Reasonable place, limited choice of foods. close to beach (5min walk) kids friendly pool. All staff are great apart from reception team unfortunately. an update: Establishment read our constructive feedback promptly and actioned swiftly. Reception standards remarkably improved and have seen many new dishes added to the menu. Hotel provides; 6am-7am Continental Breakfast 7am-10am Full Buffet Breakfast 12:30-15 Lunch (decent Salad bar, sauces, condiments) side dishes, main meal, dessert and unlimited supply of drinks & water. 16-17 Coffee time with snacks 19-22 Dinner with added dishes 10am-11pm Bar will further update if any other changes noticed. We felt well obliged for your swift actions and wish you all the best for future business. still resident at Room 2365

One of the rooms we booked was a twin but wasnt. We were kindly moved but advised that we had been moved to a superior room. It was the room we should have had in the first place according to the booking and photographs from the hotel/tui websites. The water slides go off after 12 and everything stopped until 3pm. Tennis racquets, come back after 3pm, same with the table tennis - my holiday but unfortunately not my choices which is not great when you have a kid with you who wants to do these things. We had to pay to rent pool towels. If you left your lounger/umbrella too long it was taken by the pool police. When I say too long, I mean literally for half an hour. The reason for this is that there is an insufficient amount of space around the pool area to meet demand. The restaurant is far too small for the number of guests and there were times when no tables were available and you were left waiting to pounce as soon as someone looked like they were leaving. There are limited drink options on All Inclusive. Only included very basic drinks, not that i wanted premium, local options would have been fine but we had to pay for some. Food was the same for breakfast and lunch everyday. Dinner changed slightly but there was nothing exciting or particularly pleasant about any of it. Its a bad day when people are having MacDonalds delivered poolside! Spa was being painted. I would be amazed if the masseuse was qualified in any way. A one hour massage took 50 minutes and I was left alone in the room for 15 minutes. At one point the door was left open whilst i was lying on the bed and the workmen were right outside the door. It was very uncomfortable. The gym is a waste of time. Completr lack of equipment and some machines are broken. On a positive note, the entertainment staff and hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. They are building hotels all around this area and the Kenzi Europa hotel will more than likely disappear due to better hotels with better facilities. Not worth the travel agents star rating.

I'll keep this nice and to the point. Stayed here for a week, rooms were below par. Staff clearly prioritise certain customers, the older guy and the tall lady at the reception were extremely rude and arrogant. I forgot my room key in the room and went to the reception to ask to get into the room, I was told to wait for a few minutes even though the reception was completely empty in the morning, the issue came to be I ended up waiting for 30mins and when I asked the rude guy at the reception who didn't even acknowledge my existence, he called out for his colleague and it turns out the colleague was in the back room all this time chilling! - I was given a card that was on the desk the whole time, no apologies or anything. I was given an annoyed look of disgust! - I went away flabbergasted. I will not play any card here because there's no point, but I know what it is, as I'm well versed as to what happens in these places. Irregardless, I will never be visiting this establishment again. On a good note the cleaners were marvelous.

Rooms - excellent and spacious, cleaned everyday. Pool and slides - my favourite part! 6 different slides which are all really fun and a large pool. Food - good selection of different foods that you can get at practically every hour of the day! Different food themed nights which everyone enjoyed. Service - all staff are lovely and always available to answer questions and tend to your needs. Location - couldn't ask to be closer to the sea if you tried. Lots of supermarkets around and even a little souk 100m away. Overall, this was an amazing stay in Morocco. Thankyou Kenzi team!

I’m a tennis coach and I do trips to locations all around Europe. But this hotel and this location was by far the best yet. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of going to Agadir. The service was impeccable, the reception, the restaurant staff and bar staff were all brilliant. We will definitely return.

