(Translated by Google) Room on nightclub, noise until 8am on weekdays ..... Average room but beautiful exterior decor. A beauf moor (clientele). Otherwise, quality excursions are offered within the hotel. Welcoming and very friendly staff. Diversity of the buffer but over a week we go in circles (normal). Not much to see outside. Private and quiet beach. Have a good stay. Amazing resort with swimming pool, gym tennis court, football ground. And has many daily activities. Not to mention the amazing buffet which has a wide choice and tastes amazing. Drinks are always available with all inclusive too. Amazing place to stay for holiday. Beautiful.

All that's been said is true. Food is superb. Entertainment is all day . It is French but staff try to speak English. Worth every penny you spend. I would return. Fab!

We experienced a VIP in the club After our booking got confirmed, I called the hotel from the website number and as lucky we are the person who answered me speaks perfect English; this is the first great surprise (a French club), He presented himself as the public relations manager. The first thing I asked for, is the transfer from the airport to the hotel, and he explained to me that there are so many taxis just in the airport area. So the first issue has already been resolved before even our holiday got started. The arrival day: we arrived around 9:30 pm to the hotel and KHALID (P.R Manager) was waiting for us welcoming us with a nice a fresh fruits cocktail, and before we know it he got us the restaurant for dinner even it was kind of a late time and there was a table waiting for us (family of four) the food was great and always been during all our holiday in the hotel, and the rooms are super clean and the workers are so friendly The swimming pool is heated about 24° and the entertainment was great as well Khalid was all the time with us explaining everything. One small thing that bothered us is the taxis in front of the hotel; every time we like to go to the privet beach the taxi drivers always want to take us to unknown destination even if I told'em that we are not interested but every time we have to get some back words in Arabic that I'm sure they insult us if they did not get out money. I hope the hotel administration do something about it. Thank you, Khalid, for the wonderful holiday even though We can't thank you enough. ps: Khalid (guest relations manager) is a life saver if you don't speak french .

(Translated by Google) Some of the staff extremely friendly the other much less probably due to the mass of people crossed in the day. Rooms at the top the maintenance staff may congratulate us because day after day the rooms are clean tidy with a little deco attention some days. It is a pity that it is so Europeanized we can regret the lack of opportunity to immerse in the Moroccan culture inside the center is all too good French. The cuisine in spite of it has a very large number of choices remains of a fairly poor quality can be found much better outside in a small restaurant that does not look mine.

Just came back from my first holiday on my own and I really enjoyed the experience. The staff is great, very understanding and helpful. The food was good , plentiful and varied. They were all sorts of activities organised in the hotel (gym, dance, tennis, evening cabaret) if you wanted to participate . You could booked excursions too and there is a lovely spa room where you can get a fantastic massage. If you do a few excursions/activities at the beginning of your stay you meet people faster. My bedroom was spacious and clean - the hotel is very well run. A majority of French people around but they were very friendly and most of the staff speak English too. I will go back.

Pastries are recycled everyday, if you are not French forget about a varied menu only caters for French taste!, menu is not international at all. Towels are hard and not fluffy at all. Staff did not even wish me farewell when we left which was a dissapointment. Cutlery is placed in a hidden corner of the dining area and is time consuming to find.signage and staff is all in French so forget about coming here if you are from another country

The resort itself is stunning. It is mainly a French speaking resort, so everything is set up for the French, and the English are treated like 2nd class citizens. There are many room blocks, each consisting of 3 floors with about 20 rooms per floor around a central open area garden. Doors to your very small outdoor area or balcony are just wooden, so there is no soundproofing. There is a spa (extra charges apply) and a free gym. There is a large, only slightly, heated pool where the animation team have music and activities and a childrens 'water park', which is a bit of an exaggeration as it consists of a small splash area and 3 slides. There is also a smaller unheated pool, which is much more relaxed and quieter. In most cases, the staff were reasonably friendly and helpful where they could be. The reception team were not included in this. Check in was difficult and long winded and after being kept awake by the casino and night club noise during our first night we asked to be moved. They responded with no we are full. Later that day I saw some of our neighbours being moved so went to reception again and wouldn't take no for an answer. They did move us but 2 floors down and about 5 rooms along in the next block, so there was very little difference in noise levels. I'm sure this was done on purpose and they were laughing at us. The hotel has a private section on the beach, which is not very far to walk and very clean and tidy. There are a few shops close by and a money exchange across the road which is all very convenient however the casino and night club next door are a nightmare for noise levels and from what we were told the police do nothing possibly due to bribes etc.

