πŸ‘ Big clean rooms, amazing breakfast the reception staff was amazing, super helpful and friendly.. amazing ocean pool view. I think they are low on towels because it was very hard to get more towels to the room also, they don't provide a shower carpet so the whole bathroom has a huge paddle of water.... People often mention hotel, staff, good, pool, stay, amazing, room, view, service, beach,

Was not clean, the bar plays loud music until 11:30pm, walls are very thin can hear everything. The pool area is pretty. Restaurant is poor food and over priced. The one redeeming point for the hotel is the one reception staff who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. About a 40 minute walk along the beach to get to the centre.

An enchantingly beautiful, warm, friendly establishment that I am very lucky to have chosen for my stay. We have never been to Agadir before, and we didn't really know what to expect, but as soon as we arrived all we kept saying was "I'm so glad we picked this hotel!!!" because it is really a gorgeous place! It also has everything you could need and more, including a rooftop bar!! Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly porter who offered us Moroccan tea and all the cookies we could eat, which was lovely after the long flight. We booked a double room with sea view, and oh my was it heavenly!!! Once we got in, we went out into our balcony and were blown away by the amazing view of the pool as well as the iconic mountain. But it's not just that, it was the ambiance created by the hotel and the staff's friendly, sweet demeanour. There was often lovely ambient music playing outside, just the right type of music to suit the mood of the place. Incredibly romantic!! And they put on Moroccan lanterns around the property and restaurant. It really gives you that classic Moroccan design you want in your experience. And there was always somebody offering to help whether it was for towels or to walk us to the ATM to take out money. They also weren't pushy at all about tips, but they truly deserve to be tipped properly, as they are so very helpful and kind!!! They were able to arrange tours and taxis for whatever we needed. About the room, it was really perfect! There's a combo AC/heater so you could control the temperature in the room exactly to your preference. And there was a mini fridge!! Something I wasn't sure would be available, but it was indeed! There was also a safe, large closet, and very large bathroom! Plus a tv with tons of international channels, and desk/chair, as well as the lovely balcony! We really enjoyed having tea out there. The beach is very close to the property and I personally did not mind that it wasn't situated immediately next to the beach! Barely noticed! Feels close enough to be comfortable and plus it's more peaceful in the area where it is situated. The area is very peaceful, safe, comfortable and easily walkable. 100% I will go back to Borjs hotel!!! Thank you for making our experience amazing!!!!

The hotel has a lot of potential thanks to is location and the view from the balcony, but the way it is managed, it's pretty average at best. The furniture is quite old and dusty. The breakfast is ok, but food in the restaurant is terrible and way overpriced πŸ˜‘ The swimming pool is a decent size and kids would certainly enjoy it. The location is not bad either, just a few minutes walk to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great. It was just the same every day, but we stayed only for three days, so it was okay. Pool was wonderful, there are sinners next to it and palms around it make it even better. Service was also great, the staff was very friendly. The only downside we’re surroundings. There was a construction going on during our stay which made the journey to the beach very inconvenient. On the other side of the hotel is a wasteland with lots of trash. So you better take the room with a view to the ocean.

More like a prison than a hotel and the staff are like prison guards. Avoid this hotel as all cost. Breakfast is all the left overs from other hotels.

All in all, quite a pleasant experience! What i liked: good value for the money (february), some music but not too loud and stopped early enough, comfortable room, friendly, smiling and helpful staff both at the reception and at breakfast, nice pool area, good view from balcony, rooftop bar with good selection and excellent service, close to the ocean, good breakfast selection. Great massage service!!! What i did not like: Towels are sometimes really dirty. Please, don’t hand out dirty towels to your guests! Attention to details can be improved, broken toilette lid, broken switch… easy to spot and easy to repair. :)

I think they are low on towels because it was very hard to get more towels to the room also, they don't provide a shower carpet so the whole bathroom has a huge paddle of water. The only thing I didn't like is if you're not an elderly French lady and you sit by the pool they would never come and bring you a menu, I grabbed the menu from their stand and it took them 30 min to come and get my order.