Extremely nice place to stay while I was on holiday in Agadir, would definitely book it again. The rooms were very spacious and most of the rooms, if not all, have a balcony where you can see a view of the pool, the streets and the beach. There is 3 pools here, one for kids which is heated and kept very warm for the children, there is an adults pool where you can go swimming for leisure and there is a pool for the slides, there are also 6 slides here which makes the pools even more fun. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel which includes a private beach included by Kenzi Europa. This hotel also offers breakfast, lunch and dinner meaning you don't have to travel at all for food, there are also a few corner shops nearby where you can buy any necessities, toiletries are provided in the rooms.

We stayed at Kenzi for 5 days. We arrived earlier than the check in time but the staff was kind enough to give us the keys a bit earlier. Room was spacious for 2 adults and one kid, and a nice balcony with Agadir beach view. Lots of amenities, 3 pools slides and a play ground. Unfortunately when we visited (end of December) ,The kids pool was always in the shade so had the coldest water of all the poools and it was always empty. On the other end, the water coming from the slides is heated so that's amazing in a sunny day. Food is okay, lots of things to chose from at breakfast an variety in the buffet. The best part of Kenzi is the animation, they really go above and beyond. Good entertainment for kids day and night. On Christmas day, they also invited Santa Claus! It was very nice to spend the time there. Location is perfect, few minutes from the beach and from the promenade. Highly recommended.

stayed there for a week in 2021 summer, we had 4 rooms and i have to say the experience was good as it was our very first holiday, location is good with nice beach across the road. my complaint.... the rooms are absolutely disgusting, bathrooms had mould all over, even the sink had gunk in it, the mini fridge had dead bugs in it and the air in the room was not fresh at all, ac was not working, had sleepless nights. kids loved the evening entertainment, the entertainment team were amazing. night receptionist needs a very good beating, very bad attitude.

came her for a week with my partner nothing like what the pictures show when we arrived the man behind the desk was quite rude as my partner requested a late check out considering we were not leaving the hotel until half 9 at night when we were going home he said we couldn’t do that as if should have been done before arriving which was not true as we had done this the next day with another member of staff. then the guy behind the desk on our first day of arrival went on to not guide us to our room which resulted in us walking around the hotel for 10 minutes and when we did arrive to our room the key card didn’t even work.for the food there was never a different range of foods always chicken which was never cooked which lead to both of us feeling very unwell. the night entertainment was absolutely terrible from 8pm-11pm was just kids songs and them dancing around nothing for adults! we were all inclusive and were getting questioned about why i was going up for another drink as my Partner had gone 5 minutes ago. we have gone on many holidays and have been all inclusive in all of them and have never been questioned as to why i want more drinks, I paid for a service and felt as if i was being judged for getting drinks even though it is included in the package i paid for. Will never be returning to this hotel as it is absolutely terrible with how the staff are and how much of a lie the pictures are online.

It's well located in Agadir. It's an okay hotel but perfectly acceptable particularly for a short break away in the sun. Don't over expect and you won't be disappointed. Get a room on the top floor to be away from the noise around the pool and with better views although the views aren't great really. It's all inclusive and all three meals will have something for you as long as you are not picky. Free drinks is good and I take mine up to my room and sit on the balcony looking over the town. There's a fridge in the room so take a few beers and a carafe of wine up and put them in cooling for later.

This is a great to hotel to stay in when visiting Agadir. It's a very short walk away from the beach, and there are lots of amenities around. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with large rooms that include a balcony. The rooms have a large bed, TV, safe and mini fridge but no kettle or tea / coffee facilities. The buffer restaurant is decent, with a good variety of food during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some of the does get a bit repetitive, like the pasta which is always around at lunch and dinner - everyday! Ice cream is only available at lunch times, and during the summer there is a daily barbecue at lunch times too. The hotel has a large swimming pool as well as a number of water slides which are popular with the kids and adults alike. The hotel staff do their best to put on activities during the day and evenings to keep the guests entertained, but the schedule of events isn't always followed. The evening shows, which take place in the main lobby, can start fairly late, and aren't the best.

