Unfortunately there is nothing good I can say about this hotel. The hotel staff and general cleanliness showed ZERO signs of Covid control. The staff were very unhelpful and various things in the room were not working. I was looking forward to leaving within 30 minutes of arriving. My honest advice is to look to stay somewhere else, I will not be going back.

Very good venue for wedding

Regrettably, a member of the staff displayed a moment of rudeness that slightly marred our stay. While it didn't overshadow the overall positive impression, it's essential for the impeccable service they strive for. With its serene surroundings and top-notch facilities, Relais Franciacorta Hotel remains an enchanting destination for a tranquil retreat amidst the vineyard-laden Italian countryside.

Great location, main buildings are beautiful but the rooms are really old fashioned and need a refurbishment. It’s really missing a fitness area and pool. Oh and bring mosquito spray.

No idea why they are 4 stars. Non functioning air conditioning. Staff does not speak English. Showers and bathrooms are faulty. Everything super outdated. Would never stay here again.

Great upscale hotel, all the staff were accommodating and rooms were interesting. Definitely recommend this place and will be back.
