Avoid avoid avoid!!!!! In the past 12 months I’ve stayed in 6 hotels and this is by far the WORST one! Toilets are so filthy! They’re like public toilets that have not been clean in years - you would not think staff clean it every day (which they probably don’t - they just top up toilet tissue and soap!). After having to wait in reception for 45 minutes and 3 groups entering after me getting checked and their rooms before us was the start of the rubbish stay at this hotel! Check in states 2PM on the card, we came 30 minutes after 4PM and after waiting for 45 minutes we finally got our room at 5:15PM which wasn’t even ready! The bed was not even done up, a pillow was half way across the bed, the toilet was filthy and the bath tub is disgusting! After feeling unwell I had to shower straightaway before we went down to complain about our room ( I couldn’t risk waiting another 45 minutes for a new room). When complaining the manager insisted our complaint was not sufficient enough due to me having a shower even tho we explained our circumstances. He offered us a better room but for a price of 300 dirham PER NIGHT! or the same room which still had toilet marks and a disgusting bath (just not as bad as the first room). No compensation or anything was offered as an act of an apology. NONE of the fire alarms work! All the fire alarms are broken - I don’t know how this hotel has passed a safety review. The food is not the best. You have about 8 things to choose from ( if that). The restaurant staff can also be extremely rude. Would literally not wish my worst enemy to stay here.

We stayed in the apartments, which are large and with comfortable furnishings The downside is they face on to the main road at traffic lights and a roundabout. Constant traffic notice day and night, with cars speeding up, car horns blaring and a traffic cop constantly blowing his whistle!! Double glazing would help. Swimming pools are great, very clean and the animateurs are brilliant for the sports programme. The music could be turned to lower volume, pools are for relaxing ! Food.we had breakfast included in our room deal, which was good, . Though we looked in at lunchtime the choice choice was not great for the cost. All inclusive drinks ( which we did not have) the wine was Spanish - and very ropey, as we had bought same one at a supermarket, supposed to local drinks - barman wasn't impressed when we pointed this out to him Staff were great and couldn't do enough for you. Just to point out, lots of roadworks around the hotel,so the short walk to the beach was a long diversion either through or around them

The hotel was dated I stayed for 10 nights and believe me I took care of all the staff from reception to the spa in a fantastic way something unbelievable happened last day that will never take me back to this hotel .On my last day I check with the reception if it would be possible to stay extra couple hours in the room because my flight was early evening.I had a verbal agreement that could be possible now the shocking experience at the checking out moment they charged me extra 30 euro the manager would not take no for an answer first the way was talking to me was unbelievable he was patronising me explaining the situation. I didn’t like and appreciate his attitude He should have use his discretion but no way I was charged extra disgusting really. He should be reprimanded

Staff are not helpfull and treating gust with no respect, if you have any concern or problem, you need to mention it many times. Rooms is not cleaned, old and poor No water bottles or coffee or tea available in the room and you have to pay for even drinking water. Food quality is very poor and no many options to have .

It's not as good as it shows. Doesn't smell good and the service is very bad. Decided to get a different hotel. Moreover, the receptionist or the people working there aren't welcoming at all. NO Elevator!! Anezi = very uneasy

The hotel is so outdated, too many things need to get improved. Rooms are dirty, towels are torn worn & old. Food quality is not that great & the hotel staff is in lack of hospitality skills.

In general the hotel provides everything you need. All of our rooms had AC, but some rooms do not have WiFi and there's huge differences in terms of interior. The personell is always friendly, but the reception is one negative point. It's probably not even the people's fault, but just lack of ressources there. The bar guys were incredibly friendly which made up for the bad service at the reception. The room service was also good. The food in the hotel is nothing compared to what you can get in the small streets in Agadir. If you want the original taste for a reasonable price, eat outside.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Save yourself time and money and avoid this hotel. Whilst the location and the food were positive, everything else was negative. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation and updating. The rooms are old and whilst large, are very unclean by European standards (hair all over the floor, grime on tiles and near skirting boards, stained towels and bedsheets). Moreover, you cannot fully close the windows meaning the air conditioning is very ineffective as there is hot air constantly coming in from outside. It was 48° when we stayed so this was a significant problem. The reception staff are friendly but very inefficient with there often being long queues of people at reception reporting problems. The check in process was also poor. We arrived only to be told that our room wouldn’t be ready for another hour so we could go and sit by the swimming pool. We sat and waited and returned after 1 hour to be told that we need to wait another 30 minutes. When we finally got into our room it was very dirty. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly from the last people. There was hair (including what looked like pubic hair) all over the floor and the bathroom was dirty. The bedsheets were stained and no cover was provided for the duvet. Cleanliness or lack there of was a consistent issue during our stay. We had to ask on 4 separate occasions for our room to be cleaned and when they claimed it had been, there was still hair all over the floor and the bed sheets were stained. Whilst the staff are friendly (some of the waiting staff are lovely and were clearly trying their best in bad circumstances) sadly this cannot make up for the abject lack of care about hygiene or basic standards of cleanliness. The breakfast offered was good but again inefficient as there was only 1 station to get hot food meaning the queues were very long. The food served at dinner was very samey and the quality was quite low. The website claims the hotel has 3 restaurants when it actually only has 1 that has no air conditioning so was incredibly hot and make for an unpleasant dining experience.