Positives -Breakfast staff very quick with tidying tables and taking used dishes away/cleaning spillages -Fresh made egg served -Room cleaned daily -Coffee machine excellent -Great location close to beach/food/shops -Luggage storage room for when waiting for driver to collect for airport return -Nice pool area -Balcony and sliding door with net curtain/curtain -Fridge in room Negatives -£24 city tax fee for 5 nights (total for me and my partner) -Cleaner knocks on door once and just walks into room a second later (can cause privacy issue, as she doesnt wait for someone to let her in, or say come in) -Excursions desk miscommunicated an activity with us, which involved 4 hours of driving within it (Esoeira day trip) -Communication with one staff member (male) at the desk was tricky in English. Had to ask for do not disturb sign for door multiple times due to cleaner issue, and spent 3 minutes explaining what i wanted very clearly - No Tea/coffee/sugar packets for room which most hotels provide -No sausages/hashbrowns/turkey rashers for breakfast which most 4 star hotels provide -Entertainment in lobby lasts in evening until 11pm, can be heard in room quite loud -Can be noisy at night when trying to sleep- people in corridor, people in rooms above you, and nightclub music nearby -Poolside sun loungers are always taken up by people all day. They just arrive in morning and leave towel on there Overall it wasn’t a disaster it was ok- but expected better from 4 star hotel

The room was terrible, the worst four-star hotel I ever booked. The floor was dirty after cleaning. There is no instruction on how to call the reception. The furniture was old. It is not soundproof, I was terribly disturbed by the guests talking in the hallway during middle night. We came in December, the water in swimmingpool was cold and lack of maintenance. Good location though with easy access to beach and good restaurants.

Good swimming pool and slides. They work with a thief called Fuad that organises tourist transport and attractions and almost made me miss my flight and over charged me with all the activities plus the seagulls are loud, the breakfast isn’t that great, the diver cover are old are got holes. Good late night entertainment and excellent customer service. Good hotel with family, just avoid that skinny dude if you are there, once he takes the money upfront he’s gone.

Fabulous...my first visit to Morocco..it certainly won't be my last. The Kenzi Europa was everything I could have asked for. The Staff were amazing, very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Nora, our chambermaid who made the return to our room special everyday with her wonderful creations! And to the Restaurant Manager, she made our visits for meals a pleasure!

VERY POOR SERVICE AND REALLY BAD ATTITUDE FROM STAFF, STAYED THERE FOR 5 NIGHTS, BOOKED 5 ROOMS AS WE WENT WITH A GROUP, NO ROOMS HAD AIR CON WORKING, THEY FIRST SENT A "TECHNICIAN" TO TRY FIX IT, AFTER HE FAILED AND I ASKED MANAGEMENT WHAT WAS HAPPENING, THEY SIMPLY SAID IT IS NOT THAT HOT IN MOROCCO NOW, IF ITS HOT OPEN THE WINDOW........ ALL ROOMS HAD 1 OR MAXIMUM 2 LIGHTS WORKING, MOULD IN BATHROOMS, 1 BROKEN IRON SHARED AMONGST THE WHOLE HOTEL, NIGHTSTAFF NAMELY FAICAL, GUY WITH GLASSES WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, WOULD LOVE TO SEE HIM WITH HIS ATTITUDE OUTSIDE HIS COMFORT ZONE BEHIND A DESK, ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE LOCATION.

Very very disappointed with this hotel. The night receptionist/ manager was extremely rude and racist. I’m the last one to play the race card. But this was clarified by someone who speaks the language and he didn’t know was with us. He claimed he didn’t want to give the room to anyone of Pakistani heritage. Left me stranded for a night with no room! Really avoid this hotel. On the positive. Only positive note. The day team was great!!!!

