)

We have recently acquired a dog from my oldest daughter. She has a newborn baby and could not juggle her two dogs and two kids. Lenny, her Silver Labrador Retriever is now living with us. He is family. Pet Paradise is also now our extended family. Javier the owner his Wife and Daughter made us feel right at home. Lenny got his first in house bath which was an awesome experience. Javier jumped right in and taught me how to wash him the correct way. Listened to my concerns about Lenny’s new lifestyle moving forward and offered his help in any way to achieve a healthy life for Lenny. Treats his customers like family for sure. We will now be shopping there and getting Lenny the maintenance care he needs year round. I’m so glad my Daughter and I stopped in there. Going back today to get his birthday present for tomorrow. Lenny will be 3.

Owners and employees were super helpful! I just moved to the area and came in looking for dog food. They were helpful with finding something right for my dog while being conscious of my budget and ended up getting something healthier for him than what I was feeding while also paying less. They also had a ton of home cooked treats that my dog loved. Ended up getting my dogs nails trimmed as well. They were very accommodating with my dog who HATES having his paws touched, and the whole process was very quick and easy. I will definitely be a regular here going forward for anything my pets need in the future! They took the time to make sure I had what I needed and answered any questions I had. Overall great experience!
