My experience overall was not bad but I do have two concerns. One, I was titled back to a very uncomfortable position for my condition, which causes dizziness and fast heart rate when I’m tilted. I went here so that I wouldn’t have to lay flat (which causes dizziness) but I was still tilted without warning. The second thing is that I can’t help but to wonder if this would be uncomfortable or impossible for people who are not slim. I can see how many people with wider body types or who struggle with weight could not get this done, which is unfortunate because they equally or if not more may need access to healthcare.

Had my first MRI ever done here today. I was nervous to put it mildly as I am extremely clostrophobic. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The lady who did it made every effort to make me comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend this place and I am very grateful to them. If I ever need one again this is where I'll go.

Open Upright MRI of Missouri. Upon arrival. I was treated like a valued person. Kind , polite and very caring.

I had an ok experience but expensive. My cost after insurance was less than 1/3 at Greater Missouri. I would have asked the cost upfront but after having already done the EXACT same mri and x-ray 3 month prior for pre-surgery, I thought it would be in the same ballpark. I get cost is different from place to place but $600 different is crazy. The experience was my neck was not correctly placed and I was post surgery. Thank god it was only a 30 min. Mri.

Friendly and fast staff. I do love their efficiency.

2nd one done in 2 years. First time it was great felt good no issues. 2nd time, in a lot of pain, machine was not adjusted properly to fit my body type. Had more pain afterwards then when I did before I walked in. Tech could've adjusted it better, I think he was in a hurry and didnt care how I was positioned. I hope I don't need another MRI done because I wont be going back to this location.

Very good experience. Nice location clean office felt very comfortable music to listen to I highly recommend.

I am 10/10 claustrophobic or even more. Staff was kind enough to let me try the machine even before actual test which made me settle down and sign up for test. All necessary COVID precautions were taken by staff. Lady who does the examination is extremely comforting and patience with claustrophobic patients. TV in the room helped as a distraction, even though it can’t be heard!
