We bought a pant that was under a huge sign with a price.. we paid for everything and after passing the credit card we realice that the charge of the pant was the double of the price.. we ask for the difference o cancel the charge but they refuse... they offer us to change for a another thing but not giving our money back because the payment was with credit card and not cash. Absolute disappointing experience.

Horrible experience here , tried to try on a clothing item and the lady at the try on section laughed at me and took it off of me not letting me try it on. Man at the till then had absolutely horrible customer service not even a hello. possibly his girlfriend who wasn’t even a zara employee was just stood there at the counter staring into our souls. highly intimidating. Not a nice store. Thought because it was a universal global store they would be more considerate in their actions.
