I beg of you not to stay at this hotel. We were shown 3 rooms, none of which were clean and smelt really bad. We settled on the third because we just wanted to get on with our trip. Bugs infested our rooms, the bathrooms had actually mould in there and smelt like death. Walls and floor were dirty and weren’t cleaned at any point during our stay. Curtains were filthy and half of them fell down during our stay so had to clip them together to get any privacy or sleep. When we arrived and asked to speak with the manager due to the room not being at all as in the pictures, the manager lost his temper, offering absolutely no solution except for us to “like it or lump it”. We agreed that we would take the 3rd room as long as they set up the 3rd bed we needed (we were 3). Waited an hour for the room to be ready and alas, no third bed was ready…. As for the breakfast offerings, except for the lady who made the traditional Moroccan breakfast cakes which were lovely, everything was terrible. Manky broken coffee machines and juice machines. Poor choices of basically everything. Ran out extremely quickly. NOTHING like the photos. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and that’s coming from someone who has stayed at the Cecil hotel that they made a horror documentary about….

Cheap and not very cheerful. In a pretty good location but that's where the positives end. Didn't expect much but still feel let down. First night the room felt like it hadn't been cleaned and the sheets smelt. We requested a change of rooms which they kept saying come back in the morning. We never got a different room in the end. The hotel is poorly managed and it's clear to see. Food was basic and barely any of it. I booked full board and barely had a meal here and note drinks aren't included in any meals apart from breakfast. Also getting to your room can be a pain. Pitch black never ending twisting corridors are horrible after a nice evening out. For fellow Brits I would avoid this is barely a three star in terms of service, room, experience. You've been warned.

Horrible hotel!!! The first day we arrived, I was horrified on our way to finding our room. The corridors are pitch black and lights only turn on just as you pass by. Felt like a haunted hotel/prison. Upon entering our room it looked decent however there was a horrible stench. The bathroom looked old and unclean. There was a dark brown stain inside the toilet!! (That magically disappeared the next day when the cleaner had been in) I had taken my shoes off and walked bare foot, my feet turned black and dusty within seconds! Obviously wasn’t cleaned beforehand. I bit my tongue and thought let me give it a chance; got into bed and that’s when the smell hit me. The duvet covers stunk so bad!!!!! We then went to go ask change rooms- newly pregnant so I was extra sensitive to the smells, they promised they’d give us a new room but each day we went back they said they were full. The food was atrocious, breakfast lunch and dinner! Oh and you have to pay for drinks. Just ruined our holiday. The only positives was our cleaner who did a fab job in trying to clean the room, and the door men who were friendly. Reception staff need to stop lying and giving false hope to people. Do not book this hotel. Save yourself the agony.

I recently stayed at the hotel and overall the stay was good. Some things could be improved. Most important one: the drinks could be improved by the fact that all drinks at the bar and restaurant were served with tap water. We got sick from it. Also, at the breakfast the tables were dirty and we had to wait quite long before receiving cutlery. It would be beneficial for the hotel to hire more service staff and that the cutlery is readily available. The breakfast could be improved with normal cheese (slices). The room was cleaned every day and the entertainment people and photographer were really nice. We had a lot of fun thank you!

EXCELLENT HOTEL. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Especially the model like lady who works in the reception. We were originally given rooms that did not function properly but the staff changed our rooms the next day and gave us better rooms! Couldn’t complain about anything. Breakfast was amazing, a wide range of selection. Would like to thank everyone at Argana hotel for the excellent service. We miss you already! See you soon

My kids and I have stayed at Hotel Argana 4 times in the last 3 months and we will be going back again next month. What we love about this hotel: Price is great, pool deck is wonderful, animation team friendly and has a lot of activities for guests, even during the border closure. They have a piano in the hotel that we have always been welcomed to play and that is such a treat for us. They have some absolutely beautiful sitting areas in the back that are magical. The beds are comfortable and the housekeepers that I have encountered are always so sweet. The bar tender and waiters are always kind and I love sitting downstairs at night near the fire reading a book. It's a great atmosphere. What could be better: The pool is freezing. my two year old can't go in because her lips turn blue pretty quickly. The breakfast could be more varied and the shower doors should be able to keep the water inside the shower. The pool, really though. I could live at this hotel if the pool were a good temperature.

