Small casino. Many slot machines with minimum betting. Drinking services can be improved. One of the better casinos in Agadir.

I did not go out with cash and the fact they had no poker unless you bring four friends was dissappointing. Croupiers were friendly though, and I was offered a drink for free.

I recently visited Shems' Casino and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The first thing that struck me about this casino was how small it was - there were only a few gaming tables and machines, which made for a cramped and uninviting atmosphere. One of the games that I was looking forward to playing was roulette, but even this experience left me underwhelmed. I was disappointed to discover that there were no bonuses or special features to be found in the roulette games, which made the gameplay feel rather basic and unexciting. To make matters worse, the staff at Shems' Casino were not particularly welcoming or friendly. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them, rather than a valued customer. The lack of hospitality really took away from the overall experience of the casino.

Really helpful. They have a currency exchange inside incase your out of money and the other places are closed. The rates are lower but in emergencies is a good place overall

I visited Shem's casino in Agadir recently and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience. The service left much to be desired, as nearly every staff member, from waiters to security and parking attendants, seemed to expect a tip. Surprisingly, even cashiers hinted for gratuities during cashouts. On a positive note, the table employees, particularly those overseeing the roulette wheel and blackjack, provided excellent service without soliciting tips. While the gaming experience was decent, the constant pressure for tips diminished the overall enjoyment. I would rate my experience at Shem's casino 2 stars.
