Just perfect! Perfect location to reach walking Athens most attractive and seeked neighborhoods. Including Licabeto Hill. Cute small room with huge iron bed, brand new bathroom and window with a view to a pleasant backyard where to hang around and have breakfast, with even a glimpse of the Acropolis. Seasoned with the sparkling smile and kindness of Nadia and serious host George.

Great location. The price was right and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice courtyard right outside. Worth every cent.

Brilliant location, perfect for exploring the Acropolis and surrounding area, near plenty of good places to eat. Staff were friendly and very helpful and easy to contact when needed. Breakfast was good, included fresh coffee, fresh oranges, Greek yoghurt and pastries. Rooms were clean and comfortable and well laid out. Mattress very good. Showers were good. Freshly painted and decorated throughout and nicely done. Heater/aircon effective Good wifi Perfect place to stay to enjoy Athens, would stay here again and recommend

Great location , 7 minutes walk from the eastern side of the Acropolis. Clean room but horrible noisy beds. Oiling the joints will help. The person at the reception was unfriendly and poorly speaking English. The breakfast is super basic, some cheese, ham, terrible coffee and cheap juice.

Very peaceful hostel with a beautiful arts and colors. Bed was so comfortable and windows had a special design. I stayed one night in a single room and other night in dorm room. Both was fantastic. They offer a basic free breakfast in a lovely terrace. Great location and helpful staff.

DISGUSTING place. Owner/operator closer to a MOB BOSS than concierge. We booked on booking.com and arrived but were told there was no reservation. Instead we would have to pay in cash (as the staff didn’t know how to use the card terminal) and that we couldn’t receive a receipt as the staff couldn’t print. After an hour speaking to this tyrannist of an operator we left even though it was midnight and he had no alternative booking. We also reported to booking.com

Stayed for 3 nights in a twin room. The price includes breakfast which really is unheard of at the low price. However, dont get too excited, it's basically just jam butter and bread with coffee (oh yeah, if you dont like your coffee black, bring some milk/creamer!) The staff were very friendly - no complaints there. The location is excellent, centrally located for all most tourist attractions, nearest metro is akropoli, not too far at all, about a five minute walk. The bad points are: No hot water in the room. The ceiling fan wouldnt work independently from the ceiling light. It is noisy in rooms 11 and 12 which are ground floor front facing rooms. Bring ear plugs. We are savvy so we had them :), The window was jammed shut so no access to daylight, though this wasnt a major problem as we were at ground level and didnt want people off the street looking in. There was a vending machine, with beer priced very competitively so I was happy with that :) Hotel has a tiled outdoor area, nice place to spend 30 mins with a souvlaki and a beer after a hard day slogging around athens. room 11 and 12 had back to back wardrobes, with only a very thin division (I dont know if this is the same layout throughout the hotel) so if some one in the adjoining room was noisy putting clothes away, you hear this very clearly! The beds were a bit old and soft, but definitely no bedbugs when i stayed. Bathrooms were ok, kept clean, no shower curtain though so the whole floor gets wet. All in all, you generally get what you pay for and what I got was fair enough I suppose.

We arrived late at night. The hostel sent us an email with easy instructions on how to get into the building. The breakfast was basic but sufficient. The location is great and our room was clean and modern.

Bad experience with their luggage hero service. We had to pay in cash, which was not registered and therefore had to pay a cancellation fee to luggage hero since for them it looked like a no show. So beware.

Loved the garden/patio area in this hostel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big but very hot with no air conditioning in the dead of August. But it’s a great place to just rest your head or rest on the patio after a day of exploring.

George was a very good host and very kind and this was a great location. The only downside was the rooms weren't particularly amazing, but that just means you have to go out and explore the city instead!

The staff members are simply amazing. They really care about your comfort and are extremely accommodating. They rushed to set up my bed when they learnt that I had arrived one day before and hadn’t slept the entire night. Especially wish to commend Nikita for being really nice and for making tea for me at 3am when I arrived.

The price was good but the mattresses on the bunk beds are very lumpy & although the place is being renovated most rooms are quite old. The staff on the front desk were helpful although the cleaners & kitchen staff were unfriendly. Handy to Athens sites, shops & buses. Loved the Xmas lights at night. Would go back.

Hostel bedroom decor is dated but fit for purpose. Good WiFi reception throughout. Complimentary breakfast is nothing special but included in the price so can't complain too much. Best thing about the hostel is it's closeness to the acropolis and the metro

Felt very secure, I loved that there was 24 hour reception and both the building and room doors picked and lockers were available (for 2 euro per use). The garden was lovely and they had very sweet cats running around! It was a great place to relax when not exploring. The beds were pretty uncomfortable but the blankets were great, and the rooms were cooler than any of the others I stayed in in the Mediterranean. Unfortunately there was only one power strip and it was on one side of the room, so if you slept on the other side I guess you'd have to leave your things over there to charge.

Very nice people at the reception. I just checked out after the great breakfast. The host was really great, kind and nice. The place is almost new and very close to all the amenities. Must visit.
