the hotel was great, huge and clean the pool very nice and the service around the pool room very big, clean with pool view breakfast excellent with a lot of options service and reception was excellent the location very good, near the beach and restaurant area casino at next door, for people that love it we enjoyed this hotel very much

Before you judge by My 4-star rating I would like to tell you That We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It is a very fine and classy hotel. I stayed here for 1 week with my girlfriend, We only ordered the stay including breakfast, if you do like us, i Will tell you that both lunch and dinner costs 300 Dirhams per person. Once you check in there is a city tax of about 40 euro That you need to pay, it is not included in your prebooked stay. Hotels in Morocco does not allow unmarried couples from arabic or muslim countries to share a doublebed, We didnt order a double bed, the two single beds Are both 140x200 and they Are pushed together, so you have plenty of space, We actually preferred it, We slept better like This. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with a shower, a toilet and a bide(I have attached pictures). The swimmingpool is very large its about 21 degree celcius, you Will get one cards per person That you can swap for a red towel That you can use at the beach or at the pool, just remember to retur it or it Will cost you 250 Dirhams pr. Towel. The spa/thalasso is nothing special. Its a steam/sauna and a hot indoor and outdoor pool. It costs 200 pr. entry and if you want massage included its 300. Overall a chill stay at This magnificent hotel.

Very nice hotel in Morocco. Staff was generally very nice. Rooms were clean and big. Breakfast was not the best...food was cold (hot items) and bland. Everything ells was fantastic even the WiFi. Had a very short stay and would've loved to use more of the amenities.

I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 duo to a bad experience i had with the reception team and their treatments for none-foreigners a year ago. But eventually had the chance to get a detailed informative tour of the place. One information that i found interesting is the room numbers: - Odd numbers like 127 have garden view - Even numbers like 122 have pool view

I have stayed in this hotel for two nights. The large garden spaces and pool makes hotel a very good destination for families with children to play. The staff is friendly and smiling. The halls interior decoration is amazing. This hotel rates itself as a 5 stars hotel. The things to improve: The service overall correspond to the regular 2 stars hotels: 1- Public health measure are poor. One can find insects and ants in the room and the restaurant. 2- The finishing details of the external pool are not well supervisied. 3- The interior of the rooms although a bit larger then other 2 star hotels, are similar in quality of cleanliness, material choice( sheets, towels, soaps,...)... 4- Beakfast quality and choices are poor. Dirt and dust can be seen on the restaurant floor as well as paint drops aged on the floor. 5- many managerial issue should be reviewed.

beautifull resort right by the beach of agadir (5 min walk). the place is designed with amazing morrocan ornaments. the pool is awesome and very clean. room was spaciouse and comfortable. breakfast was very nice and had great selection. recommended.

Beautiful Resort and the pool is 2nd to none 70m length so ideal for doing lengths. Highly recommended.

Nice pool and facilities. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Will help you organise all your activities and tours. Rooms are spacious. Could do with a facelift to the bathroom and furniture. Food is nice and roomservice quite reasonable.

Amazing stay gd service

Worst experience in a hotel ever. Some of the staff are rude. They don't understand the concept of " do not disturb " mark. You can't invite people in the pool coffee. the guards in the door keep asking for your room number whenever you enter. You're not allowed to bring snacks inside the hotel. The AC is so nosy .. so many summer insects inside. Only one small bottle of water is given everyday. It's impossible to save the bill for the check out. It doesn't worth a 5 stars at all. Finally, a big smile and a Bonjour won't make a stay any better if the standards are not there.

This is my favorite hostel in the world. The day I arrived, it felt like being with family. Loveliest rooftop, staff, music and social atmosphere. Don’t think twice, just book it. I met some fantastic friends who I traveled with in different directions in Morocco. Just be careful hanging your laundry :) it’s windy.

Amazing place for reasonable price. Food is amazing and the variety is more than enough, alcoholic drinks are a bit watery though. Staff is extremely friendly, eaven though most of them understood english very little they were trying to communicate and make sure you are comfortable. Room was amazing with a balcony and beautiful view. Hotel is right next to the beach and it has its own secured sunbathing place in the shore. You don't eaven have to leave the hotel to enjoy the holiday, there is more than enough to do. I felt like I don't want to leave.

Had a great experience in this casino over a week. Really nice staff and great manager offering us free steaks and buffet meals including Alcoholics drinks. What made our visit amazing this time round was the public relations manager lubna.
