I'm still crying into my iPhone I had gone to buy headphones 4 years ago And I had told an employee that headphones generally break down quickly. So he takes a spray to clean the mobile phone's slot.... The result was that something like drops formed inside the screen and he told me that they will probably go away by themselves and that I should leave it in the sun to dry.. I turn it over to them to repair it, as it was their fault, they keep it for some time and bring it to me, but after a while it shows issue again on the screen. Again the same... so after all this happens for the 2nd-3rd time I don't go again In the end, at some point the mobile phone failed because it was short-circuited by the power supply...... And they didn't offer to give even a small compensation..

The gentlemen who serve are very nice and polite, the lady at the entrance and who answers the phones indulgently rude. As much as the store is convenient for me, I will not come again because of its bad manners. He'd better fix that
