Worst customer service I have received on this name brand street I gave 2 stars for the initial staff who greeted me, otherwise I would have given none if I could. The sales person in ladies wear was most definitely not interested in selling me anything. When I request to see a turtleneck that had a sweater over top of it she simply raised the sweater to show me the pattern of the turtleneck and went on to say ‘it won’t fit you’….With that I had enough and asked her if she treated all the customers in this manner or were her poor manners reserved just for me. Needless to say I least and went next door where I purchased a variety of items. Shame on Pravda for not doing a better hire.

I and my daughter wear Prada shoes and we obviously like the brand, but no matter what the staff wasn't so welcoming. The service wasn't so great at the time when we were there! There also weren't so many things to choose from.

Very unfriendly personnel, except the oldest woman in shoe store. It is very bad outside image of such as hightclass brand !

Bought a keyholder, cardholder, and a wallet here. The wallet I wanted was very wrinkly already and had few scratches so I asked the male clerk who assisted me if the store had a new stock and he said yes and will wrap it, so after buying everything I wanted my husband and I left the store and went in front of the Dior store to sit and check the wallet if the male clerk really did replace it but to my surprise he gave me the sample one! So I went back and asked if he really gave me a new stock and he said yes so I showed him the wallet which looks exactly the same as the sample and he didn’t even apologize, he just went to get a new stock and replace it. Be extra cautious buying in this store, check whatever you bought before leaving the store! If they wrapped it, dont feel sorry unwrapping it to recheck the products you bought! I was lucky because I checked right away.

Dear sirs, The fact is that I have purchased this pair of prada angle boots quite some years ago, from your corporate store in Athens, Kalogirou. I really think it's a disgrace that as I was walking the sole popped open as if I was a beggar. Concidering the really good care that I take for all my shoes, please next time put an ...expiration date!!!!!!! on your products so that your clients can be protected from embarrassment!! Very special and professional client advisor, Eleni Stamouli was very helpful and friendly despite the fact that we only bought one pair of sneakers after spending 45 minutes at the store. N.B.1999 American cup sneakers are available at Athens

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! It was the first and last time I had shopped there. They are super rude with an attitude. I bought one pair of shoes, leaving with a bad vibe. I think Prada should send someone as a customer to understand how they act.

The clothes are the same as every Pravda store. The staff act like they hate their jobs which is surprising since in Greece you’re lucky to even have a job!

The clerk in men’s section was so rude and unfriendly. Even souvenir shops at flea market had better customer service. Considering it’s one of high class brands, they can try harder to provide services which match their price tags.