There is no better way to begin a wonderful morning than to spend breakfast with the superb hospitality, food, smiles and hard effort waiting to surprise your senses by all the restaurant, cleaning and front of house staff serving and preparing your top tier service. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our mornings so extra special!

Stayed here while passing by Agadir Suites for family of 4 are spacious, clean, and price is affordable. Breakfast included, good variety of choices. Possible to have snacks and eat on the inside garden along the swimming pool. Staff are nice.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff, our rooms was surprisingly larger then expected and pool area was really nice but all let down by dated furniture / poor Wi-Fi coverage / breakfast was the same limited items everyday, Room for improvement Needs updating.

Stayed here out of choice cause of a easyJet cancellation. The hotel is not up to standard. It has potential but not being utilised. Towels are dirty and smell damp and the room also had a damp smell. Breakfast was decent.

Since it is a pricy hotel it was obviously amazing. The suites were spacious and comfy, the food was good, the staff were nice. My only complaint is the wifi not reaching the suites.

If the place - rooms, swimming-pool, restaurant - is nice (although definitely not at the level of a European 4 stars), the organisation is poor: we arrived as a group of 80 people at 10.30 pm because of a plane cancellation, and had to wait more than one hour to get our room... There was only one person at reception (although the hotel had been informed at least one hour before our arrival), who did not know how to handle the situation. Finally, a second person came to help (why only 2 in such a hotel to allocate rooms for 80 people?...). There was no process on how to distribute the rooms, it was fully improvised, which is why it took some much time. One would expect the organisation or the management of the hotel to be 4 stars as well, not only the building.

Definitely recommend, a good stay if ur looking for somewhere calm and peaceful, great price for quality. the pool was my favorite part of the stay, the beach was close by and so were a lot of great spots to dine or simply have a good drink, the food at the restaurant was diverse and decent, had a rustic moroccan touch to, the was staff attentive and very welcoming , provided a great suite very clean and had a good view. the rooftop is a must see.

Awful experience. Would not recommend for families Noisy Bar at the 3rd floor stopped at 2am. Food, over priced Breakfast, limited choice and poor quality Staff, not in the mood of helping Rooms, outdated Pool, dirty and unsecure for kids and personal items, I ve lost my sun glasses and no one could help neither at the pool side nor at the reception. Overall. Other alternatives nearby are quite better and deliver superior service.

Amazing service throughout our stay. I want to say a massive thank you to all the reception staff (I’m sorry I forget the names!). They went above and beyond and catered for our every request. This is now my hotel of choice in Agadir!

Such a nice place! Clean, pretty close to the beach, and the staff were really helpful and professional. Worth mentioning the receptionists Basma and Hala. So kind, so nice and so friedly (as well as the rest of the staff). The quality of the employees is what always makes the difference

Was overall a good stay however I would suggest the hotel make some improvements to breakfast, night staff and roof top could do with a refresh however day staff and all roof top staff are very professional, helpful and friendly.

Expensive and definitely not worth it, definitely not a 4 star maybe 2/3 star. Bogus breakfast, no high standards. Sink in adjoining room to toilet. Douche spray was completely stiff. No extras for the high price we paid. Requested two single beds and received a double bed instead, and we weren't moved or given two singles as promised. Insufficient extra bedding for sofa bed, again they said they would provide some but didn't. To top it off the day before we were leaving they asked us to pay for a towel which had got muddied after we used it following quad biking when we got very dusty etc. They could of charged for having it dry cleaned or washed but instead charged Β£10 to replace this hand towel (we were told this was a half price discounted rate!). When were getting late for our flight they started demanding the money on checkout and refused to back down. Also they are further out than other better located hotels. Overall I wouldn't ever stay here again.

Nice hotel for an affordable price. Rooms are not sophisticated but clean and just what you need. Breakfast is also correct (crepes, eggs, croissants, fruits, tea, juice).

Luxury accommodation; suite was more than sufficient and comfortable as a couple. Friendly, professional staff with a passion for service and attention to detail make all the difference. Great location walking distance to a number of areas such as beach and esplanade, yet nicely located away from the heavy traffic and tourism. Pool, bar and restaurant facilities are excellent. Highly recommend and would stay again.
