I experienced the Miso Glazed Salmon -- Grilled Salmon, Asian mushrooms, Spinach, Cabbage, Garlic-ginger aromatics, with Miso glaze. 💋💕 Definitely going back for seconds!!

Came here for my first time it was not impressed. A little arrogant as I came in I requested a table they said I couldn’t sit there. They took me in the back where the seats and tables were uneven and dirty. I asked for a new table they gave one to me. So we order food and never get a refill, out of kids chopsticks and when we were packing up our to go dishes or appetizers still did not come to the table so I had them take it off the bill. Never got a refill on any drinks. And the food was OK. Every other Chinese restaurant in the area was rated higher than this one. Also different size proportions on some of the same dishes.

We snagged a reservation for two at 7:30 pm, but when we showed up at the restaurant, we had to wait for over 10 minutes in the chilly 49-degree weather. They seated us in a cold corner of the extended area until we complained a couple of times and finally got the heat turned on. We're both vegetarians and fans of their tofu dishes, so we ordered Ma Po tofu and Buddha's feast. To our surprise, they ran out of tofu for the Ma Po tofu and asked if we want to order something else. We went with eggplant, only to find out that the same tofu shortage applied to the other dish. When they brought us the Buddha's feast, it was lacking the tofu we were expecting and had just some broccoli and a few other veggies. To top it off, we were charged the full price for it. It's like paying for a meat dish without the meat. The food tasted good, but the overall experience left us pretty disappointed. We might take a break from this place for a while.

So I asked my family. Everyone enjoyed the food but one. One meal had a hair in it. The waiter took it back without question. The manager came over and apologized to us. Another plate was brought out. I appreciate the professionalism and swift action. Even with the incident, I still give them 5 stars because of the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. I will be back.

I came here for my Anniversary & made reservations beforehand of which, I had to confirm about three times before arrival. Just to arrive and be seated a booth that wasn't cleaned properly so, my first impression wasn't really good to be honest. But let me make my point very clear! The FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING! I ordered appetizers which included the Northern Style pork spare ribs ( AMAZING), Egg rolls ( Amazing), and an order of wantons and my taste buds were just getting warmed up for the delicious Mongolian Beef bowl and chicken Lo mein I ordered as well. This food was absolutely incredible and it totally made up for my bad impression I had upon entry. The food portions are even amazing as I had food leftover that STILL TASTES AMAZING REHEATED THE NEXT DAY! My server was very knowledgeable of menu items and very well mannered. I enjoyed being served by him and tipped him well. I ended my night with a CHANG'S Mai Tai which was also very flavorful with a taste that cannot be matched. I really wanted to give them 5 stars because my overall experience with the food was unforgettable. But the condition of the restaurant just needed a little more attention but I will definitely be eating here again very soon. This is THE BEST place that serves true Chinese American style cuisine most definitely.

Super busy night right before the new year and they were able to seat me without a reservation (it hadn’t even crossed my mind and I offered to come back a different day, but they squeezed me in). They were running low on menu items but still were able to get me what I was hoping for. The server was exceptionally nice, and I just had a very pleasant experience overall. Definitely plan on coming back!!

Server was amazing. She wouldn't serve me the orange chicken cuz it only had 3 pieces of chicken and made the chef make me another one. She was very helpful and friendly and offered appetizer suggestions. Orange chicken was very spicy.

The service was really good. We ordered calamari, dynamic shrimp, PF Chang Spicy Chicken and Chicken Pad Thai. They all arrived quickly and everything tasted amazing. The calamari was really good and the Pad Thai was one of the best that I had in a while. Really liked the spicy chicken and dynamic shrimp too. They have a fun little children's menu and the ambience overall was relaxing and chill. Definitely would recommend!

