The staff were very happy, friendly and cheerful. Assisted with helping my make the right decisions with regards to items I needed to purchase, did not try to upsell me, instead helped me save money. Spent a lot of time with me whilst I looked at the different kinds of leatherman they had (after my initial purchase) The lovely lady was patient in helping me choose the optimal one for my needs. Had a small water problem. Thaws fix it With easy. And refill a gas bottle as well. Great place to go. Lots of great camping and caravan stuff inside.

Incredible service. We were travelling with our pop top van and a huge gust of wind hit us, snapping our awning off the van. Jayco told us we had no chance of getting it fixed before Xmas. Darren fixed our awning and got us on the road the same day. He worked after hours to ensure we could stay in our van that night. We are incredibly grateful and can’t speak more highly of this business.

Served by a very happy and professional lady today. Needed a new door handle for the caravan and it was suggested that I just purchase the inside handle (a spare part) rather than buying the complete set. Saved me over $90 and was so impressed by the honesty and advice as to how to fit it and the issues I may have with installing (which I did) I spent some more $$ on other items. With good (great) service comes reward. THANK YOU for honest helpful advice in a world where most don’t give a dam. 100% recommended this business to all.

One of the Best Customer Service Experience we’ve ever had. Thank you!!!! Darren and Marie are wonderful people. Very kind, caring towards their customers and they certainly run a very customer focussed business. Marie calls you a “darl” and it is so warm to hear this old fashioned service and hospitality. We were passing through Port Pirie on our travels to Flinders Ranges and had issues with our Camec door handle. Was relieved to find all spares in stock at Northern Caravan & Camping so I bought a replacement handle and had a go at fitting it myself. 2 hours and I couldn’t get it to work. Called the shop and asked if someone could help. Marie said if I could bring the van around (2 mins drive from the CMCA park where we were staying) she will get Darren to fix it. Even offered to send Darren to the van if I could wait until the end of the day. We had to leave on the day so I decided to tow the van to Northern Caravan & Camping and Darren came around promptly with his screwdrivers and in less than 5 minutes had us on o ur way and didn’t charge us a dime. I ended up buying a few more spares to support this wonderful business. Darren and Marie’s business is Totally a credit to the Port Pirie area. Thank you!!

These people are second to none,we went in with hot water problems only to learn a lot about non Aussie equipment in a supposedly all Aussie made caravan.Darren,Marie and the young man working there spent many hours attempting to fix problem,when tech at domestic called they apparently were not helpful,Marie went out of her way to help,all to no avail,could not recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend for any caravan problems or items from their well stocked shop. They replaced our awning canvas and from out first contact to the canvas being fitted they were helpful and accommodating to our needs. We were travelling to Port Pirie and they offered to fit us in on the day we arrived or the day we were leaving to make it easier for us. Absolute hero's 💯