Before I came to this Hotel I read the reviews and got a bit scared - they were not very encouraging... Now I would like to leave my own review here - I LOVED THE HOTEL, THE STAFF AND FOOD IN HERE!! The rooms are as shown on photos and they're clean and beds are comfortable. We did change our room because there were couple issues with previous rooms - one did not have bed for my son ad the other one was noisy. Noise did not come from our Hotel but the other neighboring Hotel. After listening to Techno music until 1:45 am I went to the reception and they right away said they have quiet room for us - it was changed without any issues and the room was Beach facing and really quiet - Loved the view from balcony and the peaceful night sleeps we got from then on. The staff in the Hotel was really lovely and friendly and helpful. Any time we had a question they took time to answer and even just when walking by they smiled and asked how we're doing. Food - amazing range of different food. I counted in one dinner time 12 different salads, 2 different meats (beef or lamb, fish), potato, pasta, rice and 2-3 different types of cooked vegetables. On top of that 4-5 different types of pastries and maybe about 5 different types of cakes-cookies. On top of that there were all different fresh veg and fruit and mini salads in small single serving glasses. Same as well with desserts. So who ever complains about food - I really don't know what more are you looking for!!! Breakfast times were just as rich in different options. Most of the times I "rolled" out of the restaurant area. Location is good - close to beach and easy to get taxi anywhere near and to the Airport (which was actually organized for us by the Hotel - thank you!) So basically - I loved the Hotel!! P.S. Yes the pool water was chilly but honestly - if you have 33'C and more heat then who wants to swim in the soup? :D

We along with our friends have stayed in Argana hotel for 9 nights. Our experience was not that great. First day, we arrived late from airport after the dinner cut-off. It was the hottest day in Agadir. The reception guy was behaving as if he was clueless and did not understand a word we said. They were kind enough to offer us some food, although it was cold and unappetizing. We were offered our rooms after filling some police forms and paying tourist tax etc. When we reached our rooms we were shocked to see the air condition not working. We waited for rooms to get cold but a fan would do a better job. We went down later that night to reception and said “the rooms are not good” and the reception desk guy said “I know”. How professional 🤔😂 He said there are no rooms tonight and new rooms will be provided tomorrow. Imagine us sleeping in rooms with no a/c and no fan in 35°C. I mean we have booked the room and they thought it would be OK to shove us into a dump room and give some local tourists our rooms. This is ridiculous. Next day they did give us new rooms so all OK then on. Rooms stink like lavatories as soon as we open the toilets even for a second. The main lounge next to reception had the stink of toilets which were close by. We also found the attitude of the waiters in the restaurant a bit odd. Maybe they were not trained in customer service. If you speak their language they were more responsive and even had a jovial self. We did not seem to get the same treatment. Obviously there were some who were good. Security guys were good except with one odd incident. The Hotel had a Moroccan style lounge which had a piano. My son was playing one day and the security guys asked to stop playing the piano and get out of the room . When I asked at the reception to the lady who the previous day said this room can be enjoyed by all, she said the same thing again. She called the security guy, spoke to him in their language and then contradicted herself and said that the piano is “just for show”. Maybe the security guy said they are disturbing “our people” by playing piano and then she agreed. Pool was good. Food was OK. Dinner had very little change day to day and breakfast had no variety. Freshly made pizza was an exception and was delicious. Rooms were OK. Hotel Location Good Will I go there again? NO.

Amazing breakfast lots of different food to try, Evening meal is basic simple food not extravagant Reception- one girl was very helpful she printed passenger locator form for both of us, no matter how many times you go to her she doesn't loose her cool she understands English very well, and very helpful I think she does morning shifts don't know her name Rooms- hotel has so many rooms old and modern updated rooms Music was loud for our liking days and late at night We got modern room sea views with balcony. We enjoyed our stay very well.