We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday dinner here and I have mixed feelings about it. The ambiance is nice and our waitress was amazing. It's been a while since we've eaten here and I don't recall some of the dishes being so bland. The appetizers were good and the kids noodles were good. I ordered their beef short ribs which came with a bed a pineapple fried rice and was extremely disappointed that I wasted $27. The rice was crunchy around the edges as if if had been sitting out for a while and the it was terribly bland. The only thing that had flavor was the skimpiest serving of short ribs ever. Our other guest at the table ordered the same thing and she was equally disappointed as I was. Then out came a big bowl of fried rice to the table for people to share and that was bland and overcooked as well. We had a large party and NOBODY at the table enjoyed the fried rice. It was an experience that was bitter sweet because the service was good but some of the food, not so much.

Great food and staff, the old fashion was spot on and the soup was outstanding. Next time I’m in town I’ll be heading back fro sure.

Great service, great food. We go to P.F. Chang's all over the country to get their lettuce wraps. They never disappoint.

This place has gone downhill. We were there for dinner on 11/21/23. Very short staffed. After the hostess finally got off her cell phone we were finally seated in a booth in the bar area. Sat there for 15 minutes and then walked back to the hostess to see if she could find someone to wait on us. The bartender was stretched TOO THIN. She was making drinks for the entire restaurant while also waiting on the tables around the bar area. She was friendly and was working hard but needed more help. There were other employees sitting around at a table. Maybe they were on a long break? THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE. I ordered the crispy honey shrimp. I’ve never had fried rice at PF Chang overcooked but this rice was very very mushy. It was the same in my husbands chicken fried rice. Ordered a couple of bourbons, soup and hot tea. The soup and hot tea were barely warm. We will never come here again. Find somewhere else in that area to spend your hard earned money! There are plenty of choices!

We were sat immediately, but it was a 2 hr meal for 3 appetizers and a kids meal. They were not busy at 6pm on a Tuesday. The service was slow, and plates were left on the table. Instead of clearing the table before new plates were added. Warm plates were set directly in front of a toddler. Too much sanitizer is used to clean the tables so the clear coat is coming off, resulting in the tables feeling sticky.

Always great place to eat. Bar service was a little slow that day. Food and drink were great!

We had a party of 6 reserved for 6:30 pm for a birthday. We waited 25 minutes and the only reason we were “noticed” was because a member of our party went up to the hostess stand to tell them no one even came to greet us. When the waitress finally came to our table she explained she didn’t know our table was hers. We all ordered and waited another 25 minutes. When our dinner came all but one order was delivered. One member of our party waited another 20 minutes before her meal was delivered. No i’m so sorry about the extensive wait no apology NOTHING! This was our first time at this restaurant and I can assure you we WON’T be back. We have never had such a screwed up experience. If I could give this review a “0” I would.

I had a 5 minute wait at the hostess desk with 3 employees walking around making sure not to make eye contact with me. Once seated service was slow. Waitress took my order but food was slow coming out. A couple seated after me got served long before me. Waitress forgot I wanted chili sauce. Had to ask twice.. However the food was excellent.

I usually have a good time here but, the other day I want for my Birthday and the rice cooker was down. So I couldn’t order Sushi and it seemed like there was not enough staff to keep the guest comfortable. We had to keep asking about our food. I’m not sure what was going on but, I feel like at least being able to order my favorite food off the menu for my Birthday would have made things better. I opted for rice and got the smallest amount possible in comparison to everyone at my table and it was my Birthday lol.

Terrible experience last night (9-23-2023). After being seated for our 6pm reservation we did not have a server for 20 minutes, until we ASKED for one. We immediately ordered appetizers & drinks. Food was taking extremely long so she finally took our meal order. Apps show up, then we waited & waited 30 or more minutes for our luke warm food to arrive with no rice. Rice arrived at the end of the meal, and it was also barely warm. Turned out to be a 3 hour dining experience and the food quality was below sub-par! Thankfully we were in good company with friends, and the bar drinks were very good. I do not think we will be returning for a very long time. Definitely NOT worth $100 for our meals.

The hostess guy and girl didn’t greet us or welcome us to the restaurant. They were very unorganized. We sat down right at our Open table reservation time which was good at 6:45. We waited almost 20 min for our waiter to approach us. After he attended to a table that was seated after us. First took their drink order, then took meal order. Should have taken our drink order before their meal order. Then he disappeared on other side of restaurant before returning to finally greet us. 20 min to take our order 7 min to get our water

Sherita was the best server we have ever experienced!! We had a large group of 8, a birthday and several special orders. She was attentive, friendly, and so above and beyond!!!