We had a fantastic week here for our first holiday in Morocco. The location is good, across the road and 200m to the beach. The staff are all brilliant and will help you as much as they can. Food was varied and tasty. 100% recommend.

Lovely resort, could potentially do with a lick of paint here and there, bit from what we have seen, there appears to be some upgrade work started the past few days. Rooms are nice with enough space, the food is always really good and varied. Only thing that let me down is with the resort is that it is majority French, not a bad thing but wish I would have known. All entertainment is in French and most staff only speak French. But they do try to accommodate us English folk well. WiFi is good in most areas apart from the bedrooms and the quiet pool (definitely try this)

The hotel infrastructure is very good and suitable for lazy holidays for families with kids. There is a tennis court, basketball and football court, water slides, two swimming pools in different locations: one more quite and remote and another one more noisy and fun. The territory of the hotel is well maintained and big, so we never felt like the hotel is overcrowded. The animation team and the mini club for the kids was very fun and kids loved it. The hotel rooms were very cosy and comfy. Our main disappointment was about the food and restaurant facilities: a lot of food but tasteless, it was surprising how good products could be transformed in such mediocre dishes. Breakfast very poor: one type of hard cheese, no cream cheese or spreading cheese, two types of salami of very pink color. A kitchen bugs/cockroaches were strolling around the restaurant area.

Place it's on a few different names. Taxi drivers are finding difficult locating place by the names. It's extremely loud around the pool area. If you are French talking, this place might be for you. Hotel also finding additional charges for not existing things. WiFi only in rooms extremely slow and signal disconnecting often.

Very nice hotel. Caters pretty much solely for French, by this i mean most signs in french and most staff really poor english. Which means many don't even try to communicate or understand. Ones that can speak english are very helpful, a few that have poor english give it a try to understand but this is rare. Rooms small but has everything. Balconies are tiny for no reason really. Could have been extended full length of room when built. One block even has the extended platform for that to make a massive one but still has the walls making a tiny one! Water park losely describes it but is great and hardly used in March so fun anyway. Quiet pool is good but very near water park so not sure how quiet if busy. Main pool heated to 25 degrees which is great. Others, quiet pool and water park not heated. Buffet food good although not so much on moroccan night as all tagines. Shows in evening! All in french, only went moroccan night, started 25 mins late. Introduced for 10 mins in french. Nobody laughing so no idea exactly what it was about. Then started with what was most likely a moroccan wedding party walking in and onto stage, but make up of hotel guests and 4 moroccan drummers. Who dissappeared as soon as on stage and then interviewed hotel guest actors! So left show at this point. No water in bottles is give out at breakfast, its the rules! Just flavoured lemon or rosemary in jugs. All inclusive great although i doubt it would be easy to get drunk unless you like wine which is available during meals aswell. Very nice hotel all in all

Decent hotel for a morrocco all inclusive but not to the same standard as Egypt or Turkey. Hotels seem to cost more in Morocco and are not the biggest complexes. But saying that it was a good experience and different to our usual holidays. The food was decent at breakfast and lunch, but dinner wasn't that good for british travellers. Main pool was a decent temperature but the slide pool was cold. The grounds were well kept and the staff were great.

The hotel staff is extremely uninterested and they are only helpful if you speak French. They don't even carry suitcases to the rooms. We took 6 suitcases up to the 3rd floor on our own and only the gentleman who worked followed us.

In my opinion, you would have to speak fluent French to go there.( Although if you don’t speak French some staff can be helpful). The staff were very polite and caring. I wouldn’t recommend venturing of on your own and make sure to cover up. Be careful with the food there as there was raw chicken and an undercooked egg as well as an orange with maggots in it. The bartenders were especially nice and efficient. If we ever had a problem it always got solved. The spa was very good and relaxing. It was very kid-friendly for French children. Including the kids pool, slides, tennis, table tennis and etc. with racquets and balls included. BE CAREFUL on the slides as my daughter went on them and the lifeguard at the top was fast asleep and she had to make sure she wasn’t going to hit the person before her. The rooms were quite clean and cleaned every day to perfection. The rooms are not sound proof at all and it was difficult to get to sleep with all the entertainment. But apart from all this, it ticked most of the boxes!