Went for a half board option with family. On the first day we were given an absolutely dreadful room, which was poorly lit, unclean and had no cooling or air conditioning, the temperature was 38 that day. Room given after that was decent. However there was a foul smell from the drains which needed us to keep the bathroom doors closed. Pool and the attendant were the best bits there. Restaurant was very average with limited food options and poor options for dessert. Food would often finish 30 to 45 mins before close and not be replenished. Restaurant hygiene was so poor, unclean tables, staff unable to manage the hordes, food not being replenished and worst of all we observed staff would put the wasted bread by customers back into the buffet. Staff in the hotel seemed to be indifferent to non-locals and seemed to view us as unwelcome guests. I could single out just 2 of the staff who were genuinely nice. Seemed like we were second class citizens in the hotel. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel, 2 would be more like it if not for the pool.

We have nice memories of staying at the Argana hotel. The room was clean, hot water, air conditioning, fresh towels every day... It happened a few times that the card in the room door reader was decoded and we didn't have one set of towels, but it's not a big problem. Meals and great service, friendly, smiling... I can't say a single bad word about the hotel staff, no one lacked smiles and kindness... During breakfast, they scurry around like ants without a moment of discouragement... Water in the pool: clean, optimal temperature, nothing over-chlorinated... there were active moments by the pool with music (yoga, aerobics...) run by nice animators... The furniture for relaxing by the pool was well-kept, there were restaurants next to the pool, in the evening you can sit in a cozy place with shisha. Apart from noisy guests somewhere next to... or the normal rhythm of life on the streets, nothing else disturbed the peace at night, and overall we slept very well... I highly recommend this hotel, I would not hesitate to stay there again...

DO NOT VISIT I BEG YOU the rooms stink and are not clean, black mould everywhere that some of our guests actually went back ill our stuff was stolen from the rooms; and days of checking camera footage they found an empty suitcase in the laundry but all our valuables inside were taken. They pretend to get the police and other officials involved but nothing ever happened they all just laughed The fat manager tried to fight one of the guests in the lobby with the security The food is non existent The service is shocking The hotel is dirty, old and probably haunted

I’d like to rate our experience to Hotel Argana with 4 stars as we had a good experience in this hotel. Staff professional and friendly, ladies at the reception always able to provide support when needed. The hotel offers a nice baby club available throughout the day and after dinner. Our room was very nice and well cleaned on a daily basis. We had some issues with the shower but apart from that, the room was good. I’d like to suggest the hotel to improve the quality of the WI-FI which unfortunately didn’t work properly when we stayed there. Overall I’d recommend Hotel Argana to everyone.

We stayed at Hotel Argana for a week and had a fantastic time. The hotel is in a very good location where you can reach all areas. The staff members were fantastic, especially Fatima (Fati), who works around the pool/entertainment area. She was very helpful and always had a wonderful smile on her at all times. She's a brilliant asset to your team. Thank you for your hospitality. We will come back and visit once again.

I read a lot of bad comments about Noise : the hotel can’t do much about the noise that’s on the streets apart of getting better windows which is big cost. Room: room was tidy, looked exactly like the pictures and they smelled fresh. Towels didn’t feel used like I’ve been reading. Breakfast. I went before and after 9 am and it was never to crowded My expectations were low when i read the bad comments and they have all been exceded. Also i saw something complain about the seagulls making to much noise.. like seriously get a hotel in the mountains then

This hotel is a gem & I'm so glad we stayed here. Location is perfect, next to local bus stops, shops, bars & just down the hill to the promenade & beach. We had breakfast & dinner at the hotel, it was great everyday - Good selection of vegetarian dishes, meats, rice/couscous, noodles, salads & desserts. Asmalal in the restaurant is the most amazing of staff, very attentive & great at his job - He really did make us smile every day 💫 Reception staff were always helpful & so were the housekeeping staff. The hotel interiors are decorated beautifully, every space is grand & rich in materials & colours, whether it's marbles or fabrics, the attention to detail is great (especially the quiet space on ground level - dont miss this hidden gem). Our room was great, very spacious & comfortable with a large balcony & a large bathroom. We had free air conditioning in our room for the duration of our stay - another bonus. Next time we're in Agadir we're staying here!

