Personally this hotel is not 4 stars, when you enter you don’t get that wow feeling. Yes the pool area and area surrounding pool is lovely and well kept and the rooms are okay however the bathroom is outdated and needs modernising, and the bathroom is not exactly 100% clean and towels they give have dirt marks on them. Overall you don’t get that feeling of wow I’m staying in a four star hotel because it’s not well maintained and it’s dusty and dirty everywhere inside and the seating area outside is very tired and worn even the sunbeds and tables are dirty. They don’t change your bedding , I had to strip my bed put the sheets in bath and wet them to ensure they were changed. And the hotel generally was dirty. Breakfast is not reflective of a 4 star. Food at breakfast looked very dry. The best thing about breakfast is the freshly made eggs and flat bread. They have a menu for the pool area which is good but they don’t come and hand these out on a daily basis so you always have to go up to the bar area to look at menu and order. It would be good if they came round left the menus on tables by sunbeds and then came around regularly to take drinks /food orders. Personally I would recommend paying a bit extra and staying at another hotel. The worst thing about the hotel is that another hotel guest told us they were offered additional services by a female staff member at the hotel spa which are not services as listed on the hotel spa leaflet. That’s pretty disgusting behaviour.

If I could rate this hotel a zero I would. This was the worst way to start our trip to Agadir and really ruined the tone for our few days. As a previous employee in hotel customer service, this hotel did a horrible job at greeting guests and welcoming us. The attitude received from the front desk employee when attempting to explain the understanding of our booking was unacceptable. To the point where we were told that we could go elsewhere despite already paying for the property and agreeing to pay the extra fees. There were times that I heard the front desk lady inform the other one to charge me extra, not thinking I understood the language. Following the fiasco of a check-in, it didn’t end there. Our sheets had stains on them, the curtains were not properly installed, the bathtub was disgusting and we showered with sandals. The towels were ripped and clearly old. We were never informed of hotel amenities or procedures and were required to inquire about them, but avoided it at all costs just so we wouldn’t have to interact with staff. To mention the wifi was horrendous. Hotel oasis needs to retrain their staff on hospitality and cleanliness. Would never return to this property or recommend. Please reference the photos.

Lovely hotel with a great location and lovely staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The water pressure is great and showers were warm. They have a bidet. There are many sockets in the room And a small balcony with chairs. A few cons were that the safe (shown in picture) is not available to use in any rooms, we had no phone in the room and the lighting was very poor. There were limited hangers and closet space. However, we did accidentally leave a few expensive belongings in the room and the cleaners did not steal and actually cleaned it up for us so off of the floor. They also lock their luggage room (if you need to use it when checking out).

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING!!! This Oasis Hotel and Spa is a SCAM! My family reserved through Expedia one month before we travelled from the US to Morocco. After a long drive with a 2-year old we arrive and to our surprise, they said we don't have your reservation and that they haven't posted on Expedia for over a year. The middle-aged woman with short red-ish hair was extremely rude and basically said I don't care, here is Expedia's number, you can call them. When I tell you I never experienced uncontrollable hand-shaking due to the shock and anger, it felt like I was living a nightmare. We couldn't get through to speak with a rep from Expedia. Long story short, we had to pay for another hotel which was pricy. When we returned home to the US we called Expedia and they confirmed that the hotel DID RECEIVE PAYMENT!! Our vacation was ruined to say the least. We all suffered including my baby girl. NEVER going back to this scam of a hotel. Also, it looks nice in pics but in person, it looks like a hunted hospital.

Very bad Hotel: the same breakfast every day. Worst croissants I have ever eaten. Very loud music every night, sometimes untill 04:00. One day they just repairing the room in the middle of the day, I couldn't even watch YouTube. Only good thing there is Internet — it is so-so, around 50 megabit sometimes.

Comfortable bed, kind and very helpful staff, bathroom big and clean. Swimming pool area spacious and clean. Restaurant also nice, buffet style dinner. Just no waiters to take orders for drinks and lacking a bit of ambiance, some background music might have helped. Nice hotel, would book here again.

The hotel was nice overall and in a good location close to the beach and dining options. The hotel lobby and pool area were nicer than the room. The room was nice but old. The WiFi was slow and interrupted. They have a ridiculous towel system where they collect the towels in the morning to wash them and bring them back late in the afternoon, so you endup without towels for the majority of the day if you're in the room. I stayed for three days, and the room wasn't cleaned at all for the whole duration. There was no DND sign to display on the door. The breakfast was included, but it was way less than average. Many items were missing, and many people were always standing waiting for things from the kitchen like Msamman. I could manage all of the above fine, but the noise was the worst thing for me. Loud annoying sounds of what seemed moving furniture, in addition to disrespectful guests.

