I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant recently. I was with my friend who came from another country we want to eat our dinner there , the waitress was asked to move to a smaller table for two, and took other costumers to our table even though the restaurant was empty. When we questioned the waitress about this, she was so rude and told us to just follow her instructions. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, and it really put a damper on our dining experience, we took finally tea and caffe , and ate in another restaurant after. I hope that the restaurant takes steps to ensure that their staff are more respectful and accommodating to their customers in the future.

Please avoid this place at all costs. Rip off prices and extremely rude staff. This was the only shisha place left open after 1am so we thought we will check it out. Upon arrival, we were not greeted. Once sat down, we were completely shocked at the prices for simple soft drinks as well as the shisha. We were then told that we MUST buy the extortionately priced soft drinks as this is mandatory. £3/$4 for a can of soft drink!! When told we do not require drinks, the staff brought a manager down who insisted, very rudely, for us to buy the drinks. So, guess what? We left and gave them no business! No one go to this place so they can learn to bring their prices down and fix their attitude.

I gave the dj money to play a song and he kept me waiting for 3 hours without playing the song. He was so rude and disrespectful when i asked him why he didn’t play the song i asked for.

We got to this place just to be stopped by the security guard at the entrance to tell us that it was apparently completely full it was only 9:00 p.m. we was only a group of three aisan guys, so we went away and come back a bit later after returning after two hours. The same security guard was there gave us some dirty looks and said it's full yet when we were turning away we can see him letting other people in. So we went straight to question him and he got very rude and aggressive and said it's full walk away. We argued for a bit but then didn't want any trouble. We knew what was going on because we was Asian we wasn't being let in! Blatant racism this place picks and chooses who they want to let in disgusting..!!! Please don't bother giving these racist your business!

Ordered 5 times here and 4 of the orders they got wrong. Bit of a disaster. One guy was pretty much doing all the work and the rest were clueless

Very unfriendly staff. Terrace looks very nice though. Cocktails are so so (I assume the bar tender doesn’t know how international cocktails should taste like)

Drinks was nice but had to wait over a hour for our bill. Was not busy night too

Horrible service and a usual spot to get robbed ...all staff stealing through fake bills ...and adding items with a pen to steal the hotel ...yes the customer pay what they had but staff staff is cashing out to their pocket and not declaring sale trough system..yet they think they so smart ....guests dont want to agrue over 40 dhs but when it keeps happening everytime ....there is a serious issue in that place

Worst service I have ever seen. Bartenders are just trying to fool everyone. Apart from putting more stuff on the bill, when you ask for something they charge as much as they can. I won't be back for sure.

Superb view and a lovely terrace, rest frankly disastrous. The Aperol Spritz was something else, which came oddly in a small wine glass half filled. I simply and friendly asked if this is how the cocktail usually comes (not pointing out it was half filled). The waiter said nothing, just immediately took my glass away and brought it back filled up. Which was filled now with some extra water :) so no I didn’t like it. And of course overpriced. There are better bars/restaurants in the city.

two stars for the location! it was very beautiful. Staff was very slow when it was full, long waiting time. Shisha was good, but 20€ qas to much for this! they didn’t have any shisha card and not much choice

This is a beautiful restaurant/club. We had a private party of around 30 people food was very good. Service was excellent. They had a really fun show. I highly recommend this place.

Was wary to go because of some bad reviews but it was actually such a lovely bar!!! The service was great, attentive staff and great shisha! The atmosphere was also amazing, good music good vibes!

Great service. Just needs more customers/affluence by far the best lounge bar (plays toto's early hits too) in Morocco but needs that oomphy affluence. Authorities in moroc decided otherwise

I recently went after it was renovated, super nice decor, food is nice, music is a bit loud for me (even at the terrace). please work on your Aperol spritz Guys CUS last time it was not great. I would definitely go back there for drinks with friends, it s the place to go to for some fun.

Place to be if you want to lounge and smoke shisha. Every day the same entertainment. And it depends which music they play per day. Reasonable good service of the waiters. You can also have meals here. Liquor choice is a bit limited. You will see ladies at the bar waiting to be picked up.
