HONEST REVIEW: Love holidays lied to us initially. Telling us the hotel was fully air conditioned. It wasn't. We arrived during a heatwave, 51 degrees. Promptly and aggressively told there was NO aircon in the entire hotel by an extremely flustered and bothered hotel manager. We heard countless guests complaining upon our check in. We later found out he was lying and there was in fact air con in selected rooms which we learned was given in priority to French speaking guests and Moroccan locals. We had to fight and argue for 2 days straight with the reception to get an air con room. Finally we did. They don't provide clean towels everyday either. It's a hassle to have to chase down the cleaners for towels and have arguments with them over basic necessities. You don't want or expect all of these stresses on your holiday. If you don't fight for what you want you will have a miserable holiday. 3 out of 5 of my party got food/water poisoning along with many other guests. The restaurant is more like a cafeteria with sub standard food. Positives: the animation team are very friendly and upbeat and provide great entertainment. Otherwise, AVOID this hotel!

Personally I think Love Holidays should compensate us for advertising the wrong information. Most of the photos are not real. The only true picture is the camel 🐫 man going up& down the resort. The only good thing that we enjoyed was the animation team. The food was horrible, and if you don't tip, the staff won't look after you.

Never been to Morocco before, but was pleasantly surprised. Don't come here expecting the same all inclusive you get in Spain. They have their own take on it. The bars have a reasonable selection and are open up to midnight. Meals are from a central building, and are all buffet based. The restaurant staff are very attentive without been annoying. Food is only available at meal times which was a slight let down. Street traders are allowed to set up stalls on the complex. They dont know how to take no for an answer, so be prepared to be hassled a bit.. The beach is a 10min walk. Parts of the beach are sectioned off and labelled to specific hotels. The rest of the beach is free for everyone. Loads of street traders offering various knock off goods along the beach front. Even so it feels safe as a police presence is very high.. Overall, happy we came and would suggest anyone to come to experience it. The morning mist lasts until about 12pm, but you still can burn through it. Evenings can be cool so make sure you bring a jacket, jumper or cardigan for when you are watching the evening entertainment.

To be honest everything was good. Rooms were alright seen better. Food was good but wasn’t great for children to be honest and we had to try find food. But they did do chips and chicken for the kids when asked. And waiter was amazing and most of the people who worked here were amazing. But…. And this is a big BUT One of the animation team was in one Oi rooms going through my mates suitcase. He wasn’t meant to be in there. This was told to the manger and we have just found out that he hasn’t been dealt with and isn’t being sacked for going in to the room and through the suitcase. To be honest this did ruin the end of a good holiday and we won’t be returning to this place for this reason.

I booked this hotel on a friends recommendation who had been there twice already. We were a couple with 2 young children (1.5yo and 3.5yo). The staff were always friendly and very helpful. There was a cage bed in our room for our youngest, and high chairs were available in all restaurants, which was very convenient. Food was average, but one could always find something to his/her liking. Be warned though: there are lots of steps/stairs all over this rather big hotel complex (Tamlelt and Carribbean share the same premises).

You can tell the pandemic has taken a toll on this place as it certainly has the setting and potential to be a five star resort, but it does need a bit more TLC and some investment to get there, even still had the food options been a bit more varied and wider it would have got 5 stars from me as this was the only negative, snack bar was good, staple diet of the little one who struggled in the main restaurant but the rest was great. We went in February so the pool was always cold but there are four of them and they are all deep so in summer they would a very welcome spot, but it’s the staff who make this place, they couldn’t be more friendly and attentive and engaged with the wee one all the time to ensure even though it was quiet she was entertained. The animation team were superb with something on every night from around 8:30 to 12:00, the also have an theatre on site for a show each evening. Would definitely go back

Just returned from a week stay and I will definitely be going back the staff were amazing the entertainment team were next level and made sure everyone was getting involved and having a good time my daughter who is 12 didn't want to leave the hotel. The food was fine there was always something you could eat. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic but they are just somewhere to put your head no English channels but can't be mad not in an English speaking place and there was plenty to do. Will 100% return.

