The
hotel
is
beautiful.
The
water
slides
and
dance
parties
for
the
kids
were
great.
Most
of
the
staff
were
friendly
and
kind
to
the
children.
We
enjoyed
the
breakfast
and
the
location
can't
be
beat
as
far
as
proximity
to
the
beach.
The
grounds
are
also
extremely
beautiful
with
a
garden,
tennis
court,
basketball
court,
and
playground
for
kids.
After
experiencing
an
issue
at
the
hotel
(see
below),
the
manager
did
attempt
to
make
it
up
to
us
(sent
us
2
baskets
of
fruit
and
some
water
bottles)
which
was
kind
and
I
did
appreciate
that.
When
we
first
arrived
at
the
hotel
and
went
to
the
pool
area,
we
were
told
the
water
slides
would
be
turned
on
at
3
PM
and
the
kids
club
would
be
open.
We
had
an
online
class
at
3
so
we
came
down
about
3:30
and
were
told
by
the
woman
on
the
animation
team
that
the
slides
weren't
turned
on
because
there
wasn't
anyone
at
the
hotel.
I
also
asked
her
about
the
kid's
club
and
she
said
since
no
one
was
here
at
3,
she
shut
it
down.
So
at
that
point,
I
was
pretty
disappointed
because
I
really
only
booked
for
the
water
slides
and
for
the
kids
to
have
a
good
time.
I
did
contact
Booking
to
see
if
I
could
cancel,
because
if
I
would
have
known
that
the
activities
were
going
to
be
cancelled
because
of
lack
of
guests,
I
would
not
have
booked
this
hotel.
So
Booking
contacted
the
hotel
and
then
I
received
a
phone
call
from
the
front
desk
saying
oh
no,
the
slides
are
on
now
and
that
woman
shouldn't
have
told
you
that,
they
just
weren't
turned
on
because
at
that
time,
no
one
was
at
the
pool.
I
also
received
a
call
from
the
manager
apologizing
for
the
situation.
I
appreciated
that
and
I
did
make
it
clear
to
him
that
I
didn't
want
to
name
the
woman
who
had
said
the
slides
wouldn't
be
turned
on
and
I
didn't
want
her
to
get
into
any
trouble
or
anything
like
that.
However,
later,
the
woman
in
question
cornered
my
daughter
and
asked
her
to
take
her
to
our
room
so
she
could
talk
to
me.
She
told
me
that
she
had
never
said
the
slides
wouldn't
be
turned
on
and
claimed
she
told
me
I
needed
to
go
to
reception
and
ask
for
them
to
be
turned
on.
I
understand
she
was
defending
herself,
but
I
found
it
completely
inappropriate
and
unprofessional
for
her
to
have
come
up
to
our
room
to
basically
badger
me
and
tell
me
I
was
lying
about
what
she
said.
(I
was
going
to
report
this
to
the
manager
when
we
left
but
was
unable
to
find
him).
I
really
did
not
appreciate
this
interruption
and
stress
when
I
was
under
a
deadline
for
work.
I
think
that
the
animation
team,
especially
Tarik,
is
good
at
their
jobs
outside
of
that
situation
with
the
one
woman.
The
rest
of
our
stay
passed
without
incident
but
I
did
want
to
mention
that
the
water
slides
are
apparently
only
turned
on
during
a
schedule.
Also
it's
strange
to
me
that
you
literally
have
to
book
two
rooms
if
you
are
a
family
of
four.
This
is
the
only
hotel
I've
ever
been
at
that
didn't
have
four
person
family
rooms.
We
wouldn't
stay
here
again...there
are
other
places
in
Agadir
with
cheaper
prices,
better
atmospheres,
and
better
activities
even
when
there
aren't
a
lot
of
people.