For starters the hotel gave us a standard room although we booked a superior room. The following day they did provide us with the superior room and compensated us with free couple massage. Overall i would say hotel has so much potential for entertainment as pool games, shisha lounge, restaurants, spa and sauna but yet again they lack in structural improvement such as building doors and side walks and paint is still in very poor quality. The hotel is classified in 4 star but i think there is major room for improvement and enhancement of hotel structure, design and room quality. In positive they have separate private beach area for hotel guest. For us, we highly appreciate the service provided by the reception lady (maryam). She helped us to change the room and provided us information we need on different occasions.

More like a 3 start hotel, nicely vintage decorated, if you want a quit room I recommend to get a street view one. Breakfast and diner alright, lunch a bit poor. Staff don't speak much English, buy they are very nice and helpful. Location wise is close to beach and some good restaurants around. You get gym massage and night club as well in same location.

We arrived and where told our room was unacceptable and they would move us the next day. No joke nothing worked in the room it was a nightmare night. Someone somewhere is making a lot of money of of a sub standard hotel. To whomever is living a good life leaving your staff to deal with unhappy customers this is my holiday I have worked hard to relax and enjoy thanks for nothing. I paid for every night to be in a room where everything works !!! I can’t be bothered to write about the rest all reviews say the same.

It all started with the checkin. I arrived at 6pm but still the room wasn't ready. I had to wait for 40 minutes to access the room. Given the price, I will not argue with the fanciness of the food but food freshness is mandatory, which was not the case for all what was suggested in the buffet. Grated carrots started to rot, same thing for the dates. Unfortunately I took full board option for 4 nights. Another thing is that while eating diner, don't be surprised when a heavy handed man asks you for your room number. To access the restaurant you first have to give your room number to the receptionist, but you will still be bothered while you are having your meal. If you arrive late for brakefast, you'll have to wait to find empty clean plates. Don't expect proactive room service. This hotel has a great potential but is clearly mismanaged. I will not come back.

We were there for a family holiday and we all enjoyed! The hotel is well located, spotlessly clean, and the staff just incredibly friendly and hard working. The only downgrade is the wifi service in the bedrooms but worked well in public areas. I have to mention the entertaining team in the hotel. These guys worked tirelessly and entertain all guest in the hotel. Big well done to them. I would recommend the hotel, there was value for money for sure!

Not again, with plenty improvements required for 4 Stars Luxury. Liked · The view of our bedroom was special, as almost a full sun set into the sea. They were cleaning the room daily. and being a little more than a 5-minute walk from the beach, however, the hotel reserved area was another 3 minutes away. Disliked · - Definitely not a 4-stars luxury hotel. - On the arrival day, unfortunately, we found a paddle of water in the toilet, and it took over an hour to be resolved despite being reported 3 times, and when resolved, dirty water was left in the toilet. - Most of the receptionists seemed not very polite. - Unfortunately, we found only 1 out of 2 lifts working for the whole week we stayed. - The music of the club next door could be heard every night until 1:30 am on some days, with the earliest being past midnight. - The Wi-Fi wasn't reaching the room and was available ONLY in the hall, despite having 3 different routers it has been poor all the time even in the swimming pool. - The safe was available only if paying a daily fee. - In the reception, they mentioned a price list for laundry, NOT found in the room. - The room phone, does NOT have a reception fixed number to call when needed, nor instructions. - The reserved beach area was more likely of 2, maybe 2.5 stars, NOT what you expect of 4 stars hotel, especially advertised as LUXURY.