It's a 3 star hotel in Agadir. Great value for money, pool area was clean, entertainment team were all friendly as were the restaurant and bar staff. Location is an easy 5 minute walk to a lovely beach front with some fantastic restaurants and a good selection of bars. The rooms are basic, the air-con was a bit hit and miss, and the food was pretty basic. The hotel does need some investment and probably better management, but it's fine if you're looking for a cheap getaway and enjoy eating out (highly recommend El Toro and Restaurant Jade)

We absolutely loved it at this hotel. Perfect location, only about a 15 minute walk to the beach, and you could walk to the Souk too, it was a long walk but we did it. The room was really nice, and the maid cleaned it daily. The staff there were very friendly and really nice. Great service at the pool bar, great staff in the restaurant too. Some really lovely food. The Beef pie was absolutely gorgeous. My Son enjoyed doing the dancing when were there some afternoons.

Absolutely poor awful hotel , looks dirty , old and out dated , security dont allow you to help your elderly mother in law to the building you have to stand at reception even though she has mobility issues, this place does not cater for disabled people. Food at certain times , location poor , not as advertised , false information. Rooms look like am oap home dark and outdated . I wouldn't put a cat in there let alone a camel I'd think before booking this place as its not worth the money they require. Also the tourist tax is a joke as that information isn't told to you until you arrive to check in .

Came here with family. Much better than expected. Several pools: games courts. On site camel. Several in house restaurants but you need to make a reservation. Rooms are traditionally decorated. Ours were cleaned every day. Staff were really nice. Wifi in main reception area. Its great place for families. Plenty to do.

Absolutely atrocious! Traveled here for my daughters 2nd birthday. The food is awful. Lack of variety & about 4 dish options. Room door lock didn't even work, got moved onto a different floor. Advised the hotel manager I have mobility issues & would require a lift. This was switched off everyday & I was made to use the stairs !!! Extremely inconvenient and pathetic. Couldn't use my child's pram for the same reason. Booked an "all inclusive" when some food facilities within the resort are still to be paid for ?! Drinks only include orange juice, 2 options of soft drinks , tea & coffee. The room TV & AC both didn't work . Remotes were given to me the day after & they still didn't work ! Very very gutted, had to pay for food daily from out. No blankets were provided even when requested - was told to use the bed sheet ?! Not sure how this place is still running. Nonstaff member attended to or compensated for any of the above problems. SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE.

The honest review It's not a party place - everything closes at 23:30, but there's plenty of fun restaurants and nightclubs nearby. Taxi's are cheap, very cheap! You can hear everything that happens in the adjoining apartments - like if it was one big room. If your apartment is located anywhere near the large pool, you're in for some heavy disco music till late. You can't choose between the five restaurants as you please, but you must book in advance, and you can only dine in the same restaurant once per week. At the large restaurant, with the buffets, you can dine all days, but ques are some minutes and there's really not many hot dishes to choose from. And they tend to overcook everything. Salad bar is great, doesn't get better. Forget about their late night pizzas, it's only bread with a little tomato sauce, almost no cheese and absolutely no toppings. Staff is very kind and exceptionally helpful - except for the bartenders at the pool bar who can spend "hours" chatting with girls in bikinis. Remember to tip all waiters and you get served fast every time. There's many pictures of the beach, but it's actually a 10 minute walk away. There's some 4-5 pools, the smaller ones are more cozy, relaxed and without the party theme. Large variety of sports.

Nice hotel with a lot of pools, our nearly 2 year old loved it. Crazy golf, ping pong, tennis and other slightly run down facilities available. Buffet ok you get what you pay for, also good choice of other restaurants with set menus. Staff work really hard maintaining such a big place just feels like it has more potential. Animation team are great fun and work really hard. Room cleaned every day, our maid Naima even noticed we may benefit from having a cot and brought one down from reception for us. Private section of beach a short walk away, I would say the beach and sea front is really nice only thing is a few stray dogs about .... Potentially some great memories could be made here.

The rooms are basic consist of separate toilet and shower room, two or three single beds some made up as double beds. Room for storage of clothes, and a colour TV. All rooms have a balcony area. As to the staff throughout the whole of the Carribbean Village you can not fault them all friendly and all ready to help. The food is of a good quality, but with many hotels of this size the food can seem the same when the hotel has a low capacity.

