Given my terrible experience, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It is best to explore alternative accommodations to spare yourself from the frustration and disappointment that I had to endure. Firstly, during the check-in process, I wanted to upgrade my room from a single to a double, but unfortunately, the responsible person was absent, which led to an agonizing wait. This lack set a negative tone for my stay. Furthermore, the rooms themselves were in a deplorable state. They were shabby and poorly designed, lacking any semblance of comfort or modernity. The furniture appeared worn-out and outdated. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with visible signs of neglect. The bathroom was far from hygienic. It was evident that the hotel did not prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of its guests.

Stayed here for 7 nights, the staff are lovely, Hassane the dinner time waiter and Omar at the pool bar are extremely friendly. The rooms are outdated, but the daily cleaning ladies did a great job. The food is very basic, almost the same dish everyday. Once you leave the hotel to walk towards the beach, you are bombarded with beggars who will grab you, follow you, walk in your way ... it’s quite embarrassing ... On the plus side, great hotel, great people, good location and great service!

I have stayed with my family for a night, after booking I have got an email 12 hours before arrival that , so called 4 star hotel Air-condition is not working, Parking is not available, Swimming pool is not available and others. Room flooring was coming out. Plus point, staff was good. Its not a single star . Pretty bad experience . The pictures on the website is not what you will get once you will get in.

ive been generous with 3 stars. positives, good location, nice staff around the pool, and the hotel is a cheap place just to ge your head down, negatives management are not helpful and can be rude, pool area is not that clean, the sunbeds and shades are covered in bird poop, drinks are served out of flimsy plastic cups, food is bland and repetitive. the hotel need a complete refurbishment.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this beautiful hotel , 2 mins walk from the beach front. Amazing views of pool and sea. The breakfast was awesome and good mixture off choice. Staff soooooo friendly and very helpful , the rooms got cleaned daily with amazing staff. I would recommend you and everyone to try this hotel and i will definitely return. Thanks soo much

Don't go here. All good reports are false from staff. I've been 5 times before covid and loved it. Completely changed and lots if hidden charges. And managers rude and just there to trick money out of you. DO NOT STAY

Well located and that's about it. It's like stepping into 1985. the staff is very nice and helpful, but what can you do when you work at a hotel that hasn´t had a makeover in 35 years... If you're on a tight budget and want to be near the beach it's the best value for money ...

Perfect hotel , staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant . Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast so much choice , we'll done . ( just fix the plug in 5012) 😁

The swimming pool is not working and the grounds are hazardous with all the work going on.

Very poor facilities and service and quality of stay. It's not recommended at all. No slippers, no water no blanket It's really disastrous No set up the room even no towels

Stayed at this place few months back. Was a great stay! Awesome hotel for the price you pay. You have a whole street full of nightclubs at your door step. Beach which has mcdonalds, KFC and other shops nearby is 5-10 min walking distance. Definitely a good spot!

This is a good hotel. Good quality service. Very spacious inside and out side. They have swimming pools for children and adults. They also have a hamam and spa place. Definitely will recommend this place to visit in Morocco.

I have just returned from my stay at the Royal Mirage Agadir hotel and the service provided by the staff was incredible. The hotel was very quiet, however the staff offered you a lovely warm welcome each time and take time out to chat to you. The staff really make this hotel special. The hotel itself is a little dated in places and worn, but it really isn’t something to be concerned about. The food is a buffet breakfast and dinner was table service the first two nights and buffet the next two. The options are limited and sometimes a bit bland on the buffet but ok. The evenings when it was table service were much better and a menu with a few choices was shown to you. The rooms are extremely comfortable and have good views of the sea and some the pool or Marina. The hotel is extremely clean and they work tirelessly to make it this way. The swimming pools are very pleasant as well and one is much warmer than the other. No entertainment was provided but I guess this was due to the extreme lack of guests. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel solely based on the amazing staff and the service. It is incredible!

Breakfast usually cold, sortiment poor, omlete made amateur (husband more liked, when man prepared), but hotel staff friendly and helpful. Next time we prefer not to pay for breakfast.

Hotel Clean,could do with abit of TLC, good pool,excellent staff,nice bars, entertainment cheesy . Pool side entertainment is not needed. Food Went all incl...food was OK, if you like tangines every night. They needed more variety but you wont starve. Room Was clean and inviting, air con worked well. Only down side is that the hotel is next to the main road and some clubs. Hotel needs to sort out some kinda of sound proofing, it is hard to sleep at night. Overall its not a 4 star hotel by UK standards but the staff were nice and for the price we paid for flights hotel and food you can expect the world. I wouldn't go back due to the noise in the rooms from the roads, otherwise Royal Mirage is not a bad Hotel.

Tasty food although menu repetitive. More than enough choice for a week's visit. Attentive staff in restaurants. The pool staff and music were too loud for us, but quiet areas could be found. Rooms are a good size but need refreshing, loo seats throughout the hotel do not fit the base! Not on the beach as intimated. Hotel trips, as usual, much more expensive than booking privately.

I really don’t know know the hotels start rating work. But this hotel curent state is far from the 4 stars you expect. Public space look good but still need some TLC. The rooms definitely need some good rehab. Bathrooms really bad shape water stains and wholes all over,hair dryer I think is 50 year old. Great location amazing people, good food.

Love this hotel. We were there for Christmas and New Year. The beds are comfy. The food is good but you won't get chips! There is a McDonald's and Pizza Hut very close by. The sea can be seen from the hotel. The animation team are fantastic and work so hard. It is a bit noisy as there is a casino on one side and a night club on the other side. Also roads front and back. Having said that it would not stop us from going back. We would have gone for Christmas but it is already fully booked.

Pictures tell a different story. Breakfast was not great at all barring the fresh fruit mix. Pool area very nice but the entire hotel needs a face lift. Paint job and just general upkeep. Staff friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable. Agadir and the promenade are absolutely beautiful!

Very friendly hotel in central Agadir. Staff super friendly and helpful, and very nice food too. Great sea views. On the lower floors you can experience some noise from traffic and nightclubs, but worth it to be so centrally located! Great value for money. Very close to beach too, will definitely return.