A ok hotel and good price. It has waterslides which is fun for the kids. A bit wear and tear but very good location 5 min from the beach and beachfront restaurants. A solid 3+ stars. Decent breakfast. For the price for two connected rooms at 1200 dirham a night it's well worth the money for families . No sound proofing on the balcony door so was very noisy when there was new years eve concerts going on in the neighborhood

I travelled with tour agency and maybe the problem is that they give worse quality rooms for such people, but rooms were dirty, and very damp (wet swimming suit did not dry up at all). I came back from holidays with sinuses issue due to this. AC did not work. Cleaning took place very randomly - when I left Agadir for 2 days long trip to Sahara - noone cleaned up my room during this time. Majority of staff does not speak English. When we ran out toilet paper we had to ask receptionist 2 times and finally got replenishment after few hours. The only benefit I find is tasty food in restaurant and big variety of drinks in bar. Nice swimming pool with slides.

Liked · The hotel has a great location with a nice fresh breakfast with many options. They provided us with extra beds in our connecting room at no extra cost. (Most of the) staff are very helpful. The hotel rooms are dated, but I didn't mind that seeing I paid a reasonable price for it. Also, staff spoke English. Had the issue below not happened, I'd have rated this hotel a 7 or 8, again, considering value for money. Disliked · Firstly, I would have rated this hotel higher had it not been for an issue on the last day that wasn't dealt with adequately at all. I had purchased the hotel as a B&B, however fancied eating in on the last night with my family. Due to a mix up with reception and the restaurant I was charged £75 for a single meal, despite previously agreeing with reception that it would be less than half that price (£32) as part of an upgraded room. The restaurant didn't seem to care when invoicing me despite me explaining my position, they were more concerned with me signing the invoice. The reception manager the following day (despite conceding the fact that they had offered us the upgraded room with the family meal at the lower price and we had indeed completed the required steps) was less than helpful and said he could do nothing to fix the problem, bar offer me a discount on my next stay. Honestly, that's just total nonsense and shows a lack of customer service, especially when you've conceded the customer is right and this has been validated by your own staff standing next to you. Saying the system won't allow you to change the invoice just doesn't stack up. Finally, no issue of the hotel, but the taxis outside operate like a cartel, so beware.

I stayed at Kenzi Europa Hotel a decade ago and it was great, but than again I speak the local language, so my 5 star could be biased. This time around however, I have a kid who’s exited to spend the week playing in the awesome Kenzi pools and a wife from California who expects a five star hotel service/experience. I’ll leave my full unbiased review with photos at the end of March 2023.

Good value for money. Location was excellent, heated pools and slides were great in the month of February. Decent rooms and tasty breakfast. Staff were very welcoming. Beach and KFC/McD/Pizza Hut are a 3/4 min walk from this hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Kenzi Europa.

Update: The management have been very helpful since my review. I've met the chef and he understands the situation - especially protein. We now meet in the morning and he makes me something suitable in the evening. I must commend them on their willingness to go that extra mile for their guests. Many thanks.

Really nice hotel. A bit old but well maintained. The kids loved the pool and water slides. The food was varied and tasty and staff were friendly and helpful. The only minus point was for some of the animation team. They didn't do enough supervision of kids activities. Their focus seemed biased towards adults especially of a certain gender. But overall the experience was pleasant.

We have just returned from a couple of weeks at Kenzi Europa and had a great time. The weather was 'amazing', probably a bit warm for the first weekend.. The staff at the hotel work really hard. The entertainment team put on lots of events and would always come and chat. The bar staff were great, with there being little or no queue at the bar. Restaurant staff again are helpful and ensure you have everything you need.

  • 5/5 Ian E. 8 months ago on Google
Great friendly staff. Staff always cleaning(mostly due to the fact that some visitors don't have the slightest bit of respect and just drop their glasses and rubbish- but you don't see the staff complaining - only smiles and helpfulness) Animation team are amazing and even for some of my family who are reserved they got them Involved and lots of fun was had by all. Rooms are clean and comfy. Food - some say its samey - yes there are certain dishes that are repeated but these are the staples. There is always something different to add to this. Food it always fresh and hot - steaming hot! Lovely well kept gardens and lots of activities to do throughout the day.