Enjoyed my stay here, I would go again. Almost all the staff were wonderful and very hardworking. I had never been to Morocco before my recent visit and found most people there really nice and friendly. The food at the hotel was OK, not much choice some days but I always found something. The only annoyance to me was a man who worked at the front desk, we had to change rooms as the toilet didn't work properly and kept us awake the first night. After speaking to reception we were moved to a much better room. A man from the front desk came to help us move, we tipped him and he went to find the key for the safe in the new room. He came back without a key, he said he had to exchange the safe. My husband offered to help him with this but he said no. He brought the safe then just stood in the doorway with his hand out waiting for more money, we said thank you and he began complaining that he had to walk up and down a lot of stairs and that the safe was so heavy. We only moved 4 doors away from the first room so no stairs involved and he slid the safe along the corridor. We tipped everyone in the hotel each time they did anything for us but this man was so rude. We had to give him more money to make him leave as he was quite insistent and rather menacing. Apart from this we had a lovely time.

Place is a disgrace everywhere is filthy nothing works not TV's not WiFi seating is worn out in all areas paint peeling off outside walls electric wires in rooms unfinished sunbeds are dirty pool itself was OK. Food is the same every day near enough didn't suit us we ended up eating outside of hotel. Got food poisoning from the hotel bar. Staff were lovely trying their best I was going to take more photos but got very sick so was unable.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I have been here a couple of times and will definitely go back again. There are lots of activities, rooms are just okay, plenty to eat for just about everyone and every taste, veggie pesci carnivore, not sure about vegan! Beers and entertainment galore. TIP LITTLE BIT OFTEN for the best experience but do TIP! why wouldn't you tip?

This hotel is a nice place to stay. It's pretty central with walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff are incredible. From the garden team to the restraunt and bar staff and animation team, every single one of them are amazing. The pool is lovely. Only a few things I would mention to be aware of; food is limited. Breakfast is a choice of omelette (undercooked on a number of occasions) , pancakes or pain au chocolate and a choice of condiments. Lunch is a choice of salads, something off the grill which to be honest I wasn't keen when the kitchen being served wasn't cooked and a long line for chips. If you manage to get a snack bar ticket your lunch will be burger and chips. Again the burger is pink inside though. Dinner is a vegetarian spaghetti and sauce, a selection of roasted vegetables and a small selection of cakes. I would recommend the morrocan restraunt however you can only book this restraunt once a week per room. Drinks wise is a selection of beer, two cocktails, vodka or gin, coke, lemonade, tango. The water fountain by the bar was leaking the whole time which left an aweful smell. For all inclusive it's essentially as much fizzy as you cane drink. The room was a double which was 2 singles pushed together. The air conditioner worked when it felt like it but was a glorified thermometer. There were ants in the room everywhere, there is a safe but no key. No fridge. The towels were dirty!!! The main thing I took issue with was that you are given 1 key, which is standard except there is not door handle on the inside of the room door. I order to get out of the room you need the key. Which makes things difficult when one of you wants to go to the room you have to decide who gets to be able to open the door. There are so many cats and kittens roaming around and it's quite startling to see how tiny and skinny they are but they are looked after by staff and guests alike. Despite the food issue I thourally enjoyed my time here.

Great place but has bad reviews. You get what you pay for. Surprisingly they do premium beers and not watered down. Be specific in what you want if you want Aircon but the rooms aren't that hot without big curtains etc. Definitely recommend the place. Staff are lovely and be careful of rogue trips. Nice food here too

The hotel is ok, the restaurants are nice except the buffet. The big problem of this hostel : there are theft in the staff, i've borrowed a towel to the hotel for a 100 MAD (10 euros) bail. I let my towel in my room the first day (not used it) and the towel disappear the next day. 10 euros for the staff. When I asked the director he told me : you are not near 10 euros... I don't recommend this hotel because of its staff.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. Changed rooms 3 times because of bed bugs, refused a refund, Not elderly friendly, hot water turns off suddenly, the love holiday representatives where very rude and scam artist, all furniture is old and squeaky. A cleaner came to my room and used my old sheets to clean the room. This place is a joke

A typical Moroccan hotel, with the best staff and animation group. The staff is a gift for being so polite and helpful. The hotel is a bit old, some difficulties for unable people. The beach is 5 min walk, not so near, and there are lots of stairs, a curved way to the beach, could be nearer, as there is enough space to cut distance. Its a private beach but with no bar, could have one, as the hotel is all-inclusive. The food is good, even the Moroccan dishes. Has wine, beer, and soft drinks. In the 3 bars you can have all alcoholic drinks and the staff is professionally good. There are shops inside the village which have a good price. An ethical restaurant, reservation was requested. No printing for boarding passes, and the wifi is only near the reception or the pool bar. As said above the animation group is energic, and there are good shows every day.