At 1st glance hotel looks lovely, but when u actually stay a few nights u see what it's really like. Going ALL INCLUSIVE means the HOTEL STAFF look and treat you like second class citizens considering we paid nearly £900 for 6 nights. Rooms r not cleaned regularly, our room was cleaned 2 times while we was there even though we asked them too. Fresh towels, shower gel toothpaste r not provided or topped up everyday, so i just bought some, unless u r lucky enough to catch the cleaning people & they do it. You don't even have a kettle to make hot coffee/tea as u wud do elsewhere which is standard everywhere I stayed, Apparently you can ask them which I discovered the day we left talking to other disgruntled customers, so make sure u ask straight away upon checking in AND ask for a key to yr safe. Also their is no fridge in the room either so enjoy yr Warm bottled water or softdrinks. Buffet 1st day we tried the buffet was ok nothing special again for the money u pay u wud expect a variety. They had the same fish item everyday with a slight twist maybe,1 day grilled, next day fried but same thing everyday. Same goes for thier meat & chicken, bog standard same thing everyday with a slight change. Don't expect any prawns or seafood ect. Drinks, if u go ALL INCLUSIVE r served in plastic & paper cups while u look around & see the paying customers being served in bottles and cups, so when u pay upfront u get treated like the poor, however if u pay while their u will be at least served in glasses & cups & saucers & if u are really lucky maybe even a smile. Staff & Customer Service I can put up with all the above but what really annoyed me is how they treat customers. No smile, no manners, most cannot even speak english, no hospitality at all. Its not much to ask This place needs to work on so many things to attract tourist to stay at their hotel if they truly want to be a great hotel. I've stayed in many hotels and never have a felt this way about a hotel that's meant to be 4*, I would get better treatment at the Premier Inn if they had one. The only 3 staff members at the hotel that tried to make any effort was Mariam in reception, really nice and helpful, Yousef at the Bar who spoke English and was always smiling and Friendly and The Bar Manager who tried to look after his guest but you can tell he was limited due to higher powers above him. They should certainly listen to his advice and they will definitely do a better job then they were doing and also hire staff that can speak basic English. Some of the bar staff were absolutely Pathetic, you would be standing their for 10 mins without them even acknowledging your presence. Its ok to say hi ill be with you in just a min. A little bit of manners and politeness goes along way and then you will see your patrons actually tipping you and smile, its doesn't cost anything to smile. After 2years I was so happy to go on holiday but I will never stay their again, actually I don't plan on going to morroco again, for the money I spent I'd rather got to dubai or Turkey or even Portugal again, anywhere but their. Sorry for the rant whoever is reading this, I hope the hotel take this feedback and try to improve the service and quality and make their customers feel welcomed so then they can come back to their respected homes and refer their friends and family about staying in Aneezi Towers, but you won't get that from me which is unfortunate. We are guests in your country and hotel, make us feel welcomed and our business appreciated and you will reap the benefits also. I truly wish you the best Thank you. Ps Thiers a guy at the hotel, his name is kamal or something who will try to sell you excursions, ask exactly for everything how long will it be, how much it will be, don't be afraid to say NO plenty of places offer this service. Not all what he offers is as he's describing it, desert safari and sand dunes what he will have u belive is not actually going over sand dunes

Second time here as a family of 6. Love their apartments, this time we got a newly furnished apartment but have been told not all apartments have been renovated as Moroccan holiday makers do enjoy their traditional style apartments. I've stayed in both and honestly, both are great. Location is perfect, short walk to local shops and beach. Taxi is easily accessible. They have 3 pools and they are not busy, most of the time we've had the pool to ourselves as a family despite it being holiday season. All apartments come with balcony view which is great.