Stayed here for 4 nights last week. Comfortable bed, rooms cleaned daily so couldn't fault it for the price. Breakfast is hit n miss but again for the price I couldn't complain. Ate lunch at the pool bar and the burger was great. Would go again

If I could give 0 stars I would the hotel had no hangers in the room the air conditioner was not working and it was cold in the room. The bath and the shower was in awful condition and was dirty, the fridge in the room was not working. Awful customer service in the reception as I had an incident where someone used my swimsuit because it was wet, smelt of chlorine, and was dirty. I was not swimming in the pool nor in the sea at all. But yet the man with the glasses in the reception had the audacity to tell me that no one from the hotel staff would touch my stuff. Not much choice for breakfast I will never return to this hotel ever again stay far away from this hotel.

The most diety hotel I've been to. I wanted to vomit in the cantine and I've fot a headache after going three to the breakfast. Everything was lacking, everything was dirty: the chairs, the tables... It was disguting. I've been to mamy vountrys and hotels an this one od number one od the worst. The toilet was also dirty. The beds were do i comfortable. I higly don't recommend staying here.

The hotel is central to the to the seafront and Promenade where there are plenty of cafe bar's. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and well serviced, the furniture in the lobby is a bit tatty, we have a beer in the bar once just once because in Morocco smoking is permitted in bars, restaurants and cafés. The bar was very smokey and a throw back to an Ole Irish pub in the eighties. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was included and wasn't bad although a bit limited. In saying all this it was cheap and cheerful you get what you pay for as they say.

I wouldnt even rate this hotel a 1 star never mind 4 star. Worst hotel ever. In the afternoon your not even allowed to talk loud or play music. And the reception staff are also rude. I wouldnt even go here if it was offered to me for free for a year ! Better hotels out there. The view is absolutely rubbish I swear never book this hotel you will regret it

Price-quality very good. Nice room, good location. Nice staff, except for one older man at reception that is unprofessional and not welcoming.

My husband and I spent a week in this hotel and I cannot fault the comfort of the room, the service received and the location, being positioned just five minutes walk from the beach. I have no words to say thank you to Rashid, our agent who organised our welcome at the airport and made sure we made the most of our time in Morocco, organising nice, informative and interesting trips for us. I would also like to say a special thank you to Mohamed, the owner of the jewellery and souvenirs shop from the hotel's lobby who made us feel welcomed from the very first evening and treated us with kindness, respect and friendship, in a very professional manner. I wholeheartedly give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars.

Very nice hotel, closer to the beach than you would expect. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mario, entertainer, was excellent and amused us all throughout! He worked very hard, as did Omar who served us with a smile around the pool every day. The pool was the cleanest I have ever been in, and never too busy. Staff always set out loungers for us wherever we wanted them. The hotel is a little tatty/dated, but so is the whole of Agadir. Might I suggest, from reading other reviews, that if you like English music, food and staff that you take a holiday in.... here it comes - England?! What was especially nice actually was that the hotel guests were not moronic English people but mostly from other countries. Very pleasant guests. Our bedroom wasn't the largest but there was aircon and always good strong flow of hot water from the shower. Beds were ok. Rashid, tour guide, was useful.

Great place to stay, however, had a Hammam in the spa and it was the worst customer service experience of my life. They did not communicate, the treatment was way shorter than promised and I had to wait 1 hour after the Hammam to get my massage.

Not to mention damaged bathroom and dirty room, the biggest problem was actual Spa provided by hotel for “cheap prices”. We paid for one hour of massage, received barely 30 minutes of it. However, the work of women was okay the massage bed was noisy, the women kept talking and had issues with breathing. The place was overall loud which makes “relaxing massage” absurd. Left me in a big schock with a really bad experience which is bad to say as I got to know beautiful Morocco.

Hotel in general is accepted but it is expensive comparing to the services. Wi Fi IS A BIG ISSUE, you will be without internet just when you get in your room. There is no coffee & tea corner inside the room. Refrigerator was noy cooling as required. There was no toilet slippers. I recommend by this price you could find better hotel to stay in.

Staff are so friendly and very helpful and could not fault them. Hotel amenities are good. My only complaint would be the bed was so very hard. Was difficult to get a good night's sleep. Room cleaned everyday. Staff are a credit to this hotel.

  • 1/5 Danielle T. 4 years ago on Google
Would not recommend! Photos are misleading; our bedroom was dirty, the bath was badly damaged and an air vent was missing, leaving a large hole above the shower. There was mould on the bathroom walls. If you are full board, there is no menu or buffet (you get what you are given). Although a few of the dining staff were friendly and helpful, the reception staff were useless and rude. A main road runs around the hotel, so there is constant traffic noise around the pool and also throughout the night. There is loud music at night and you can hear all the street noise until the early hours. This is not 4 star hotel standard!!!!

Perfect location! You're in the middle of everything you might need - beach, best restaurants, car rentals right next to the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Great location. They have a spa with good prices for massage and other services. Breakfast and dinner buffet is amazing. Adequate size pool and gym. Shops and restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. The little gift shop in the lobby is fantastic, they can make engraved bracelets and necklaces with your name in Arabic, not too expensive. Had a great time here and would stay again.