Well when I arrived I wasn't sure on Morocco it was a bit of a shanty town and lots of little groups of men dotted around. Got to the hotel which was pretty big lots of pools around and shops etc. Reception staff wasn't very helpful. When I asked for a iron I could hire there was a bit of messing around from them and a little rude about it, so I decided to go find a shop for one, yes I did pre iron my things just got a little creased in suitcase lol, got to the room, I was a little stunned on how how actually basic it was but it was only to sleep in so it wasnt the end of the world. the bed was comfy and the cleaner came everyday to make the bed, change towels etc, these lady's do really work hard and are very plesent to. All the pool areas are spotless to the waiters in the bar are lovely and happy and again work hard and long hours, there's a reservation hut you can hire towels for the pool and book pizza restaurant or Moroccan restaurant. The guy who you book with needed to smile a bit more but we booked Moroccan night. The food and service was lovely 😍. Now the food in the main restaurant was pretty much the same most days got a bit boring but was always something to have. Lots of different salads etc if u didn't like the cooked stuff, chips always seemed cold. The waiters in here was all amazing running round making sure the place was clean and setting the tables whilst getting you drinks etc you guys don't get enough credit for the tireless hard long hours you do 👌👏👏👏 the animation team was good to included everyone adults children etc different things going on each night in the theatre bit. I didn't go in it was to hot, there supervisor who sat or stood around watching the team all the time didn't really get involved in anything apart from telling some of them off from time to time in front of guest's which seemed a bit uncalled for, he also hardly smiled just looked a little grumpy, now I said to my husband I'd never go back on the first and second day but we met a couples from Wales.birkhead. Hull. St Helens and Sat with them every night we had such a scream they was a great bunch of people and made my holiday really enjoyable. And have changed my mind on the place and will be going back next year, now this last bit isn't the hotel itself but just right outside the front of it it is a shop up the stairs and one Down the stairs. So the one up the stairs there's a man standing on the outside all day and evening everyday and now he's really polite saying hello etc then goes on to ask you if you want any weed or coke and so on, no matter how many times you say no he will ask everytime he sees you. The hotel rooms are in absolute desperate need of updating other than that it's a typical 2 star hotel.

Definitely the one if the worst experiences I have had abroad. Hotel staff stole my friends alcohol and accused us of lying and then said we gave it to them as a gift (in a Muslim country because that makes perfect sense!!) the maid took our towels from our room, lost it and accused us of leaving it by the pool. We spent the rest of the week without towels despite me coming to the reception everyday to ask for them to be replaced. On the final day they said I had to pay for the towels, I explained to them that the maid had took them and must have counted them incorrectly or forgot but they said I was lying. They stole and hid my suitcase and tried to blackmail me into paying. When I tried to get my suitcase 4 men grabbed me and tried to push me out of the reception. I had a massive panic attack and all the staff just watched without any compassion. I had to contact my travel agency (LOVE HOLIDAYS) to get my luggage back from those crooks. I made a complaint about the treatment I experienced but the travel agency said there is nothing they can do, which is just rubbish. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The hotel is good for one with a low budget. Having an all inclusive deal means that there is no need to ever leave the hotel. With totally included breakfast lunch and dinner. Also a "fast food" snack bar. Having said that the food is not grate. And I found my self eating out a lot to avoid this food. Being a more adventurous type I went to discover the city and other cities in Morocco. And the hotel acted as a good base for this. -Food: 2/5 -Rooms 3/5 -Environment 4/5 -Staff 4/5 -Internet 1/5

The animation is amazing every night. There is a night club for free for those who stay in the hotel, but you have to buy drinks. The rooms are clean, but do not leave a cookie jar opwn, because the ants will immediately attafk it. There are many stray cats in the hotel area that try to sneak into your room. The only bad thing there is food. Theme restaurants is the only thing keeping you not starving.

