UPS is very weak and incompetent in Greece.

When you call your company the biggest transport company in the world and you fail the delivery date for weeks you should probably have a customer service department which answers calls and responds to emails.

The are the worse to company to send packages to Greece from others countries.

Expensive courier service also avoid money gram service like the devil. I sent money abroad paid 30 euros extra and they kept a extra 10% from the person which collected it!

Not a good experience with them.

Good service a bit difficult to visit their premises

It is a disappointment. They don't answer phone calls and email messages. No updates on how to get your package delivered on time.

An utterly incompetent service. They were unresponsive, and the constant delays cost my business both time and money. Their so-called expertise is a sham. Avoid at all costs!

The company office is very helpful, however the policy itself is a disgrace. This particular company has a system which is direct abroad, but in Greek data, it cannot be applied because the structure of the country is different from the rest of the countries. If you want to save effort and time, it is better to avoid it. However, in my opinion, it would be especially helpful if the distributors were given the possibility to communicate with the recipients themselves, as the company would save fuel in the further suffering of the parcel!
