If you are the owner operating this location, just be aware your employees don’t want to work; there were 2 employees by the cashier having a conversation, and when I approached to buy me a cinnamon pretzel they continued to talk to each other and looked at me like if i was interrupting their conversation, once i ordered the pretzel they just pointed to the display showing couple pretzels that looked almost uncooked and white seating there, so I asked you don’t have any cinnamon pretzels?! they stated, no, all we have is what you see.. this was at 1.30pm Saturday 5/20; why do you even have this store open?! what a shame!

Not trying to be difficult but we waited an hour for pretzels as we were told the dough needed to rise. The pretzel came burned. When I asked for a different one, they advised they couldn’t control the oven and they all looked the same. Visited on 05/21 at 8:40pm

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Auntie Anne's at the St. Louis airport was marred by poor customer service. The staff, consisting of two women, were unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. Despite my attempts to engage them, they seemed disinterested in assisting customers. They dismissed me saying they had nothing and anything would take 20 mins. This 20 mins lasted about an hour and a half where one woman just kept to herself on her phone and the one in the kitchen spent thrice the amount of time to get the same amount of work done. This behavior was disappointing and did not reflect the service standards one would expect, especially in a busy airport setting. I love Auntie Anne’s and most of the staff in other locations have been wonderful. I hope the management takes notice of the numerous bad reviews already left by customers and implements measures to improve customer service.

Never had such poor customer service in my life, seriously. I’ve never left a review before but there were two girls working there who were so rude. Didn’t acknowledge us while we walked up to the counter. They were literally moving in slow motion and there was a long line of us before we got service. Definitely think they should get new jobs because they seem miserable. Only reason we purchased is because my little brother is a picky eater and that’s all he would eat.

I never leave reviews but wow! There were two employee whiles I visited. One was making dough in the back - the other was FaceTiming her friends/family the whole time she took my order at the front. She continued her call the entire time I was at the cashier. Sad to see this is acceptable in companies!

The ladies working said there would be a 20min wait so I waited. Ended up standing there for an hour and almost missed my flight but after waiting an hour I refused to just leave. Got the little pretzel nuggets and they were burned

Went to get cinnamon sugar pretzels. They were out and worker said to come back in 30 minutes so I did. When I came back the worker flat out said she wasn’t going to making any cinnamon sugar pretzels and she literally doing nothing except leaning against the counter on her phone.

The girl behind the counter had an ear bud in her ear talking on the phone the entire time. I had to repeat my order 3 times. Very rude and acted as if she didn't want to be there!
