Beaches are always wonderful by nature. But instead of having some nice cafes or restaurants you can only see one fat ugly hotel next to the other. So if you're someone who doesn't stay in one of those hotels or can't afford it you can only walk there for kilometres without beeing able to go to the toilet or buy some water for kilometres.

I enjoyed strolling on the beach and occasionally go for a swim. It safe and is patrolled by police and very clean. The beach is shallow and therefore fun for all experience level swimmers. The north end is close to the city’s fishing and commercial ports so you may want to avoid swimming there. The sunset was breathtaking.

Nestled along the stunning coast of Agadir lies the magnificent Corniche Beach, a true jewel in Morocco's coastal crown. With its sweeping arc of golden sands meeting the azure waters of the Atlantic, this beach is a testament to nature's grandeur. Corniche Beach offers an idyllic escape for beach enthusiasts, offering a picturesque blend of relaxation and recreational opportunities. The soft sands invite you to take leisurely strolls, basking in the warmth of the sun or gazing out at the horizon where the sea and sky meet in harmonious embrace.

A good place for a walk, during the day you can bathe or sunbathe, and in the evening and in the morning for the sea breeze.

This promenade is definitely the best place in Agadir. The rest of the town is absolutely boring and disappointing. The administration of Agadir seems to have a huge problem with youth unemployment. I am wondering why they are not picking up all the garbage at the beach or in the parks where local people have no clue how to throw their plastic garbage into the loony-bins right in front of them... just a suggestion to the mayor of the city to keep the town tidy.

The beachfront promenade in Agadir, Morocco, known as the Corniche, is a captivating coastal destination. Stretching along the Atlantic Ocean, the Corniche offers breathtaking views of the beach and the sea. The beach itself is an ideal spot for sunbathing and enjoying the golden sands, allowing visitors to relax and bask in the turquoise waters. Surrounding the Corniche, there's a variety of restaurants and cafes serving local and international cuisine, making it a perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal with a view of the ocean. The Corniche is also rich in entertainment activities and shops, making it an ideal destination for both tourists and locals looking to spend enjoyable moments by the sea.

Puhdas, ystÀvÀllinen henkilöstö, luotettava. Aamiainen on suomalaiseen makuun varsin rasvainen. Mehut saisi olla oikeista hedelmistÀ puristettua, eikÀ vedellÀ jatkettua.

  • 5/5 Latitifa N. 2 years ago on Google
As usual. Beautiful and peaceful when it's not crowded. You have different options of restaurants and fast-food. If you keep walking in the corniche you end up in la Marina with nicer and " high end" restaurants.

Is a really long and nice beach, the only thing is that is in the city

  • 5/5 R W. 1 year ago on Google
Beautiful space, quieter than the beaches further south but still plenty of stores & bars if you need them. The sea is calmer and more "swim friendly" the closer you get to the marina, so if the surfing waves are too big for your paddle, head to the marina end of the beach. The sea is clear for metres, until you get to about chest deep. There are changing rooms & toilets in the marina area (near Night & Day). Parasol cost was 20 Dirhams for the day. Amazing time to go - Ramadan - at 7pm the beach is packed with locals carrying chairs, tables & picnics to celebrate sundown when they can finally drink water and eat food. Great experience & friendly people!

Gorgeous place Morroco is and this beach is lovely, don't hesitate to visit this country and the area of Agadir. Having heard the usual scare stories before I came here I was worried for my family holiday here but I will definitely be back and as I'm a fussy swine that's the best endorsement I could give it so don't worry about coming here just do it you won't regret it.

Lots of chance beggars. The police will do nothing about this and it seems the establishment actively encourages this. Ladies with hired babies and young children looking to top up their pocket money. Chancers usually target families with young children deliberately. But nobody is safe. Absolutely disgusting. Don't be fooled there is a welfare system, just not as you may know it in Europe and other parts of the world. Yes, there will be beggars and yes, there will be people trying to sell you things, primarily along the promenade and seafront. They most probably won't bother or hassle you and a firm but fair 'no thank you' will usually suffice. But majority of the time they get extremely aggressive and violent. Snatching wallets and belonging, really whatever is on show. Shouting threats and abuse. Recommended that it's best to avoid this place if you can. But if you do have to go please be safe.

Gateaway for a week end at the end of October, we had a swim and the water was so cold (makes sense.. it’s ocean!). Small waves and a really wide and long beach, next time I’ll make sure to go with a surf board!!

Beautiful beach! Unfortunately a lot of plastic that doesn’t seem to be cleaned up.. also people just throw cigarette butts all over the beach Area that has sun loungers! :( not one sign in place asking people not to do this. Authorities should be doing more to keep this Beautiful beach Beautiful!!!

Very nice place for a stroll or a early morning run. Onyl downside is that there are many hustlers/touts offering all kind of stuff.

  • 5/5 Dave T. 1 year ago on Google
Great long promenade at the back of the beach. Lined with bars restaurant's shops and hotels. The main place to go for running or just a stroll.

The corniche de la plage d'Agadir is really nice. It's a walk of several kilometers all the way up to the marina which is ideal for sports, people run, walk and fitness all day long. It's kept very clean, there is a lot of security around since the place hosts a few of the bigger hotels along. It's true that people try to sell all kind of products or recommend excursions but don't be bothered too much. Most are pretty calm and the others you simply ignore 🙂 that always works.

Corniche of the Agadir Beach is an amazing promenade along the ocean. 5 kilometers walking from the beginning to the end at Marina Yachts Harbour, enjoying the spectrum of a particular sunset.

👍👍 This was a nice activity in Agadir. We came in December so there weren't a lot of people. It was so quiet in fact that we got our own cabin for just me and my husband. It was lovely. Nice views definitely and a very smooth ride. Loved it.
