The best Gulf/Middle Eastern cuisine here in Agadir. Food speaks for itself. Very tender meat and chicken dishes, we ordered the mandy lamb with pilau rice and chicken kabsa (half chicken) on its own. It came with sauces and some salad which was very tasty! We recommend asking for the hot sauce. It reminded us of the food in Saudi, which was so nostalgic! The only issue with this restaurant is cleanliness and seating, it could do with some improvement. Prices are not so bad and service is very good. The staff were so friendly. Overall, I'd definitely recommend coming here for your Kabsa fix!

Needed my rice fix after 11 days of no rice. Googled a few places and found this Mando joint - got the mixed chicken and beef kabsa and zero regrets! If you are in Agadir and need rice than chdck this place out. Wish the resto was a bite nicer to compliment the food and service.

I had Moroccan soup and a traditional Moroccan dish it was incredible they bring over freshly made sauce and really well priced, portion sizes are big. Nice quiet place for dinner if you wish to venture out.

Surpassed expectations. Visually stunning, beautiful decor, great ambiance and attentive service. However, the most surprising aspect was the standard of food which was exceptional. The cooking, flavours and presentation would easily be considered Michelin standard. The live entertainment was fun and jovial. Would highly recommend and definitely visit again.

My first experience of Yemeni food and I must say it was absolutely delicious. Very good portions for the chicken kabsa. Sitting on the floor with table was a traditional experience too.

The best food we had during our trip in Morocco. I guess also the best hummus I’ve ever had in my life, super tasty. Special thanks to Rachid for being such a nice person and taking the time to have a chat with us. If we come back to Agadir one day we definitely come back to eat some delicious food!

I have known this restaurant since the days it was called Mandi Sultan, before the covid. Basically it has one of the best Golf, Yemeni and Indian Food. It’s amazing how they manage to perfection to the three dishes that I normally eat. Beriyaani, Kabsah and the Mandi. The breakfast is also as good. Since I am frequent visitor to this beautiful city I always recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Mandi and Kabsa rice was 💯 Firstly, the lamb mandi with kabsa rice was absolutely fantastic. The meat was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, with a nice smoky taste from the charcoal grill. The kabsa rice was also delicious, with just the right blend of spices and herbs to complement the lamb perfectly. In addition to the amazing food, the restaurant itself was lovely, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made you feel right at home. Furthermore, the Moroccan mint tea was the perfect accompaniment to the meal, refreshing and flavorful with just the right amount of sweetness. It was the perfect way to end a delicious and satisfying meal. The service at Bayt Al Mandi Gulf Restaurant was also excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that you had everything you needed to enjoy your meal. Overall, I would highly recommend Bayt Al Mandi Gulf Restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious arab dining experience in Agadir. The lamb mandi with kabsa rice was outstanding, the Moroccan mint tea was refreshing and flavourful.

The worst restaurant ever. We ordered the Mandi and Maklouba, the meat and chicken in both dishes were not well cooked and no taste of anything near the Mandi nor the Makluba. The rice was hard and no taste. Everything was boiled and served with some burned onion on the top. It was disappointing. The service was also very bad. This restaurant has ruined the reputation of middle eastern food.

It was an interesting experience of eating on the floor which we really enjoyed. We had to wait for the food, and once it arrived it was really good. However, the lamb soup had a lot of salt in it and the chicken was on the dry side. All lamb & rice dishes were great.

A quiet space to have some good food at a good price. It was such huge portions that I had to take some back with me! Would recommend this restaurant and the chicken was very soft which is always a great thing :)

I cannot believe this place has high ratings, overpriced and terrible food, the chicken dish was just about edible but the lamb no taste, by far one of the worst restaurants, I never leave bad reviews but had too this time, the waiter was good but begged us for a 5 star review, no wonder they have a high rating, also brought us tea which we did not want or ask for but they said it was on the house but then charged us for it. Honestly go elsewhere is agadir if you want to enjoy your meal

The tajine is their speciality and you can taste it. Ask for the traditional moroccan salade. Only tomato and union with herbs. A real taste explosion. The sweet tajine with lamb is realy extraordinary. Dont leave Agadir before visiting this restaurant.

Traditional Saudi Dining. Food and service not that great. We sat upstairs and the waiting staff would not come up that often, even though they had no customers downstairs. Food was pretty bland but came with a chilli sauce on the side. We ordered a mixed grill which came with chips, salad looked too dry in that plate. The we also ordered a Chicken & Lamb Kabsa which comes with an option of White or Yellow Rice. The rice was okay, meat was bland. Tabouleh Salad was good though 👍🏻 They also got our bill wrong and tried to charge us 150 DHS more. Karak Tea was not bad, but wouldn’t go back here.

U know guys this is my first time I ve tried the oriental food .I m surprised that I v eat one of my best meal in my kife instead of the service .was brilliant. Thanks to the manager who give the best of his experiences to this shop .you have to try to go this shop and tast the real oriental food

Terrible!! Asked for biryani and got boiled rice drenched in curry sauce! Been here before so I know what I am talking about! Chicken undercooked! Toilets filthy!! Forgot our drinks and tea! When we asked for them they said it was coming and we waited patiently for an hour! No sign and 2 reminders later we left without an apology!

Great restaurant came here a few times on our stay. Friendly service great staff, food is delicious you have to come Mandy and Kabsa dishes must try but the whole menu is delicious.

Really good food and good service. Plastic table protectors may not be the prettiest, but they certainly make cleaning easier. I ate the starter soup, the main course and the soup, the total price was 180 MAD.
