I always receive impeccable service and advice at this store. The gorgeous blonde lady is so knowledgeable and also explains instructions really clearly, which I greatly appreciate. I love her sense of humour too. My hair has never looked so good!! Thank you.

Will not recommend this place to anyone who isn’t racist. The “blonde” many refer to does not like that you are not a local, it seems in her treatment she don’t like you to be here. Can’t say what exactly but you feel unwelcome and it is a first for me in Australia. I don’t like to be speak in another language by a person who obviously doesn’t speak that language AND when I did not said a word in that particular language, it is just racial profiling.

Rude, no greeting. No understanding of up to date techniques. Her hair was so dull, dirty and had quite alot of roots showing, it wasn't a root tap. Attitude shocking, no knowledge. Yes any polite knowledge, advice or help would of been good. .

All staff were lovelly. I came in with a mess and they made it beautiful, sleek and contemporary. I had a complete recolour, restyle and blow dry. Mario is an acceptional colorist who cuts and styles just as well. I live in Melbourne and frankly have not come across hairdressers that good. The attention to detail was amazing. I was pleasantly suprized. Will definitely use whenever in Adelaide. And would highly recommend especially to anyone who is from out of town who wants their hair done properly.

I saw good reviews so I went to try it but it seems I was wrong. The consultants are superficial and unenthusiastic. One of the staff there wasn't even paying attention when talking to me. Just talking doesn't work, so I don't think about getting my hair done here

Best customer service EVER. They always greet you and then let you walk around and look at all the products. Unlike some stores that just wont leave you alone. The team are always so friendly and very helpful :) Another plus is all the travel size products which means I can try new items.

rude lady with blonde crunchy hair, was asking for a certain product but she would cut me off constantly and say “not for you” with an annoyed face. like maybe take the time to make me understand why it’s not for me? instead of abruptly cutting me off.

Older man who works there was so disgustingly rude it left me speechless. Wouldn’t go back to buy a hair tie let alone get my hair done. If you’re going to work in an industry that involves talking to people, then learn how to be polite or at the bare minimum how not to be a complete prick; and that’s putting it nicely. Doesn’t cost to be kind.