Overall its good hotel conveniently located approximately a few mins walk from the beach. It has great pool for the kids with 4 slides. A main pool for the more confident swimmers and shallow pool with small slides for the toddlers. You get a good selection for breakfast with very helpful staff. I have e stayed at other hotels where staff expect you to tip them and won't leave but the guys at Kenzi are more interested in providing a good experience. The staff at reception are always polite and friendly. Even to the point whilst I was on the adjoining barbers next door the manager of the hotel was fully aware of the issue I had around interconnecting rooms (which was resolved 2 days into my stay) had asked if all was OK. Which considering the hundreds of guests at the hotel and never meeting him before felt reassuring. Also provided extra beds without a fuss. Felt really good the entertainment for kids in the morning and even was great too. Rooms are kept clean daily. The only ask I would say would be to give and update to the rooms to modernise but that's just being picky. Overall highly recommended to families.

The hotel is nice, staff are friendly but there was an issue with the cleanliness of the first room we were given.. but the next day we got given another room that was cleaner and since the janitor was doing good job keeping the room clean and tidy. Food was good had some really good main food and puddings .. salad selection was great, and the entertainment was really good thanks to the animation team. There are few things that could be done which would move the hotel to a higher/better level in my opinion, i take this from my experience in other hotels that are rated as 4 stars hotels, the guests room could be made more welcoming to all inclusive bookings .. like having the fridge prefilled, little kettle, brewery stuff and box of hand tissue on the table, better bathroom curtains and better dovet sheets as the ones we had were clean but the zips were broken.. them are little touches that would make this hotel more welcoming and give guests better experience, but in general good experience.. we had good fun, people there were so friendly and with them little changes applied we would certainly go there again 😀 👍

The hotel is beautiful. The water slides and dance parties for the kids were great. Most of the staff were friendly and kind to the children. We enjoyed the breakfast and the location can't be beat as far as proximity to the beach. The grounds are also extremely beautiful with a garden, tennis court, basketball court, and playground for kids. After experiencing an issue at the hotel (see below), the manager did attempt to make it up to us (sent us 2 baskets of fruit and some water bottles) which was kind and I did appreciate that. When we first arrived at the hotel and went to the pool area, we were told the water slides would be turned on at 3 PM and the kids club would be open. We had an online class at 3 so we came down about 3:30 and were told by the woman on the animation team that the slides weren't turned on because there wasn't anyone at the hotel. I also asked her about the kid's club and she said since no one was here at 3, she shut it down. So at that point, I was pretty disappointed because I really only booked for the water slides and for the kids to have a good time. I did contact Booking to see if I could cancel, because if I would have known that the activities were going to be cancelled because of lack of guests, I would not have booked this hotel. So Booking contacted the hotel and then I received a phone call from the front desk saying oh no, the slides are on now and that woman shouldn't have told you that, they just weren't turned on because at that time, no one was at the pool. I also received a call from the manager apologizing for the situation. I appreciated that and I did make it clear to him that I didn't want to name the woman who had said the slides wouldn't be turned on and I didn't want her to get into any trouble or anything like that. However, later, the woman in question cornered my daughter and asked her to take her to our room so she could talk to me. She told me that she had never said the slides wouldn't be turned on and claimed she told me I needed to go to reception and ask for them to be turned on. I understand she was defending herself, but I found it completely inappropriate and unprofessional for her to have come up to our room to basically badger me and tell me I was lying about what she said. (I was going to report this to the manager when we left but was unable to find him). I really did not appreciate this interruption and stress when I was under a deadline for work. I think that the animation team, especially Tarik, is good at their jobs outside of that situation with the one woman. The rest of our stay passed without incident but I did want to mention that the water slides are apparently only turned on during a schedule. Also it's strange to me that you literally have to book two rooms if you are a family of four. This is the only hotel I've ever been at that didn't have four person family rooms. We wouldn't stay here again...there are other places in Agadir with cheaper prices, better atmospheres, and better activities even when there aren't a lot of people.