Overall nice holiday, a few things need improving. Not a 4 star hotel solid 3. Management hope you take constructive criticism. Rooms are a bit dated, restaurant is short of cutlery. On the other hand good entertainment. Drinks are quite expensive over £4 small bottle of Smirnoff ice, let you decide... Pool need better filtration system felt like chicken soup with layers of suncream floating. Keep an eye on how much you are charged for the drinks, always ask and CHECK reciepts. Been charged double for what I have ordered. Management taking any money issues extremely seriously and will have You and bar attendant in the office to resolve the issue. Trips in hotel overpriced, speak to taxi drivers you will pay 50% less Outside hotel never pay offered price, they will accept 80% less. Take your time, try to walk away and deal is done ! PS : Guys, always keep an eye on your wife, locals on the street can be extremely rude

Very nice hotel with full bar. Very nice pool, the rooms are simple but comfortable. Service is good. The breakfast is caos they run out of plates and cutlery you need to be early for breakfast and dinner. Expensive compared to Spain for the standard.

Good value for money , a hotel with a nice location with nice pool area and also a nice beach area down at the ocean. We arrived late Saturday and our room was not available for "technical reasons". The staff was apologetic and booked us up in a nearby hotel (which weren't great) so it was not a great start overall for us. ☹️ After that all went relatively well we got a really nice room next day on the 4th floor the following day. Nicely renovated one with sea view. Food for breakfast and dinner was good enough for us it but it could be varied a bit more. Also people behave like wild animals sometimes, piling up food leaving it behind and leaving everything empty for others. You better off going early or arrive late if you want to have proper food and have a selection. I have to mention Abdou our waiter he is a real gentleman and gave us a real great service. Generally speaking all staff behind the counter , waiters ,cleaners and staff around the pool were great , polite and professional. Only huge negative thing for us is the music blasting on full volume until 1-2 in the morning from the disco run by the hotel opposite Argana. It is nearly unbearable we had to get silicone earplugs in the pharmacy to be able to sleep and 90% of the rooms facing that area so very limited chance to re locate.

The worst hotel ever that I have ever seen in My life. There is no Materiels for animation in addition Animators has no uniform even there are working there for free. Even they don't offer for them a water in this hotel in addition to that Animators they don't give them a free day to rest. I can't believe this happening in this hotel. Where is human rights. Even swimming pool is green. Water is not clean there. It is my last time to cone to this hotel. I recommend to not visit this hotel ever in your life save your money for an other place

The overall experience was very mid. We felt insecure since the door wouldnt shut at all it remained open. Someone tried to open our room in the morning !!!. The said access to the private beach took a 15mins walk???The hotel was too crowded, uve a better chance to find a seat in souk lhad than at breakfast or at the pool. The quality of the food was terrible and since there were SO many guests i felt like i was participating in the hunger games during food servings. The room was fine not worth the price paied tho. The view was terrible,we bpoked a sea view room but were given a room that looked at the people downstair's balcony. I do not recommend this hotel if ur looking to relax or have a little alone quiet time.

Ordered a superior double with a view after Chen in put us in a completely different room, it was not a good room. They seem to do that a lot it’s mentioned in reviews and I saw it happen as people checked in. Very unclear why they did this. After the first night they moved us to a the room we ordered it was much better than what we are given first. A walk in shower a safe in the room a smart tv and also sliding patio door onto balcony overlooking pool and ocean. The included buffet is decent the meat pizza and special orders was very good. The music from the hotel next day and r was very loud almost like it was competitive with this hotel it was odd and keep me awake a bit. Other than that staff were nice place was clean. Breakfast never had enough cups so hard to get coffee

I really liked the architecture. The rooms were good and the restaurant beside the pool has good food. The beach is only 12 minutes away from the hotel which is very good. I see why it has a 4 star rating.

Just spent a week at Argana, looking to relax and recharge our batteries. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. There was a little blip on arrival with our room but it was sorted quickly and with a minimum of fuss. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the housekeeping staff so friendly and they work incredibly hard. Every member of staff always greeted us with a smile and was pleasant. The rooms were a little dated but spacious and light. The only negative was the WiFi in the rooms was sporadic at best. We really enjoyed the food and found it tasty and plentiful. The restaurant staff were again, very pleasant and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely holiday, we are looking forward to returning next year.

