Worst drive thru I’ve ever experienced! Drive-thru lane was wrapped around the building, which was not the problem. After I ordered and paid ($15) for my food I looked in the bag and noticed a note written on a napkin. The note said “DON’T BLOCK OUR DRIVE THRU” (image is attached). After seeing this note, I decided to return the food as I felt it might be tampered with. I went into the dining room and requested a manager. After showing the note to him he offered a refund for the food as long as I gave it back to him, which I had no problem doing. Very unprofessional. Will never go to a Raising Cane’s again and will definitely be posting my experience on all my social media platforms. Arnold Missouri location

My son and I go here for our special treat! We get the Caniac Combo sub the slaw for fries, with two extra slices of Texas toast, an extra sauce, and a Lemonade! We both have just the perfect portions for under $20!

Went there today for lunch today with the family. Service was excellent and all of the employees was kind and friendly. Prices are great too for some good fresh chicken and fries. Not too much on the menu for options, but you didn’t come to a chicken joint for hamburgers lol. I got the 3 finger combo with fries and Texas toast. All of our food was fresh and hot and totally amazing!! If you haven’t tried their Raising Cane’s sauce, you need too!! It’s also very amazing. Will definitely be back!!

Living in Arkansas we don't have Raising Cane's (yet?) So we decided to give it a try and what a fantastic place. The order taker was so friendly and the food was super fresh and fast. Good value for money. Will visit anytime we travel where they are located.

Gave Caines another try today and had a great experience. The fries were crispy and the chicken was not greasy at all. The bread was also cooked well. My previous experience was not great…. 2.5 stars to be honest. Have tried this a few times. Last time the bread wasn’t cooked all the way and this time it was good. The fries were not great and a little soggy and the chicken was super greasy. The tea was good and the sauce is always good. Just a little surprising when they only have these items on the menu, you’d think they would be amazing every time.

It's absolutely amazing. I occasionally go on an hour plus car ride just to have some lunch here. Food is always fresh, hot, and delicious each time I do. Higher ups should definitely consider opening a location in the Desloge-Farmington area.

The food was great as always but the girl handing out food didn't greet me, no smile, was talking to someone else the whole time and just seemed like she could be doing something way cooler with her time. Even just a simple hi, how are ya? I would have totally changed this review, but all I got was a cold shoulder.

This is the second one I went to I finally got to try the chicken sandwich. The service was fast. I wasn't to pleased I had to pay for extra cane sauce for my sandwich which had a few drips of sauce. I even told them it didn't have any sauce the older women was like it still cost. I will say the restaurant was clean and they kept it clean through a lunch rush which was amazing. They had the food out fast and it tasted freshly made. Next time I will get three tenders just for the toast it's delicious probably the best thing on the menu.

Chicken seems extremely drenched in oil of sorts, tasted and smelled extremely weird. We thought at first it was the chicken burning the styrofoam but turns out it’s just the chicken itself. Fries were good so they got eaten.

Canes is always a good stop. Little pricy for tiny chicken fingers but if you're hankering for good chicken. I haven't had a bad experience yet.

I ordered takeout for the first time instead of going through the drive-thru like I normally do. While their lot is small, there are still plenty of parking spaces, so I was able to get right in and get parked. My order was ready for me when I got inside, so all I had to do was run in and pick it up. The employees were busy at work, but still gave me a welcome. I ordered the Caniac Combo, replacing the coleslaw with a second piece of the toast, and got a large sweet tea to go with it. Also ordered extra Cane's sauce because I love it so much.