This is my first travel to Agadir Morocco by myself. I stayed in Kenzi Europa hotel. I was very welcome my all staffs. My first contact was with tour guide Fuad he is an amazing person who arranged everything for me before my travelled to Agadir especial thanks to Fuad for all his support. Manager Mustapha in Kenzi very kind and humble and looking after me very well. Hakima so nice every time asked me is everything ok also all hotel stuffs are too friendly and helpful. I'm not very good eater but the food I enjoyed and tried everything. So much choices for food, I enjoyed breakfast and love fresh making parata I will miss them so much. Fuad's arranged all the activities and his drivers and all his teams was very helpful. The people in hotels never let me to feel alone and every nights was so much activities and entertainment by music professionals. I love to come back again In Sha Allah Goodbye Kenzi and Agadir see you soon 😊

Lovely hotel. Rooms are a bit dated. The lock of our balcony door was broken, so it couldn't be locked, but we only stayed for 1 night. Highlight are the waterslides which our kids loved. We didn't eat in the hotel, so can't comment, as we had dinner in one of plenty restaurants at the beach promenade across the road.

I have been to Kenzi a few times before and could never fault it, the bar staff ( Syed & Hossain )are amazing and went as far as providing a cake for my birthday, they made it very special for me. This trip was slightly different, I went with my 3 sons and we had 2 twin rooms, both overlooking a generator 😟, I was requested to pay hotel taxes upon arrival which I have never done in the past, always on check out but I paid £62 for all 4 of us, then upon check out was told I hadn’t paid for 2 people by a quite rude reception manager, it wasn’t until my sons intervened that he changed his attitude, I requested for the gentleman I paid to be summoned but he was not available. The road works were a bit of an issue but until this visit I loved Kenzi and would recommend to everyone I know going to Agadir, not quite sure I will return anytime soon but as I said you cannot fault the bar, restaurant and animation teams they are very friendly and happy to help you out with anything you may need, also the hotel Manager Mustafa is very welcoming.

Second time at this lovely family hotel. We booked 2 rooms which where interconnected so was perfect with my 2 lads. Rooms are spacious and the view from the balcony was incredible The beds are big and very comfortable Breakfast is served between 6am and 10am and there is a variety of options Conveniently located near the beach and very close to fast food and restaurants nearby. Taxis available just outside the hotel if you want to go further out. Look forward to my next stay here in Agadir

Stayed here for 12 nights on holiday, loved it! The cleanliness of the place, the not so busy like other hotels, the work ethic and helpfulness of the staff, the location is central to everything in Agadir, the activities for adults and children throughout the day and night, and the list goes on. But I want to say a big thank you to the main manager of the hotel, Mustafa! He was always around and ready to accommodate to ensure you have a great stay. Not like other managers who you'll never see. So happy I chose this hotel for my trip, Thank you Kenzi Europa.

Poor customer service. Reception staff don’t know what their doing, need to be trained in customer service. Only had 1 iron in the hotel, which never turned up after 8 request. Laundry service was shambolic! Only good thing was the room service staff are very friendly! Never booking again!

Fabulous for kids and families. Lovely and friendly staff.. and very very helpful. Kids entertainment were truly five star and hats off to the team who put so much energy at 8.30pm in the evening to entertain our kids and give us a rest. I Highly recommend this hotel to families with kids... it is a safe and friendly environment. Locality to the marina and local shops was amazing... we could go for a walk lafe and night and feel safe. I Highly recommend thikenzi Europe. Will come again inshallah.