I am honestly unsure about the positive reviews on this place and wish I had read more reviews on booking etc because it would have saved me a lot of hassle. Firstly I booked based on the pictures, this was wrong! The hotel is entirely outdated with poor quality rooms/ bedding and even ventilation. Bathroom stinks of mould and is just worn down, honestly think you were back in 1998. This isn’t an exaggeration, I went with my husband and child currently pregnant as well, 5 y/o daughter got stuck in the lift and toilets which are also very old. I requested our first room to be changed the dust and bedding was nasty, hair on the floor, residue someone’s hair oil on the bed and old belongings scattered hence really shows it wasn’t cleaned. We then came back one night to a swarm of what appeared to be bed bugs & ants I was furious and went down to ask to be moved again to be told I have to come back in the morning as if to say it’s okay to sleep with insects in bed with my child. After a lot hassle we were moved again by this point I was just done there was no need to even be questioned I invited the receptionist to have a look and tell me because I wouldn’t even let an animal sleep in that room. The food was mediocre no flavour whats so ever, breakfast was the only decent thing. Even that you have to come down before 9 as some items are finished. Pools were ice cold no one even swims there. Just avoid this was the only thing that ruined my holiday and if I can help someone else before theirs is too then by all means. Staff are helpful.

The smell in the apartment was horrendous, musty combined with drains, was so bad I had to leave my clothes there as the smell went into them. The apartment was beyond filthy and not suitable for a human being. There are no facilities whatsoever not even a parasol at the pool. Hill at both entrance and exit and also an awful lot of stairs to climb to the apartments with no lift in any block.

All can be described in one word. Superb! Superb location, attractions close by and a really vibrant place to be, superb staff with attention to detail and very accommodating, all our communication pre and post booking cannot be faulted. Friendly staff and eager to help. A wide range of facilities and activities, lots to choose from. A huge thank you for making our stay so special and truly memorable. Highly recommend.

We booked 2 rooms for our family with 3 kids. When we arrived at the hotel they held us in the lobby for almost 2 hours, after one hour told us to pay a tax which wasn't on the website, they didn't offer anything like water,I was so thirsty and the kids same and tired coz we left our home at 9 morning and arrived at the hotel at 19:00 . When we came to the room, big surprise NO FRIDGE,NO KETTLE, NO MINIBAR,tv have only a few channels,in the bathroom NO SHOURGEL, NO SHAMPOO, hair dryer NO FUNCTIONAL but the floor of the bathroom was full of body hair and dusty. We ask for a kettle, and we get it after 3 days . They "clean" the room every day , pick up the towels early in the morning, and bring them back after 18:00 so all day NO TOWELS. They only tidy the beds and forget to swipe and mop the floors. Breakfast is very, very poor and the most cheap products. I'm very disappointed because of the hotel and NO RECOMMENDED. The city is very beautiful and many places to visit

First time visiting Morocco and i chose to go to Agadir. Picked Anezi Tower hotel for my stay. Place was great up until the very end. Room service was amazing. The staff was great and food was delicious. On my last day at the hotel i callee the manager to ask if my guests (family) could come to the hotel and use the swimming pool. The manager said my guests could go the the restaraunt, pool and lobby but were not allowed in the actual hotel room. This was great. So we drove in as a family, went swimming and ordered service to the swimming pool. All was well. Me and my brother who was not staying at the hotel left to get food and when we walked back the security guard (Agdal Mohamad Salem) would not let my brother back in the hotel just to gather the family and leave to the beach. I informed the security guard that all was approved with the hotel manager. I told him to call the manager and he would get the ok. He refused to call and said it was my problem and i had to call. I called the hotel manager and Mafed and explained to him the situation and he said he would call the security guard. The phone rang twice at the security desk but the security guard said he did not receive any instructions to let us up. Finally i walked back to the hotel myself complained to the manager Mafed and he honestly just shook his head and did nothing. I told him i was going to leave a google review and he just shook his head. I was embarrassed that my family came here to enjoy with the approval of the hotel manager. The manager was a woman who was above Mariam. I am never staying here ever again. I would not recommend here as the hotel communication and lack of communication is terrible when a problem arises. Thank you to the managers for dropping the ball on this.

