Where
to
start?
It’s
a
very
dated
hotel
and
the
only
bonus
at
the
moment
is
the
location,
nice
swimming
pool
and
its
own
part
of
the
beach.
Please
don’t
be
fooled
by
accounts
giving
a
rating
of
5/5
as
clearly
either
they
have
no
idea
about
4-star
hotels
and
good
service
or
have
been
paid
to
do
so.
This
hotel
is
nowhere
near
to
be
rated
5.
While
we
were
staying
some
rooms
were
only
refreshed
by
being
painted.
Everything
else
I
suppose
stays
the
same.
Even
doors
opened
with
keys.
I
was
hoping
for
a
kettle
and
some
glasses
so
I
can
have
my
own
tea
or
coffee
on
the
balcony
but
no
sign
of
it
at
all.
You
will
find
a
mini
fridge
in
the
room
which
is
filled
with…….two
plastic
cups.
I
always
like
to
have
a
sufficient
amount
of
drinking
water
with
me
(especially
when
you
have
small
children)
so
we
were
very
shocked
when
the
security
guy
at
the
entrance
didn’t
allow
us
to
bring
the
water
into
the
hotel
and
informed
there
are
4
restaurants
in
the
hotel
I
can
get
the
water
from!
The
reception
confirmed
that
water
from
outside
is
prohibited
🤯🤯
We
wouldn’t
have
it.
,
protested
and
complained,
and
took
our
water
with
us
to
the
room.
Absolutely
unacceptable.
In
the
winter
even
if
the
days
are
hot
the
nights
can
get
cold
and
our
rooms
were
freezing
at
night
as
the
heating
wasn’t
working
properly.
Wherever
you
will
have
a
duvet
on
your
bed
is
a
total
lottery
and
if
you
don’t
get
one
but
only
blankets
you
will
only
get
extra
blankets.
Don’t
ask
me
why.
🤷🏻♀️
The
wifi
is
very
poor
if
you
really
need
it.
The
further
from
the
reception
lobby
the
weaker
it
gets
and
the
only
resort
to
use
it
is
on
the
room
balcony
or
sitting
in
the
hotel
lobby.
Now
the
nasty
surprise.
Be
mindful
of
all
the
towels
in
your
rooms.
If
for
any
reason
the
cleaners
won’t
replace
them
all,
it’s
YOU
paying
the
bill
at
the
check
out
if
any
of
them
is
missing.
They
will
check
the
room
before
you
can
leave
the
hotel.
Now
if
you
are
a
Muslim
please
be
aware
that
pork
is
being
served
along
with
other
things
for
breakfast.
The
selection
and
quality
of
food
for
breakfast
and
drink
are
just
ok.
If
you
fancy
sth
more
delicious
and
from
the
local
kitchen
try
small
cafes
serving
breakfasts
including
omelets
with
meat
or
tomatoes
or
crispy
and
freshly
made
pancakes
with
honey.
Most
of
the
time
I
was
out
however
I
really
enjoyed
evening
live
music
shows
presenting
Moroccan
music.
The
staff
is
generally
nice
and
helpful
but
many
of
the
rules
put
in
place
by
the
management
are
just
ridiculous
and
many
times
make
you
feel
unwelcome
and
a
sign
of
small-mindedness.
I
don’t
think
I
will
be
coming
back
here
unless
some
changes
are
introduced
to
update
not
only
the
interior
but
management
of
the
hotel.
