pas respect the personel screams at youre kids they are just after youre money if you give they wil be kind if not they wil be without respect the rooms are terrible

Beautiful hotel in agadir hotel aferni i stay my family for 1 week in this hotel service very good staff all great reception and bar and also snack bar food is very good and prices very cheap thank you definitely coming back to aferni hotel 👍👍👍

Awful customer service! Staff was very rude upon leaving the hotel! They demanded money for no reason what’s so ever even after paying the city tax! They all claim they are manager! Worst hotel in Agadir! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Great hotel and like other reviews great value for money. Got a suite near the pool which was awesome!

I don’t know where people stayed but the hotel is disgusting. We found a massive cockroach(see picture) in the room. The guy at the desk seemed uninterested and didn’t even apologize. Another person from our group had mold all over the ceiling, they also didn’t apologize. After another person came to remove the cockroach he just killed it and didn’t seem interested in helping us at all. That’s not all we tried booking a tour at the reception and the guy just telephoned someone else and gave the phone to us without any information.

This hotel was in Restauration when we were there. The beds however were hard as stone an there was mold at the ceiling. The internet was quite unreliable except in the salon at the entrance. The muezzin call was very loud the night trough. (Ramadan with multiple calls from the mosk) The elevator door closes automatically - no matter if there is luggage (or people) in or out of the door. However- The food was good an the people were very welcoming and friendly. The ocean was nearby (10 min walk)

Excellent price-quality ratio, very nice people, close to everything.

Decent, spacious rooms thats around 15 min walk from beach. Restaurants and shops near hotel. Breakfast was a let down.

I stayed at Aferni hotel in the last week of December 2016. The temperature was warm during the day and reasonable cold during the evening & night. I found the hotel quiet with friendly staff and the location very good with a short walk from the beach and easy arrange excursions. I had a really nice view of the mosque minaret & the swimming pool from the room. The room & shower room was reasonable size with the basic facilities e.g hair dryer, TV, safe etc There were restaurant within & also restaurants outside the hotel with shops such as mini supermarket etc. nearby. The breakfast was basic & simple but very nice & freshing especially the orange juice. I would definitely return here in the future & would recommend others to visit.

The hotel was quiet and staff were friendly and welcoming.The breakfast was traditional Moroccan(bread, pastries,jam, marmalade, fresh orange,coffee), i didn't use room service as there is several places to eat right outside the front door.The beach is 5 minutes walk(tops) and is sandy,plenty of food places and souvenir shops with the mariner at one end .There are 2 souks(markets) a small one(15 mins walk) which was mainly closed(due to it being Ramadan).The other is massive(souk el had and 30 mins walk)this is worth a visit where a bargain can be had if you are good at bartering. The area is mainly French.The hotel was worth the money.

Great hotel! And grate value for the money!!! Clean, friendly staff, good and clean shower, nice room, breakfast was good but simple. Location was perfect! Close to the center and also to the beach.
