Laughable variety in anything but fiction books and gifts. Personel that invads your personal space awkwardly when you browse. But might not show up for a while if you have an inquiry

A very nice shop in a very important spot of our area where you can find everything from electronics to books and games. We, sometimes, go in to have a walk around and end up finding a good book, an accessory for a smartphone or computer or a gadget.

Not sure what the deal is with this particular store. Went there on a Friday afternoon to buy a type-c charger. Such products are locked so you can't just pick one up and go to the registry, so I had to look for some employee to help me get one. There was just one employee visible in the whole floor, and he was engaged explaining to some young lady why she cannot buy the iphones on display. There were some 10 customers waiting to be assisted, none of the staff cared about them, the guy at the door checking the COVID certificates was there just for that, out of the five registries only two were open, and only one was actually functioning, and my eye caught some girl wandering around the floor (I presume she was also an employee as she was wearing a staff t-shirt) but she could not care less of whether customers were served or not. What are you guys doing?? Is this store closing down some time soon?? I left after waiting for maybe ten minutes, went to a competitor's store nearby, and got the thing I wanted within 5 minutes. What a waste of time.

Horrible experience. This morning went to buy 2 items which took me less than 5 minutes to find. Tragedy started at the cashiers with only 2 out of 5 open, slow process and a blocked computer held clients more than 10 minutes . when the queue passed the lines they announced that there is problem with the printers. They asked to go to other cashiers where the staff was unable to process as they didn't had barcode readers. It is the first time i saw a technology shop to suffer from technology issues, makes you worry. Public is now my last choice.

Poor display/presentation. Poor shopping experience, nothing inviting to make spend any money. Welcoming staff.

Public needs to decide if they will operate online or have stores too. Friday midday they had only 1 till in operation and 10-12 people in the queue

Good service despite being always busy. Great addition to allow the payment with credit card away from the cashiers

Small stock no English books and few items in technology

Mr. Dimitriadis (manager) and his team are exactly what customer service is all about. I wish the other managers of the group had this thirst for work. Thank you.

It's Public. A shop that sells books, toys, electronic stuff. As normal with these big chain stores you get cheaper prices from the independent stores. Look on skroutz or best price.gr. But, the vinyl is great. Found some records by a band that I couldn't find in smaller record shops.

Although the shop is close to the center of the main Square of Ag.Paraskevi, it is quite small was not the full selection of products that Public usually offers. Big downside is that there are no public bathrooms available so if you need to go to the toilet you need to go elsewhere...

Could be cleaner and a bit brighter so one can browse and read the covers easier

I expected it to be bigger from the way it looks outside. But it's okay and it has most of the important stuff you'd buy in public.

I’ve visited this location several times and two things are constant- low stock of products and horrible customer service.