Decent hotel for the price, roughly 10 minutes walk from the beach, rooms were nice showers very good, food was decent, nice swimming pools one great for the kids and grownups with slides, hotel seems to cater for French people but I was able to get by fine speaking English, overall I have no complaints.

The hotel left a lasting impression on us with its impeccable cleanliness and the inviting ambiance that surrounded us throughout our stay. The staff's warmth and friendliness added an extra layer of comfort and made our experience truly exceptional. When it came to dining, we were spoiled for choice with the incredible variety of delicious food options. Each morning, we indulged in delightful breakfasts that set the perfect tone for our day. The highlight of our stay was the aqua park, the refreshing swimming pool, and the exciting daily activities, which ensured that we were never short of fun things to do. In the evenings, we were treated to entertaining performances that added a touch of magic to our nights. We were so enchanted by our experience that we couldn't resist extending our stay; it was simply too fantastic to leave behind. The proximity to the beach, which allowed us to witness stunning sunsets every evening, was the cherry on top of this already perfect vacation. The hotel was truly exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We had a special appreciation for the talented chef who prepared delicious omelets for us daily – her culinary skills were outstanding. Additionally, our housekeeper, Ghazala, was not only friendly but also an absolute delight; she ensured our room was impeccably cleaned throughout our entire stay.

What can we say. Everything was just excellent. Food was great with a great choice every day. The reception staff were great and helpful. Even security were brilliant. Even though it was a French hotel the staff were just amazing. Especially the animè team. They were just the best at getting us to join in Even though we were the only Brits in the hotel. Would definitely go back and will be looking at going back very soon.

Amazing place for reasonable price. Food is amazing and the variety is more than enough, alcoholic drinks are a bit watery though. Staff is extremely friendly, eaven though most of them understood english very little they were trying to communicate and make sure you are comfortable. Room was amazing with a balcony and beautiful view. Hotel is right next to the beach and it has its own secured sunbathing place in the shore. You don't eaven have to leave the hotel to enjoy the holiday, there is more than enough to do. I felt like I don't want to leave.

Lovely hotel with good sized rooms and great staff, Khalid the hospitality manager could not have done more to make us welcome, Fatama cleaned our room and made amazing towel art, Mustafa makes the best iced Irish coffee make sure you request one, the entertainment staff do not speak much English however did make a good effort to include us. Big thank you to all Wifi is less impressive you can get wifi in rooms and near the restaurant but not near the pools or most of the outside seating areas lots of locked networks so could easily be resolved. Bar near the quiet pool only serves coffee or juice when staffed and the private beach location is at least 600 plus meters with no bar/ coffee facilities.

Had an absolutely amazing holiday here. The hotel is lovely, and the staff are nice and friendly. Rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel offers trips out. We did 2, which were great - city trip and the Crocopark trip, (amazing value) The main pool was great, and activities were on in the afternoon. There is another quieter pool (colder) and a smaller area with slides. A wide variety of food & drink were on offer. I am a fussy eater, but I always found plenty to eat. The surrounding area is spectacular.

Had a fantastic room. Really comfortable bed. The location is perfect. A five minute walk from a really good supermarket and really close to Agadir beach, which is one of the nicest beaches I have seen. The staff are very friendly and the buffet is brilliant. We had turkey and stuffing on Christmas eve, with all the trimmings. One evening we had the best lamb I've ever had in a hotel. The wine is plentiful and the pool is warm. The coffee is very good, so are the early evening snacks. All around, extremely good place to stay.

Stayed here for 5 days over Christmas. We were in block 1 ( Riad 1) next to the main buffet area . Unfortunately the hotel is located next to a casino and nightclub that side of the hotel .. as other people say its extremely noisy from about 5.30am to 7.30 am at least .. shouting .. fighting.. loud music and cars honking.. the only reason we got any sleep is because we drink alcohol.. knock yourself out you might get a few hours kip. I'm not sure if there are any quiet rooms away from this debacle.. Maybe worth requesting a quiet room before you get there or stay in a hotel situated away from a casino and nightclub. The room was clean and tidy.. the buffet breakfast has plenty food .. more pastries than you can shake a stick at .. the omelette is very nice . Lunch was OK.. pretty standard. The dinner buffet I thought was fantastic.. especially the Christmas buffet .. wow what a lovely spread.. all inclusive drinks .. beer is local especial flag .. local wine by the glass at the bar or bottle at lunch and dinner . The cocktails we didn't bother with as I don't consider 7 up with beer a cocktail for example. I found the staff do speak English and are friendly enough.. personally the French don't bother me .. so I couldn't care less if there's more of them there than English.. I don't need holiday friends lol It's about a 5 minute walk to the massive sandy beach.. all in all a good break

We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every minute of it! The All-Inclusive offer is super nice and its worth every penny. The food is delicious and there is something prepared for every taste. The entertainment is fun and the people are super nice and friendly. Most of them speak english but speaking french is preferred. The rooms are clean and quite und cleaned every day. Located near to the beach and the city it is perfect for a stay in Agadir.