I was expecting a bit more from this hotel. The room is average, regardless we had the "deluxe" option, which was nothing more than a standard double but with a sofa bed. The window was half broken, meaning that the room was not soundproofed at all, and we couldn't sleep until at least midnight, as the music of the shows taking places by the pool was so loud that it was basically like having the windows open. Besides our room was adjacent to the room next to us, separated only by a door, so we could listen to everything from the neighbours (including snoring!) And I guess the same was for them... Internet was super bad, it wasn't reaching our room, to get connected we had to go by the pool. The breakfast was good, if you go between 8 and 9 which is when they finally finished to bring out all the food and it's not too crowded yet. If you go too early, half of the things will not be on the tables, too late you'll struggle to find dishes and glasses. The pool was hard to swim in, it was very very cold, which was a shame, considering we booked this hotel because of these facilities. The spa was nice and the ladies in there were very kind, I got a package hammam + massage for 300dh which was a discounted price, and really worth it. The service overall was fine, in general people were very kind.

Just returned from a 10 day winter sun break. This hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are so friendly and make you very welcome really know how to service. The public rooms are very well decorated in traditional Moroccan stlye. The food choice was good and mostly plenty of it. Will be going back. The pool area is good and if you want entertainment the team was great. We spent most of our days on the private section of beach for the hotel and the staff again we great. The night time activities finished at 23.00 hrs there is a night club which produces a bit of noise. The rooms are super clean, but would say little things need updating and the lighting was not great. otherwise it offers great value and looking forward to going back.

We (our family of 4) spent 5 days here in Agadir and had a fabulous time. We had half board and the food was decent (I liked it, my wife who's Italian and a high level chef said it was good for the price, but not great - I had no complaints and there are tons of vegetarian options), very much worth it to get breakfast and dinner included. The staff is generally helpful; some are very helpful, others not as much, but overall good. We stayed in the family suite and it has a great amount of space with a separate bedroom, two sofabeds (not the horrible opening ones with rods that poke you in the back, but sofas that are also beds) in the living room, a balcony overlooking the pool and a great view of the beach and sunset. The pool was clean with a well-stocked bar, the beach was clean and stunningly beautiful with waves that are perfect for surfing and boogie boarding at all levels. Value for money it is one of the best places I have ever stayed.

A brilliant hotel in a good location near the beach. The hotel provides an amazing atmosphere with staff such as Pedro who organised brilliant activities to make the holiday as enjoyable as possible and engage with other holiday makers from all around the world. I will definitely be back if Pedro continues to provide such entertainment. A great vibe of a hotel with amazing facilities and even a spa and shisha bar on site 👌

I have made friends for life here. The bar staff/waiters here have real personalities - they will not hesitate to have a conversation and help you with whatever you need. Same with the bosses, everybody here makes you feel at home. I will never forget this hotel, thank you for everything you have done for me - 2 weeks that I will never forget!

The swipe key had to get programmed 8 times and still didn't work. The fridge turned off.The phone not working.Got the TV remote after 2 days of asking. Very poor standard should not be considered as a 4 star Hotel should be 3 star. Made complaints but nothing was done bit won't go back again to the hotel. Only thing that's was good was the seating areas where very nicely decorated.

It's so filthy ! It's a shame their doors are still open for clients. We arrive at 5pm and we've been given an undone room ( untidy bed and dirty towels used by previous clients). Once I talked to the man at the front desk who did our check in, he didn't even apologise for such a huge mistake and gave us other keys for a room different than what we asked for . We've been given other rooms the following day after talking to a very kind lady called meryem . She's the only professional and polite person In the whole facility. The room we got this time had a nicer view but again it had the same issue ! IT WAS FILTHY AND DISGUSTING Spiders everywhere, snot on the door handles, dirty socks in the closet , hair on the pillows , oily and stained sheets. It was awful !!!!!

The staying is great so far, the room that I get this time is also great and comfortable. The cleaning team is.very friendly, the animation team is very friendly as well and so helpful. The refurbishment of rooms especially the A/C make the room even more comfortable than before. The only weird thing is I paid extra money at the reception that it wasn't mentioned when booking directly on the Hotel Argana website. Otherwise the staying is great, I enjoy it.

