    I love Smoothie King. Now there's one in South St. Louis City and yes, I had to go. They've only been open since mid-February. This location has a drive through so you can order without leaving your car. There's ample parking in the shared lot. What can I not say about Smoothie King...I'm in love with this place. I used to frequent another location so much that they knew me on a first name basis. Smoothie King has all types of smoothies from vegan to an actual dessert type smoothie. You can have spinach, kale, fruit, protein and even ice cream added to your smoothie. This is the healthiest place I know of to get a smoothie. They have meal replacement smoothies that will fill you up. I try to go on Fridays as much as possible because the medium smoothies are $5 (or $6 for meal replacement smoothies) all day long. The Staff were friendly and very helpful. I don't care what time of the year it is, smoothies are great anytime for me. Inside they sale meal replacement bars, healthy snacks and containers of protein.

    Updating my rating because this place has turned itself around and is offering great service and great smoothies now!! Old review: Like MANY others I have frequented this location during posted business hours only to find they are closed and also like others there were staff working inside and they don't even have the courtesy to tell you they are closed. They will let you sit there for 5-10 minutes thinking they are open. I see now that the store changed their closing time, but this was not updated on Google, Facebook, or the business door!! What the heck? How hard is it to hand write a note with the updated hours? The hours should have been updated/posted on the SAME day the change went into affect, not a month later. Lazy, rude, unprofessional! Update in response to management: My review is not for a recent visit - it is for past visits when the posted hours on the door and Google said 10pm, but between 9-10pm the drive through and front doors were closed. This happened to me on at least 3 visits. I thought the closing time was 10pm because that's what was posted EVERYWHERE. I don't understand why employees couldn't communicate this to customers waiting in the drive though after 9pm? I haven't been back after 3 attempted visits and not evening knowing if you were open for business or not. You say no one came after 9pm, but I did and so did other people in the reviews... Why wasn't a note posted on the door when you changed your hours? This is poor management and poor customer service. I've taken my business to another location. Thanks

    if you want the smoothie King experience this is the place to be with awesome employees such as Justin and August. these two are there to give you the best experience you could possibly have at smoothie King and I and most appreciative of their service and upbeat attitude

    If you go here at 12 noon, expecting a quick drive through smoothie for lunch, you will be extremely disappointed. I realize its busy over lunch hours but come on. The line didn't move at all and I sat there with 7 other cars for 20 minutes before I gave up and left.

    Really kind people, But I don't know if anyone is in there making smoothies. Currently on minute 20 of waiting for one smoothie bowl. Made it all the way through the drive-thru and they told me to pull around into the parking lot.

    I come here all the time, the last month has been ROUGH. Normally the people are amazing but in the past 4 weeks I have not gotten in and out of the drive through in less than 30 minutes. I'm not even going at busy times. The line is just frozen In time, EVERY TIME. I love smoothie king but It might be time just to buy a blender.

    Love this place. I get the Lemon Ginger Mango Veggie. It’s so delicious. Doesn’t sound that great but let me tell you. It’s amazing and the staff here does a great job of getting it out fast.

    Soo, idk why the app and website don't match what products are actually available! This is the 2nd time I've order a smoothie that contains pumpkin(keto pumpkin champ that clearly shows available online)and a staff member has called to let me know it was discontinued! This is my FAVORITE location and it's not their fault for the mishap...Please fix the website sheesh, it's starting to become an issue

    Terrible experience. The guy at window had his backpack on like he was ready to get out of there and was talking angrily on his cell phone the entire time. To make matters worse, he handed me a cup with the smoothie all over the outside and I had to ask him to clean it. He was so distracted I even had to remind him that a straw needed to come with the cup. Do better, people and realize that having a job means you put the cell phone down.

    I stopped in after a run and there was a long line at the drive through so I had the novel idea of ✨going inside✨ to order. I stood there for 5+ minutes without saying anything being patient because I recognized they were super busy. I can wait, not big deal. Another patron comes in 3-4 mins after me, then another. At that point they noticed that customer and informed them they weren’t taking orders indoors because their line was just too long for the drive through. I tried to emphasize that no one acknowledged me and told me that 5+ minutes ago, so could someone just do me a solid and ring an order? They continued to ignore me until I asked again and again, I was told there was just no way to ring me up because of the outside line. I would have waited 10 mins for my smoothie if I could have simply ordered. Lock your door if you’re closed inside. Terrible customer service.

    I waited in line nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru to place an order. I overheard the employee speaking with the car in front via the mic that he was the only one working there and he was backed up on orders so it would be a while. That surprised me as it was a $5 dollar Friday. This location needs to fix it's staffing issues. I left the drive thru line and in the future will take my business to a different location.

    My smoothie was good. They need more tables inside and outdoor seating. The bathroom was filthy and the overall place did not seem very clean, especially considering that it's a fairly new building.

    Oh smoothie king. I love you so much. When I want something filling but not overly heavy, smoothie king is my go to. This particular store is always super quick and amazing. Highly recommend

    So very disappointed. Ordered 2 med Pineapple surf. Taste like it was made with spoiled ingredients. Called and the manager told me she'd remake them. I asked would it be with different ingredients, she replied no. Was rude & unprofessional. Then I asked could I have something else and she said she would have to charge me. If that's the policy, that is terrible terrible customer service. I would not recommend this location.

    This is a great place and I'm glad it's here. However, getting out of this parking lot is very dangerous! That curve and how people drive is really not worth the smoothies. Is it possible to have a mirror that can be placed to see traffic coming from the West on Chippewa? Maybe a flashing lights? Thanks for considering the safety of the customers.