My main issue would be about the noise. A load of the rooms were a few metres away from a casino and nightclub. The locals would hang around outside all night beeping their horns, shouting, fighting, vomiting and this went on until daylight. They refused to move us, and some of the staff seemed to heavily favour the French majority of guests. There is very little to recommend about this hotel, the rooms themselves were OK and the beach was nice

28Dec2019: No one in charge at reception from 22h. They ^inform^ and ^escalate^ issues by email. Paid for 4 persons, only 3 beds available, no solution after 90minutes. They even reject the error on tour operator, and myself. Midnight: there is at least empathy... no solution. 29dec: an extra mattress is installed. Not the level of a 4 star, even local. Be careful with your reservation

Badkamer was oud.

So I recently stayed with my parents and honestly I wasn't impressed. They previously stayed there with happy memories but arriving upon their 3rd stay said it's gone downhill. For me the food was okay but very recycled. Should be able to do simple things like Fries everyday. The tea/coffee machines would close only be open in the morning and I'd have to go to the bar for a Tea or Coffee and I felt like interacting with the staff was a chore. As an English speaker I found alot of staff rude toward us and definitely need re training. If you'd like to cater to French tourists mainly just advertise in France. I believe it's perfect for a French speaker. However I unfortunately wouldn't return as I was made to feel out of place here.

Very good hotel, food is excellent, staff are very friendly, and most speak good English. They are on there toes and stuff gets done when you ask, rooms are very clean. It's a French dominated hotel, but I did not have any problems. I will come again.

The Hotel is a little bit older, but it was clean, the rooms are OK! I called there first to find out, if they had 3 seperate bed, but they had to pass the phone before i had an english speaking Receptionist. The check In process was so la la , i had to ask for the map and even where everything was, the guests should not ask for it... There are mainly french guest, so everything the animation and so on is in French :-/. The time table for the programs etc. are in french as well. the animation in the evening was OK, but as mentioned, french only (21:45 a bit late for my Taste). The pools are good, and clean, but the gym needs a little bit of maintanance. But the average age in the hotel was 45+ ( seems like 45+ French guests dont use gyms :-D...) On the second day the young lady responsible for the guest relation, introduced herself, while we were eating(better timing would be after lunch). But she helped us a lot in telling us places to go in agadir, even with finding a special medicine (great), it felt like she was the only english speaking staff member.... she couldn't resque the french only image, because everything else was still french, but tried hard... the beach is not that far away, but there is no hotel bar at the beach :-/

Went on Holiday to here, found the lack of english activites really poor, i do speak some french but couldnt relate to the activites they put on. Nice clean place, food for me was little undercooked but nice choices all the same. the only downside to this hotel is the casino that is situated behind the appartments, its open throughout the night and can encounter fights and loud noises from the public and cars sounding their horns. apart from that okish

(Translated by Google) Bel resort, spacious with 3 different pools and rooms pretty good. Unfortunately, being a tourist village, people are often subject to loud music and casino even in the evening. In this tourist village we speak almost only French, being precisely a French village. You eat well even Italian dishes, pizza is a great person and able to do even a good pizza, enviable even in Italy. 4 stars for the excessive noise and for as little Wi-Fi handsome.

(Translated by Google) The Marmara club has taken up residence at the Valéria Les Jardins D'Agadir hotel. It is the same place. The club proposes an animation which exploits the infrastructure of the hotel: 5 swimming pools, room of fitness, ground of balls, mini club for the children, room of spectacle. The team is small but very dynamic. The club also offers day trips. That of Essaouira was perfectly documented by the guide who made the 3 hours, instructive and pleasant. (See photos) For amateurs, but outside the club, surf and paddle schools on the beach on the south side (Original) Le club Marmara a élu domicile au sein de l'hôtel Valéria Les Jardins D'Agadir.
