Greek law states that all shops within archaeological sites in the country must provide water bottles of 500 and 750 ml at controlled prices (€0.60 and €0.90 respectively). These were reportedly not available here and instead the cheapest cold beverage sold was 330 ml for €4.50.

One iced tea and one beer: € 10,50!! Absolutely shameful. No price list visibly posted so you don't know until it's time to pay up. Avoid.

To enter the grounds of the ancient Olympic stadium as well as both museums it cost €12 total. An unforgettable experience. For a lousy chicken souvlaki, a few fries, half sliced tomato with a couple of slices of cucumber and 1 small water it cost €18. You may be greeted with that over the top, so ungenuine welcome to tourists, money hungry reception leading you to immediately suspect that something isn't right. Shame on me for not checking the prices first. Shame on this food shack for jumping at an opportunity to screw visitors that come to this country with a genuine interest in its history.

Waiters screaming and yelling to each other. Arrogant posture towards customers and prices way to high. This is a shame for a beautifull place like Olympia. Food acceptable but the atmosphere is not good. I cannot recommend this place.

SCAM They had only this bottle of water, the price for only one bottle of 1 liter is 6€ , we found it expensive bit he refused to take it back! SCAM!

What a joke. Self-service for 2 plastic bottle lemonades and 1 botle of water... 9.5€. Those should not cost more than 3€. Also, in a country with so many top-quality mineral water brands, they were selling Evian. 🤣🤣🤣 I feel bad for those poor tourists that ordered food... 😅

Too expensive!!! One bottle of 1l of water 2.50€!!!! I don't even want to know how much is a coffee or a soft drink!!! Right before the entrance of the archaeological site of Olympia there is springs of water! Drink there for FREE

Just like the other reviews say, this place is a total scam: super high prices and they "don't have water", conveniently, so they can sell you their overpriced drinks. Shameful that the museum lets this place continue to scam their customers day after day.
