Its been more than a week since i placed the order (estimated delivery was 21-25 Oct) and they havent sent it yet. They havent even updated the new expected delivery for the items. Time consuming to reach the customer service as well. Not a pleasant experience so far.

Good selection on the website, BUT the RETURNS process is annoying, a very long form to fill out. and if you paid by card, there's no option to check a box to get refunded to the card you paid with. You have to fill in a bank account number. They also require you to call them first before sending anything back, VERY LONG TIME ON HOLD & no reason for this. And you will have to pay 5 euro and organize an ELTA pick up to send back your things. Too much hassle.
