Used
to
be
my
goto
until
I
was
discriminated
against.
Instead
of
saying
that
they
couldn't
honor
the
"bowl
for
free
pass"
(even
though
I
called
and
was
there
BEFORE
6,
with
3
children
and
there
were
3
employees
sitting
around
while
one
occupied
the
check-in
line
ordering
food),
I
was
told
"there
were
no
lanes
open".
The
best
part
was
that
the
lady
was
instructed
to
tell
me
that
while
I
was
standing
right
there.
I
heard
the
gentleman
say
"tough
luck,
it's
first
come
first
serve".
There
were
only
4
lanes
in
use
at
the
time,
and
I
have
pictures
to
prove
it.
Clearly
I
got
upset,
reacted
angrily,
and
the
manager
on
duty,
Brentwood
as
he
calls
himself,
flicked
me
off
in
return
of
me
calling
their
poor
business
practice
out.
At
the
VERY
LEAST,
all
they
had
to
tell
me
was
that
because
of
their
lack
of
work
ethic
and
motivation
to
perform
their
job
duty,
I
wouldn't
get
the
free
bowl.
With
the
group
of
kids
I
had,
I
would
have
paid.
Instead,
they
told
a
group
of
5
people,
that
there
were
no
lanes
were
open
(while
the
place
was
evidently
slow).
Clearly,
this
is
a
case
of
discrimination
against
the
Hispanic
community.
I
will
not
support
a
venue
in
which
they
treat
ANYONE
in
such
a
manner,
let
alone
a
group
of
Hispanics.
The
icing
on
the
cake
is
when
I
called
to
speak
to
a
manager,
and
of
course
it
was
Brentwood,
who
flicked
me
off
as
we
left,
who
got
on
the
phone.
I
acted
like
a
random
customer
inquiring
about
birthday
party
pricing.
He
did
not
hesitate
in
telling
me
that
some
crazy
lady
(me)
was
just
in
the
building
throwing
a
fit.
I
will
be
sure
to
spread
the
horrendous
word
as
I
have
been.
I
have
already
prevented
3
families
from
visiting
this
venue.
It's
experiences
like
this
one
that
makes
small
businesses
disappear,
and
I
get
why.
