Got the big Mac meal with chicken nuggets, was exactly what I expected. This restaurant didn't have any unique burgers like the ones in Bali or Dubai... Overall good experience but had to wait a while for the food to come. Apparently your not allowed to take pictures indoors, one guy stopped me as he thought I was taking pictures of the workers (not sure why a tourist would want t do that) but I told him I was taking a pic of the Big Mac poster.

The food was meady. But we turned up 100 man deep and rashid was on point with service Man had over 80 orders to deal with and gave them all very well The security guard was a real one. He blocked the car park so all 100 man can pray and call the takbeer. 10/10 Muslim price Moroccan hospitality

Very slow service, been wait 1 hour for my food as they mentioned we will bring your food to you, if i didn't go up to the counter to collect my food i would have been waiting another 1 hour or 2. I called the Manager (Rizar) he said i will be with you in 1 minute and he never returned to see me, i called the security and the team to call the Manager and still no sign of him, he clearly is avoiding me, very poor service i have experience on my trip here. The Manager can't work under pressure in a busy environment, and can't deal with the service and complaints, instead his employees are agologising on his behalf, never seen such poor management experience!!!!

Food was hot and relatively quick. Got what we ordered. Not the cheapest or best food to get in Morocco but when on a roadtrip during Ramadan one of the only places serving lunch.

I kinda liked the food & the staff they were too nice but in summer the place is too crowded 😓

30 min before curfew they stop letting people in. If you know somebody that works there, you can get you McDonald's after they close. Very unfair treatment.

I have been coming to this McDonald’s since I was a child, I was surprised to see the staff attitude yesterday afternoon around 5 PM. End up knowing where is this attitude coming from unfortunately it is from the Manager at that shift I mentioned I have to add this not personal whatsoever but if one of the big bosses knows how this manager standing there doing nothing and being rude to customers. I have to add that this was one of the best McDonald’s in the world. And mr Manager if you are reading this of course you don’t care like you told me yesterday if that’s the case you are in the wrong business.

We went to the mcdrive, it looked really crowded to go in, but beside that the service was very fast, the food was ready less than 5 minutes after we ordered and it was very good, the real McDonald’s flavor, specially the fries. We ordered in English and they understood without any problem. I thought it would be cheaper but it’s the average price you find in other countries.

Indoor and outdoor seating available. Only really went in to get afew different deserts. Mcflurry, parfait caramel, chocoglace and couldn't resist getting a double filet o fish burger. English speaking staff but you have to place your order via the touch screen monitors.

As usual good clean restaurant & fast service.. Good staff & helpful.

Manager needs re training... Got served ice cold food... When complained they just reheated in microwave and half of the burger was hot half was still cold. Avoid at all cost spend your money at local shops

Don't really see the fuss about Mc D , just ticks the box for eating halal Maccy D's . Ordering On a large touch screen where you can customize your order was great ( only in French & Arabic) . The food arrived super fast . UK prices.

The place was pretty much empty, but my food still took over 10 minutes. The machines don't have an English option so its a nightmare trying to order your food on them, which also took over 5 minutes as I had to ask somebody who could speak both English and Arabic to order for me. Once my order was ready the lady came over to tell me that my food was ready......instead of bringing it over! When I ordered she had given me a little number board to place on my table, so why on earth didn't she bring my food to my table! So I asked her, but she said that I must go to the counter and collect it. A miserable McDonald's with miserable atmosphere and extremely miserable service!

We used the drive through and it was very slow and they misheard the order

We stopped off here before going to the souk al ahad, the quality of the food fresh and hot 🔥 1st class. We will definitely be revisited this branch before we leave.

They say its a fast food restaurant, I did not see this as fast food as the service was so poor and slow , I actually thought a snail would of completed a marathon alot faster then the service provided . Food was okay but obviously this was in Morocco there food tastes different to the UK. If you want fast food in Morocco go to a cafe I swear they are on skateboards lol.

Smart screen ordering stations, fast service and very helpful staff. The place was very clean and the food was tasty.