We had a good time at this hotel. Yes it's not 5 star, but you're not paying 5 star money. The staff are brilliant and the place is spotlessly clean. The swimming pool is freezing but the weather's hot! Big shout out to Arafat, the head waiter who goes out of his way to make sure everything is ok.

I do not recommend this place to anyone, the staff is not friendly and not helpful, just keep your fingers on the tip. The food is incredibly bad, inedible, and the chef will tell you how much of that bad food you can eat. The artisans inside the hotel are not violent until you buy from them, the pictures of the service lie really all over the place and it stinks very bad. So I don't recommend throwing money away at anyone.

This resort was certainly an interesting place to stay. Check in went smoothly but then things got a little awkward as the porter walked me to the room, insisted on carrying my tiny backpack, and then waited for a tip. I unfortunately hadn't had a chance to get cash out yet so had nothing to offer and it was embarassing for both of us - make sure you have a tip prepared! Meals are served at strict times of the day and no food is offered outside these hours. You would think they would have something available for guests arriving late night (especially as they know what time flights land and that some are after the dinner hours) but no, there was nothing on arrival. I had ten minutes to dash to the local shop and buy some Pringles before they shut. Drinks are available at the bar until late - although the 'bars' are just soft drinks and alcohol poured into plastic cups, nothing fancy. There is no WiFi in the rooms, only in reception and at the pool, so be prepared for that. I had double doors from my room leading to a little 'balcony' area but on the ground floor where there was a table and chairs. This was nice but the doors did not close properly, so it did not feel very secure at night as they would sometimes blow open a bit and someone walking past could have entered my room. The buffet was very hit and miss. Some things were very good like the stewed pork and the fried fish which were delicious. The attempt at macaroni cheese though went hard very quickly and would leave you with crunchy pasta on your plate. I also saw multiple times the staff returning bread from the tables to the buffet (even after pieces had been taken and eaten) so the hygiene was questionable. If you arrived in the last half hour of the buffet times the selection was rather poor as well. The staff overall were very friendly and helpful. They printed my boarding pass so I could avoid Ryanair's outrageous fees. There are merchant sellers inside the resort who you learn to smile politely but avoid, otherwise they will drag you into their shop and sell you something. There are also cats everywhere that are very friendly! Overall, it was a nice stay but the quality was not amazing.

Filthiest neglected overpriced hotel (swap the T for V) I've ever had the misfortune of booking. We booked it as the photos look great (when I look at this photos now it's clear they predate covid) and we thought it would be nice for kids with a wide selection of food on offer throughout the hotel which is located on a large property. We got there late on arrival (1.30am) and two other families in front of us were arguing with the front desk over the card machine not working, which was awful to witness but worked out in our favour as we were told that we could check in the following morning and so we were shown to our room. The beds are 5 foot in length so your feet and half your legs hang out the end. The pillows were made of concrete and were unusable. The toilet didn't flush and one sink didn't work. We headed for breakfast and it was chaos. Truly horrible food and the serving areas and the staffs uniforms were filthy. We decided to leave so I went to speak with the front desk to check out early to discover another couple fighting with the front desk (round 3) they were throwing their room keys and money at the reception staff as they claimed they were attacked the night before. I then asked to leave and thankfully they only charged us for the one night. This was our first night in Morocco and I didn't know what to expect but thankfully this hotel was the exception. This hotel should be shut down, as it's a disgrace to the industry.