Despite some difficulties in checking in (the number of beds did not match the number in the booking) and a strange attempt to offer the same, but older rooms, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The service in the hotel restaurant was unexpectedly pleasant, the cuisine was delicious, even the breakfasts were varied. There were some difficulties with parking (it is public), but it did not spoil the rest. Solid three, I recommend the hotel for a short stay, the price/quality is quite reasonable.

I am from Ireland. This was my first time staying in the Argana hotel and I thought it was brilliant. The staff are very kind and entertained me during my stay at the hotel. I enjoyed playing water polo and have a pool table by the pool. The hotel is clean and have a accessible gym to train in. I will be staying in this hotel again next time I come back to Morocco.

I stayed there last year first time. Considering it was pandemic I was happy to stay there for about 10 days. It was lovely. Perhaps it wasn’t that busy and staff took time to take care of things. Although it’s never impressed me as 4 stars hotel but the price was pretty good for the quality. What ever good taste I had from last year it had quickly disappeared.. the first night this time. The hotel seams to be in a overdrive mode. Upon my arrival I had a drink and ordered a pizza that was just awful. After my first bit I returned my pizza.. I was not offered alternative or replacement meal. Fully charged for the meal and went to bed empty stomach. Breakfast in the morning was exciting but very scary that there was no Covid19 protocols followed.. neither by the staff or the guests. I tried my best to safeguard myself. The noise level of the hotel is extremely high. Either from the road or from the night clubs. This is a 4 star hotel only to receive 1 star comfort. Total ripoff…! There are much better options in and around with little more or less price range. It’s a busy hotel and that’s alright since Covid19 restrictions are being lifted slowly. There are other hotels not far away that has way better quality for the price. Had the intention of staying at Argana for 3 weeks. Glad that I found a alternative hotel and happy to call it home for another two weeks.

Excellent hotel, in excellent location and just few minutes walk away to the beach and closed to all amenities. I’ve booked a superior room for a single person but for some reason the room was not ready when I arrived so I was upgraded immediately to a family size room with excellent view looking right at the swimming pool. The room was so beautifully furnished and spotless clean with very comfortable double bed and a single bed. The food were excellent with so much variety to eat especially at dinner The stuff were extremely professional and very friendly. Special thanks to Karima the team Leader at the reception who has provided me with great customer service, the cleaning lady who worked very hard to keep my room cleaned and tidy, also special thanks to Mr Adil the manager who I personally believe that he’s great asset to Argana hotel, he was very professional and had excellent attitude, his approach to welcome the hotel guests, answer their requests furthermore make them feel comfortable goes beyond words! 🙏🏻 Thank you so much, I will definitely come back to Argana Hotel ❤️ AZ LOU room 4122

Rooms are clean, towels a bit old, staff are pretty friendly, helpful, and speaks decent English. Buffet breakfast was a nightmare though because there were more guests than available food or utensils .

I spent 5 days in Argana with my sister, after having found a very good price (probably due to the low season and being with closed borders). The hotel is very spacious, with different places that invite you to stay in beyond spending the night. The breakfast is super big and varied, the pool is very large; rooms are comfy and clean. The hotel is close to the beach and commercial area where it is possible to find everything. The staff who work are very friendly and we especially had a very close bond with the entertainment guys who made us have very nice days, including Dariya (Arabic) lessons, ping pong, board games or simply talking about life or hanging out at the bar in the evening. A special mention for them: Zackariya, Nourdine, Soufiane, and Hamid.

Not 4 star. Breakfast was good . Pool and pool staff good . Don't ask for a iron because they don't have one . Staff at reception seem just to pass the buck on . Bar staff don't want to help you. I asked for a empty glass and was told we don't have any

Check your bedsheets before sleeping on them! First night and my body full of bed bugs. Staff promptly changed the sheets after trying to come up with excuses. Plus the person that changed the sheets left his body odour all over our room which was not pleasant at all. Room looks nice but it's old. Terrace light doesn't work. In restaurant you need to get your own cutlery, some staff take long time to assist you. Only 1 meat choice, sometimes 2. 1 fish and 1 vegetarian. Dinner there's a few more choices as they open the extension where they have pizzas and 1 or 2 tagine choices. My son is very shy, he never got approached by the entertainment team. You get what you pay for!

