This was my first time being waxed. I have an incomplete cervical spinal cord injury. I’ve gotten tired of trying to keep my beard neckline shaved in and keeping it lined up well. In addition, it seems like my nose and ear hair grows faster with age. I had my ears, neck, and nose waxed. The technician, Mimi, was phenomenal to work with. She asked if this was my first time being waxed. I answered yes. She was professionally, kind, courteous, and explained every step of the process. I didn’t have many questions, but she answered each one. I’m really pleased with the results. I booked another session for 4 weeks out. I’m curious to see how quickly it grows back. The front desk was friendly. It’s a welcoming and safe environment. I was surprised it didn’t hurt like I anticipating. It’s not without pain. I expected my eyes to water and the nose to hurt the worst. The nose and ears were really no pain for me. The neck had a few sharp, but brief, pain when pulling the wax from the center near the Adams Apple. Mimi let me know that area is often the most sensitive when doing the neck.

Zoe has been my specialist for almost a year and I absolutely love her. She is very thorough and courteous. I love this location, 1540 Kirkwood, Sappington. Always clean with professional people. Parking and getting into the parking lot could be better, but nothing they can do about that.

My first time being waxed was great! My experience started at the front counter being warmly greeted. Then, my Specialist Bonnie was awesome! I am 48 years old and this was a very new thing to me. I also have lots of allergies and Bonnie was patient while I made sure we used materials that wouldn't land me in the ER. She answered every question and talked me through every step of my Brazilian. Bonnie is great! I will be going back in 4 weeks.

Had my first ever Brazilian 😬 I’ve been wanting to do this for years, but never had the courage to do so until now…at 7.5 months pregnant 😂 Jessica was great! We shared some laughs and she kept me distracted (as best she could). All in all it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought and wish I would have done this a lot sooner. Jessica was very thorough to make sure she got as much as she could. She also walked me through the process as she did it, so I knew what was going on. If you’re contemplating getting waxed, just do it!

So, my partner and I went in for our first time. It was an amazing experience from the time we walked in the door till we left! I did a Brazilian and fellas if you are reading this just go and do it you will not regret it! Everything was super clean they do a great job at making you feel comfortable. The staff is super professional and care about what YOU want! It was quick and easy I can say for sure that we will be going back! Thank you EWC!!! See you all in 6 weeks! Shelia was amazing. My brows look great but my favorite part was how she didn’t force small talk. I needed the silence that day and she totally came through. I’ll be back to her.
