Would class this as a three star hotel at best. Terrible breakfast. Better alternatives booked another hotel half way through my stay. Staff are rude.

Not as good as on our previous visit - a few too many cutbacks I feel. Staff are great though, especially Youpii and the rest of the ents team who are keen to involve people and always pleasant and thoughtful.

Oke hotel but don’t trust the lady’s in the Tabaco bar. One time the sigaretes cost 40 dirham other time they said 50 dirham. They trynna scam u as always. Rooms were not the cleanest but overal had a fun time.

We spent a few days in this hotel and we had a great time. Very good food, you can easily find something that will suit your taste. Beautiful sea view from the rooms, unforgettable sunsets everyday. The rooms are clean and tidy. Aside from that, the personnel and the animation team also deserves some praise. Very nice, welcoming and helpful. Thanks to Ismail and Sabah we were never bored. Thanks for playing table tennis a lot with us! I definitely recommend this place. We made many nice memories!

Nice hotel, lovely staff. The staff do not know what is English tea and can keep getting it wrong. For other hot drinks. Need more entertainment as not busy with guests so not much entertainment at the moment. I would highly recommend the spa in the hotel. The staff are very professional. Recommend the hamam and massage package which is 490 dh.

Second time of booking Atlas. Nice hotel, clean, good wifi and easy access to casino. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast needs to improve to have more variety. Close to the beach so its a beautiful walk in the morning towards the marina etc. Beds are ok, mattresses could do with replacing. Good showers, and toilets are a bit tight. Reception staff need to be more welcoming and have money to exchange if they are offering that service. Good security.

Good location, decent rooms.... staff are overworked to breaking point so don’t expect smiles and good service, unless you European and tip lots.... food is good, although you’d expect more tagines! Outdoor pools are colder than the sea so be careful in the cooler months Reception staff can be very unhelpful or efficient, depends who you get. The noise from nearby discos only dies down at 1am or so.... hence the low stars

The hotel was disgustingly unclean, the Atlantic bar staff was very unprofessional and snobby and did not want to help out in any way! We lost out quite a bit of money on the pool tables and no one wanted to take ownership and help out apart from the golden lounge staff such as oshmane who was very friendly😊.

Booked a weekend here for the family and we had a wonderful time. Every member of staff we met were so friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed and cared for. We really enjoyed the pool and water slides, and the animation team were fab. The buffets at breakfast and dinner were fabulous - great choice and super service!

The hotel is in a great location, It is also very clean with great customer service including very friendly and helpful staff. There are also activities for all ages, from kids to adults , including the spa and a swimming pool with easy access to the beach. The food is delicious. Hotel is nice and the location right next to sea is great, also pool area with slides and everything is fine. Just one thing that annoyed us greatly: The totally underorganized breakfast setup. The mugs were always nonexistent, sometimes also the plates and glasses. Knives and forks had to be taken one by one to the table by the staff, and it appears that they were cleaned at the counters, not in the kitchen. PLEASE work this out, as it would be so simple, and you apparently have enought staff that while their work is so inefficient they still survive to manage this somehow. First of all, a) buy more mugs and b) put utensils (knives, forks, spoons) to bins from where people and pick them themselves. Then, also fix those coffee machines, there seemed to be about 65% change that the machine works and if it works there was 65% chance that you got what you pressed the button for... Anyway, we had fun as the place is clean and staff friendly, so thank you!

Very good hotel directly on the sea. Reception staff are helpful especially Fatima Alzahraa. Best is the view of the sea and sound of atlantic waves. The big TV screen in the lobby is old snd needs to be replaced. Lobby service staff need to improve their attitude and service especially for guests that want to watch football games