I loved my stay at Argana hotel. The hospitality was excellent. I found the rooms very comfortable including the beds, sofa and air conditioning in the rooms. Our room had access to the terrace which was vast and had a very good view over the pool area. The hotel supplies activities throughout the day for everyone to enjoy and entertainment during the night. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly with us and happy to sort out any problems we had. The food at the hotel is incredible and you can expect a variety of Moroccan and international dishes especially during the dinner meal. The location and price of the hotel including the quality of service make it an easy decision to book. Shout-out to all the staff at Argana for making this stay very memorable.

Hotel is reasonably good with some very good features. Pool area is nice and entertainers are very good. Breakfast is basic omelette fresh cooked or fried eggs. Other hot food is simple with not much variety. All this has to be set against the very reasonable price. Good lifts, bar and restaurant staff very helpful. The trumpet music played ad hoc over the music system is not pleasing to the ear. The sink taps in our room didnt work very well and the shower head leaked but did the job. All in all acceptable for the price

Reception is old fashioned , but for the price you pay they don't tell you about the tax before you can get your key to your room so be prepared. Food is OK but depends on your tastes . But try everything they offer . Room is always cleaned everyday. Staff is nice and polite.

The hotel is nice, clean, good entertainment for the kids. Nice food. Just an advice don’t try the hammam and massage from this hotel, it’s just a waste of money, the woman who does the massage are beginners.

We stayed here for 1 month and it was very nice. The food was average but sometimes cold. However, there was always something for everyone. The staff were very helpful and in the restaurant Abdul was great. We went full board. You were not allowed to take any drinks into the restaurant - not even water. All drinks cost extra, even tea and coffee.

We booked 3 rooms. The rooms were very attractive and they were clean, except for the bathroom mirror in one of the rooms. The food was excellent! We particularly enjoyed the breakfast omelettes and pancakes. The Moroccan evening meal was delicious. The pool was good too. The price for the rooms with half board was excellent! We were delighted that we all had balconies and that we could see the sea. We were also pleased to find that there was an elevator. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. There were a couple of souvenir-type shops within the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and we were made to feel welcome. Free parking is available on site at the front of the hotel. There were plenty of spaces when we visited in November. The beach is a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay and will be staying again in the future. There were just some maintenance issues, but most sorted out extremely quickly. 1) The lock for one of our 3 rooms was not working properly, so my friend had to change to another room. 2) For 2 of the rooms, the TV remote control did not work. 3) One of the rooms, the wash basin was blocked, there was no plugs for the basin or bath, the bath/shower control only allowed for a shower - not a bath. The mirror was dirty. 4) For all 3 rooms there were problems with the lights not working. All sorted out very quickly by the hotel, apart from the bathroom plugs and dirty mirror. In addition: 1) There did not seem to be any proper fresh orange juice at breakfast. Could not order an orange juice with evening meal in the restaurant - we were told that it was only from the bar. 2) Very loud disco music going on till 4am near one of our rooms. Could not sleep! 3) There was no 'Do Not Disturb' sign provided. Apart from this GREAT FOOD, GREAT ROOMS, FANTASTIC VALUE! WE WILL BE BACK TO STAY AGAIN. SUGGESTIONS - - The maids should check the room facilities and report any problems (e.g. blocked sink, no plugs) when they clean the rooms and any problems should be fixed BEFORE giving the rooms to other guests. - It might be a good idea to have a professional car cleaning service available on site.

We stayed at this hotel from 23rd of February, a family of 5. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are first class. There is air conditioning in all the rooms. The service is great and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The food is fabulous, very fresh and a big variety. There is entertainment by the pool every night and a nightclub on the premises. There is something for everyone. All amenities are within walking distance. The beach is behind the hotel and the souk is also within walking distance or take a taxi which is very cheap.