The hotels location was good not far from the beach but however the food and breakfast wasn’t great and their was hairs on our beds. One of the beds wasn’t made when we arrived therefore we had to call the cleaner to make it then again the cleaner didn’t even make it properly as he missed out the duvet and pillows and we had to call him again to finish it off and he gave us attitude and kept us waiting for 40 minutes. On the day we was leaving they charged us 40dh for no reason saying that we ordered coffee to the room the following night when we did not.

To sum up - ‘Basic and clean, but best to keep expectations low’. This hotel is excellent for its location, but really does make you want to leave to see the rest of agadir lol!! Hotel relies on its ‘Extra charges’. This includes drinks at dinner (including water), and if you want a higher floor room even tho already you paid for the sea view extra at booking. Food at dinner was very much to an acquired taste, I cannot comment too much as bit of fussy eater… ate out most days even though was all inclusive. Breakfast was ok, no continental, but edible. Ps not allowed to come back for seconds once you have left the hall!! Stayed here 13 years ago, everything more or less same as then. That’s reason for leaving this review rather than leaving comments in hotel suggestion box, can’t see them changing their ways!!

We stayed in the apartment for this holiday, and it was amazing. Good views, breakfast included and a nice pool. There was a couple of faults in our room like some lights not working but all together couldn’t complain with the price they gave. Its very close to the beach and is pretty much in the centre of everything. Staff are friendly too

Really nice hotel for, especially for the price. The rooms were massive and we were lucky to get a lounge connecting both rooms. The veiw from the balcony was beautiful. The staff were amazing. Just if the over hotel was a little cleaner and we got a kettle in our room I'd have given 5 stars all over. Not to far from the beach I'd say a 5 minute walk. Short taxi drive to souk Al had. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and over all great location and service.

I booked for three night, but Agadir is different with COVID. They allow me to modify it into two night, then I asked to change into one night, and only charge me for the night I spent in their hotel. In fact, they gave me a check-out payment option which I never heard of it before. Thank you, Maryam and Nabeel!

Very unhelpful staff when we booked the hotel the safe deposit was included in our price . The manager said that we have to pay for each day even though we showed him proof. The bedroom was completely different to what we booked. Breakfast is the same everyday not alot choices..I will not be coming here again as there are other hotels in Agadir which I have stayed and are always happy to assist with any issues. One of the staff member also agreed that this hotel has gone down to zero rating this is coming from a staff. Rashid

I stayed here during my holiday in Agadir and for the price I paid it was worth it. The bed and pillows were comfortable, amazing view of Agadir and the bathroom was nice as well. The cleaners would always clean your room as well. The location was good as well as it was next to the beach and can easily to spotted so we would never get lost and, it wasn't prefect but it was cheap so can't complain to be honest.

Jacuzzi outside was always cold. Pool bar was never open. Inside shop was never open. Never got WiFi in the room, I did ask reception and they said they would get a technician to take a look. That never happened. The room was nice and big with a lovely sea view, however it lacked a fridge which is pretty standard in most hotels, especially when they are in a warmer climate. Struggled to get a drink at the main bar most of the time, as it was heavily understaffed. Especially during the day. Staff were very polite though, especially the animation team, Samir, Rasha and Fatima were amazing!! The food however was absolutely delicious. Something different every day. Unfortunately though, i wouldn't rush back.

BEST ADVICE!! Do not even think about to book this hotel no matter how nice pictures/reviews.. you read about it! Dirty rooms, beds, towels, floor, etc… How come a rated 4 stars hotel has no small fridge, microwave or even coffee/tea machine in the room. No comfort. Desk service is Zero. Staff fake friendly. The only positive things that i would mention is the breakfast and the swimming pool. Good luck with this hotel.

For the amount they charge they lack basic things like hot water for example. In the 2 weeks we were here we had hot water maybe 3 times? we had to go reception each time and ask. Sometimes we would get hot water sometimes not. Pathetic for a 4 star hotel. Also some of their practices are very questionnable. They charge extortionate amounts for basics like coffee and late checkout which btw back in england are free in even the most budget hotels. Would not stay here again.

the location of the hotel is perfect, the room was generally fine, though the breakfast I didn't like it all, there were no options for vegans.