DO NOT COME HERE. STAY AWAY. I came with my family of 17 and every single one of us have the same thing to say about this hotel. Here is our experience 😊: * The toilets don’t flush AT ALL. We had 10 rooms and only one toilet out of all would flush. * The “all inclusive part” aka the food was terrible. The same thing is served every day which we later learned was because the leftover food is recycled. It gave us all terrible food poisoning which wasn’t great due to the first point. * The rooms aren’t cleaned properly - the floors are so filthy you have to walk around with shoes on all the time. * There are no clean towels. Our rooms had no clean towels when we got there and it took 2 days before we were able to get our hands on some. The hotel had a towel shortage because their washing machines were broken. * The rooms are really dated and old fashioned. * There is no air conditioning. None. If you want a fan you have to pay to rent one. * There are no mosquito nets at all. We all left with no less than 10 very itchy mosquito bites. * The safes in the rooms don’t work unless you pay extra for a key. * The lobby is closed (with lights all turned off) by 10pm. So if you required any help you have to wait until the morning. * There’s no hot water in the morning. Cold showers every morning. * Street vendors outside your rooms constantly trying to sell you things even though you’ve said no multiple times. Makes you feel quite uncomfortable. * The pools are not cleaned and filtered, there are so many flies floating around in there. We spoke to a few other families who were staying at the hotel who were equally disappointed. We even spoke to one of the workers and they told us this hotel will shut in 1 years time because of how terrible it’s gotten. If you want an “all inclusive” holiday experience. This is not it.

Read reviews about this place before I went! Sounded great..it wasn't!! The food was disgusting didn't cater for the English only chips.my daughter who is 11 ate bread whenever we did go inside.we went all inclusive but ended up paying for meals out. No icream for children or anything.rooms very basic.had no aerial on TV,and no remote to actually work it.rooms where very shabby the cleaning lady did best she could.tge only good thing about this place was mo,on reception bar.lovely guy and makes the best coffee's. Would definitely NOT recommend this place!!!!

Young couple opinion. Me and my partner stayed at this resort last week for 5 nights. The staff are very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. Personally I feel the food could do with a lot improvements starting with catering for children, if you have fussy kids or are a fussy adult I wouldn’t recommend, even if you’re not fussy! The entertainment in the evenings starts at 8pm with kids songs but the lady doing the entertainment wasn’t very enthusiastic any night, the entertainment goes on till 12am and is extremely loud when your room is right next to it. The beach is right in walking distance 5 mins up the road but we personally didn’t feel safe enough to walk there. The airport was only 30 mins away and you never hear a plane so nice and peaceful. I wouldn’t come here again personally and I certainly wouldn’t recommend coming during busy times and paying 3x times what we paid, if you’re going to stay I’d say only in the winter months.

Came here on Aug 2022. Booked a family room and a doubleroom. Welcomed by the reception staff. Did not get the rooms we wanted. a day after a family room became available so we were moved. Only to discovery the room was infested with ants crawling on floor and on beds, My 6 year old was terrified the two year didnt know any better, my 10 year old wanted to fly back, no remedy was dispenced after reporting of the ants. basin leaking, tap not work. A TV that should be in the museum. A Hair dryer that you have to hire, beware Room f01 Moving rooms with family of 5 and baby is the equivalent of moving mountains especially when you have to consider how big the resort is. Food was alright it might not be to your liking if your travelling from the uk. Catering Staff are brilliant. Pools are decent with bars and entertainment team. Overall Staff pleasant however the baggage handling team will stare at you for tip slightly awkward. Tipped them anyways. Day2: We were moved to room j21 at about midnight, No ants to our relief. But beds were only made to impress, not clean found hair all over the pillows, some kind of germ growing on others, tap that did not work waited an hour for technician. No toilet/shower light so a staff put one in that exploded with a big bang late that night. Duvet that are no different than the floor rug in the room. Security guard top man always entertained my children upon entry and exit. organised taxi for us when need. Travellers beware this hotel is in need of serious modernisation. It is not value for money. I will never visit the vicinity of this hotel ever again nor will i recommend. If i can put it in one word of our experience that will be disappointment.

This hotel is best value for money I have ever experienced. Food is simple but fresh and tasty, particularly selection of vegetables is amazing. Room simple but very clean and comfortable. Personal is absolutely amazing, great fun and cannot be more helpful. Location is 5 stars. Upgrade to premium room 10meters from pool area was £90 for 10 days. Fantastic kid club. I have spent 10 days as single father with 4 years old son and it was best experience ever. 5 stars from me and I travel a lot.

Good value for the money, however many things can be improved. I don't know how the furniture looks in all the rooms, but the one in our room was outdated and worn-out. It was clean and the bed were comfortable. The food was OK-ish nothing special and available only at specific times. Party and noise at the pool every evening between 20:00 and 24:00 that might be a bit annoying if you have small children and they have to go to sleep. Maybe ask for a room not facing the pool. All in all we had a good time.
