It’s got everything you need staff really nice, cheap and friendly place. Amazing time there definitely recommend this place, everything close by.

The place is peaceful and nicely clean. The breakfast is good if you prebook it. 50 dh is way too expensive for what it is. I must say much better than others. Wifi does not work in the rooms.

This will be the final time I write a review for this hotel, as I seem to write the same thing everytime we visit! This stay was our 7th time here, so this review will be a little biased! One of the main reasons we love to come back is because of the staff. Everyone of them treats you like a king or queen, that is, if you are not disrespectful to them. What they put up with from some clients is appalling I have say. However, they continue on with their jobs with utter professionalism. I believe that comes down to the way they must be looked after by management. We also love the isolated location, away from all the other resorts where you can feel claustrophobic. The pools are exactly what we want, always quiet too, with the surrounding grounds kept clean and tidy. We get the same room each year, facing the sunset and the room is well-serviced each day. We enjoy the food on offer and enjoy the fact that it changes a little each year as the hotel tries new menu items.

Rooms ok and garden nice. But food really bad and not many choices. Internet connection among the worst I experienced and not available at room not even for a fee.

Very nice and clean hotel, helpful staff, pleasant rooms. Breakfast is basic but tasty. Beach is not so far. We really liked swimming pool. If you don't need luxury then this hotel is for you. I highly recommend!

Entrance is grand. First impression was wow. Rooms are outdated. Need urgent redecoration. Layout for rooms are unique and very nice. Swimming pool was bonus and great for kids and adults. Breakfast was good too. Beach was few minutes away from the hotel back Entrance. Overall a good place for family.

Staff are terrible here. Stuck up and up them selfs no manners no respect. There is no elevator you have to walk quite far to your room. When we arrived they messed up our booking to which room we was meant to stay in. Rooms are low budget like they still back in the 50's tv is vintage old cannot get any channels on apart from 1 English channel. Toilet is ok. Shower room had cracked tiles bath where the water escapes full of something as the water was not going fast down the pipe which flooded the bath. Bed and breakfast was awful, juices were powdered totally awful. Best to get breakfast from the locals who cook lovely food. Personally out stay was ok but bedding and all rooms need a massive upgrade as do the toilets. We only stayed for 4 nights was glad to leave from here. I would not recommend anyone or friends or family best off paying 40 to 60 pounds more per person and stay at better place. If you are traveling in groups of 4 etc or 3 or even 2. Then I would recommend highly to get an villa or an apartment works out same bit more £££ but worth it. You will have the place to your self all on your own bring who you want in or out more freedom. This hotel was such a great deal. Very clean and comfortable. Reminded me of the bygone days for some reason. At one time it was probably glorious.

Room was big, clean and comfortable. Balcony came in really handy to enjoy the Moroccan sun. Breakfast was good but didn't have as many options as you would expect for a buffet style. Tea, coffe, toast and pastries. Dinner was amazing, though, buffet style too for only 100 dirhams. Staff was really welcoming and helpful. Beach is just a few minutes walk and it's connected to the hotel by the back door so it's really safe. Good location, surrounded by lots of restaurants. Wifi only works on common areas.

They don't respond on phone calls i tried to make reservations many times

Nice location, room has comfortable size and was cleaning every day, separate and comfortable bathroom. Ok swimming pool. Beautiful Garden. near by Beach and Citi center. Price was accurate. Possibility to pay by Card. We have informed staff that due to the fact I am pregnant, want to ask for silent room so we have received near to casino where was a party every night. Sleeping was possible only when windows were closed. Room was on the last line so I have to pass lot of stairs everyday and going with suitcaise upsatirs was no comfortable as well. Fridge or hairdrayer would be a a big plus

It's a nice place nice and clean 👌 just be careful of strangers trying to ask 4 money 💰 for I don't know what but this hotel is nice. I definitely would come.back.

It's running on skeleton crew. I saw about 6 guests during my entire stay. The pool was nice though. I didn't particularly like the contentinal breakfast. It was bare minimum, the pastry was a bit cold. I didn't see any fresh fruits. You can see that the bar shelves aren't fully stocked. The room was lovely. Bathroom looked upgraded, but the closet looked old. The safe lock box wasn't functional. However I did enjoy my stay.

All in all was a pleasant experience. Went in with low expectations and ended up exceeding my expectation.

The grounds and building were beautiful and the place was very secure, but the service was average and the food at the restaurant was mediocre at best and severely over-priced. Breakfast is alright, but don't bother with dinner. The first night that we had dinner there, there was a proper buffet but we found animal ears in our food and much of the food tasted "off". The second night, they tried to tell us that we hadn't paid for dinner in our reservation despite our booking saying differently. Then they said it would be 100DH; when we clarified that it was total for both of us, they said it was. There was no buffet, the food was cold and undercooked, and then at the end of the meal they tried to charge us 230DH, which was significantly more than what they had previously told us. This became a huge argument and the restaurant staff became unnecessarily belligerent, bordering on violence. Beyond this, the TVs are outdated (remember those big box things from the 00s?) and have poor reception, and Wifi is only available in select common areas in the hotel. Moreover, the phone in our room didn't work whatsoever and there's no hair dryers, despite being advertised to have them on some booking sites. The hotel has great potential to be an absolutely stellar place, but until they change their restaurant management and chef, plus update the tech, it's average at best and not worthy of the 4-star hotel rating I've seen for it on other sites. This is the third hotel we've stayed in in Agadir, and you're really better off staying at Hotel Argana around the corner; it's a touch more expensive, but you actually get what you pay for.

Myself and 5 other friends stayed at this hotel last week. The service we received was absolutely disgraceful!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially staying with families. The moment we checked in to hotel staff was extremely unhelpful, they did not even smile to greet us guests and just passed us the keys for the room. They did not even show us the room at middle of night it took us nearly 20 mins finding the room. Also there was a lot of bugs and insects on the beds and toilets which my friends found very distressing and uncomfortable. My friend injured his leg due to broken glass table for which we didn’t receive any prior warning and in result had to receive medical assistance at hospital. Overall my friends and I have visited many different hotels but this has got to be one of the worst hotels which we have visited. Our stay was extremely unpleasant with unhelpful staff who took no notice of our concerns.This hotel is also not suitable for people with any disabilities as there are no lifts and atleast 100 stairs to climb up to reception. Please be warned before booking this hotel as we would never book this again.

Lovely place and very friendly staff. Only cons is the food. I stayed in for 2 nights, breakfast included, food was very basic and missing all the good Moroccan stuff, expect to have to spend extra $$ to eat better outside.

Good location, breakfast buffet is quite nice. Room with terrace,nice view from outside, spacious garden,swimming pool is nice. Bed and blankets are dirty ,I can see the dust and feel allergic! AC is too noisy,cant sleep. Bath tube is too old and broken

The say they are pet friendly but this is not true. I was not allowed to stay with my 12kg dog after making a booking and driving for 2 hours to get to the hotel. They should be more specific in their listing. I emailed the night before I arrived but nobody replied to my email.

I liked it. Very peaceful and nice staff. Quite simple and spacious. good for relaxing. If you want modern facilities it's not for you but if you want to avoid all that it's perfect. Away from the main drag but everything is within walking distance.