If not for our server I would rate this experience less than a 1...because when we arrived the other couple had made reservations seated quickly and everything went downhill from this point!!! It was almost 2 hours b4 we received our food and that was mediocre at best very disappointing as my last experience which was very good. So by the time we left from beginning to end it was 2 and half hours we were there. So needless to say I will be picking other choices for this type venue in the future!!! A ranking of at best 1 out of 5 other than our server

My husband and I have always loved P.F. Chang’s. We started going back in early 2000s when the Brentwood location opened up. We became fast regulars and absolutely loved the menu and atmosphere. I already had visited other locations around the country but to visit one here in St Louis made it perfect. Fast forward to today where only two locations remain locally. We love visiting the St Charles location but we can’t help feeling like it’s changed so much over the years that we miss the original menu! Don’t get me wrong the service was outstanding! And the food we had tonight was great but we so miss about 10 dishes that were special to P.F. Chang’s. Our favorites tonight were lettuce wraps, dumplings, Mongolian beef, and veggie fried rice. We had a blast and we will be back.

What could have been a horrible experience, Tim one of the operating partners stepped in and safed the night. All year long our friend talked about celebrating her birthday at P.F. Chang’s. Her birthday fell on the same night as a local high school prom. The restaurant was pack. We were seated at the table for 20 minutes before our waiter informed us that it would be another 25 minutes before our food would come out to the table. We asked to speak with a manager. The manager came to our table with nothing but excuses. After 30 minutes before we received our food. Tim came to our table and recognized that we were celebrating a special person on her birthday and it was her desire to come to his establishment. Tim took the time to apologize to our friend directly. Tim told the whole table that he wanted us to leave as friends. He gave her a bowl of her favorite ice cream to go along with her birthday cake. Tim definitely turned a 1-star experience into a 5-star experience by taking the time to talk with us as friends and not as customers.

Food is definitely up to par for what its worth. We thought what we ordered was delicious and our server was great.

Today was my first time there and we'll definitely be back! My favorite thing was the honey shrimp.

Food was outstanding! My personal favorite and a must have for all the newbies would be the lettuce wraps. Tonight I tried the Salt and Pepper Prawns and they were delicious! No matter what city I visit this restaurant its always great! Thank you P.F. Changs

Make a reservation! We had a nice night out on a Monday, but they even had a small wait for those without reservations. When we tried to eat at this location the previous Saturday, the wait was just too long since we didn't reserve ahead of time. Our chicken lettuce wraps were my favorite, but my orange chicken was also good. Our waitress was super nice and on it. We had great service and would definitely return!

Not impressed at all, sent the orange chicken back..I've had better Chinese in North St Louis. This place sucks, I won't be returning!! I can't believe I'm saying this but I'd rather have panda express

Excellent waiter and table service today for late lunch. Our entrees were prepared to perfection and will definitely dine at this location again as this was far superior to previous visits in Las Vegas and Phoenix area locations!

We always really enjoy PF Chang's. This location is very good. We Kung Pao shrimp and chicken.

First time at Chang's. Definitely won't be the last. My wife had honey chicken and I had pepper steak. Her chicken was really good, although it was very one note, which was sweet. I mixed it with some of the sauce from my beef and it was fantastic! My pepper steak was one of the best dishes I'd eaten in a while. Very impressed! However, I paid $6 to upgrade to noodles and they were kind of bland. Not worth the upgrade charge. Mixing them in with my pepper steak helped a lot. Not sure if they take reservations, but make one if they do. Our wait was quite long due to them being very busy. Easy to see why they were so busy.

Visited and they weren't very crowded at all considering the Concert in the strip. Waited 30 minutes for a table that was to be ready in 5-10 minutes. I don't know why I decided to eat here again after 15+ years. I wouldn't ever go back. Meat was tough and dry and scallions was so long they just should have given me the entire stalks
