It was definitely a great experience, however I have to admit that I’ve expected a little bit more. The massage was supposed to be 1hr and it was only 35 min which was a bit disappointing. Remember to bring a looot of cash because they are asking for a tip after every single procedure which was kinda disturbing and annoying. Overall, it was worth going but we expected we’ve already paid for all the procedures in the beginning.

I remember coming here 6 years ago and getting a stellar service, it still remains the best in agadir. The staff are super kind and helpful, they speak english and the massage and hammam service is superb. Its really relaxing with a great ambience. One thing to note is that now all the masseuse are females and in order to get a male masseuse it is 100DH extra. This place is highly recommended and a trip to agadir would be wasted if you dont visit Argan Palace!

Unfortunately I agree with some of the bad reviews, the Hammam scrub lasts 4mins tops, quick scrub and a lot of the time you are laying there wandering what’s going on and where the ladies have gone. Wouldn’t be too bad if they weren’t stood outside talking/singing. It’s like a production line, quick rinse one lady did both me and my husband and it was like she was on a timer. (Not relaxing at all) after we were done we were given robes and waiting for the massage they placed a jar on the table for tips which is very awkward especially when they haven’t done much in there in the first place. Again after Hammam waiting again to go in to do the massage. We eventually got seen too we sat in a shabby room the window was open and You can hear all the street noise from outside the ladies for the massage were ok. The massage lasts about 45mins. The ladies left us to change all I could here from them outside was tips madam tips 😂 (like we haven’t already paid for the service) it was our last day there my husband pulled out some change to give them some as the massage wasn’t too bad and the look of disgust from the worker 😖😖 it was awkward she handed the money back and started saying something to her friend in another language. Be aware if the tip isn’t big enough they won’t take it lol. I don’t think it’s worth the hype at all. We had a Hammam in turkey it was a lot more proffesional compared to this place. When we came out we saw some people from the UK they asked how much we had paid for the service and the lady at the reception started getting really annoyed at this 😂 and said as we booked through someone we got a good price. This doesn’t give them a good impression as it’s thought they charge different people different prices. Overall if I could I wouldn’t even have given it a 1 start

We called these guys via Skype on our mobiles. Arranged collection and arrived at the venue. We were ushered into the Hammam area. They told us to undress in front of each other which we didn’t mind as we are a couple. (I can see how this would be awkward for groups of friends) Next they put us in the ‘steam room’ it was actually a heated room. They washed us down and applied the soap and then treatment. This room is very hot and we were left for long periods of time while we could hear the girls laughing outside and gossiping. Not very professional and the staff did not seem to even care. The attendants seemed unhappy. They did a quick wash job on us and then got us out of the room. They then asked us for tips. I’m not sure exactly why you pay for the service and then the staff ask for tips. Very unprofessional. Was she worth giving a tip to... no! Next we had the massage this was amazing 10/10. Again though we were asked for tips. Which is just unprofessional. Naturally if she didn't ask I would have given her tips. The worst thing is we gave more tips to the massage lady and she ran downstairs and told the hammam lady who then gave us evil looks as we walked out. How unprofessional can you get! My advice. Just go to your hotel one. This place is not very nice inside. And if you have to tip each attendant 50 each you might as well pay hotel prices.

Fantastic experience! The massage was the best I've ever had. Definitely going back for another before the end of the trip!

Good place and good service. The only downside they are short staff on the hammam as we have to wait for 2 staff to service 5 women before they came to us 3 men...not an issue but after they apply the mask...its start to burn ur eyes cox of long time waiting.... Other than that....the massage were really good.

Our experience at this place was great. We had booked hammam and massage which cost 25 euros on the guy that does his hassle in the hotel..Issam great dude. Make sure to bring cash for tips for every person. Felt definitely clean and relaxed afterwards.

Disappointing. We booked two 60 minute sessions and paid for them in advance. After 30 minutes the massage was stopped. So the price was too expensive. There was a lot of talking at the reception but without a good result for the customer. Overall not a good experience. You feel cheated.

Absolutely rubbish. Waste of money. Waste of time. I have been to different hammam in the past. This is the worst experience of hammam and massage. The massage was in a small room and the girls constantly talking and people just casually coming in and out. The massage was just cover you in oil and that's it u done. The hammam what an absolute joke disorganised didn't where to take us and didn't know what to do first. They put soap on and leave you there for 20mins whilst they go off and have a chit chat. Not worthy of a one star. AVOID AT ALL COST.

It's a nice place, but masseuse seems to have limited experience.

Great experience. The hammam is a very thorough scrub and mud mask, where a lady washes you with black soap and scrubs the dead skin off of you. The process is a little bit painful and ladies, they wash your breasts as well so don’t be shy! The massage was great too! Very relaxing and professional. I liked how they used Argan oil for an authentic Moroccan experience. They serve green tea in between the hammam and the massage too, which is a nice touch. We also received a free pickup and drop off to/from the hotel and a discounted price than on their website so call in advance! 4 stars as you have to strip naked in front of the person you are with, which was fine as we were a couple but some friends may be embarrassed. The ladies were also whispering during the massage but all in all a great experience and I feel very clean, refreshed and relaxed.

We visited this lovely place and we received the best massage of the our lives and definitely the best place to be for relaxation, great prices great massage thanks to the girls for looking after us and will come back soon xxx

Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the bad reviews. The hammam was not what I expected, like a production line, you're treated like an object. Black soap? I didn't notice it being used. At the end you are given a basket with some money already in it to 'encourage' you to tip. Massage - I would say it's more of a relaxing massage. Don't expect anything more and I'm pretty sure it wasn't argan oil that was used on us. We bought a couple of bottles with different scents and none of them even came close to this smell. In my opinion it was baby oil. Torn, wet bathrobes, we were also laid on wet towels for a massage. Won't be coming back. You shouldn't come in at all, learn from someone else's mistake.

it was very hard inside, no silence and relax at all… Hamam was not worth it. One lady for us tree people. Massage was good. Not to recommend again. Told us 2 hours but it wasn’t

I ve been there couple of times, one of my favorite places to visit and the staff are very professional and welcoming. No one was pressuring me to buy which was very cool and the few items I got there are pure and fantastic products, definitely coming again 👌🏻

Never in my life I had an experience like in Argan Palace. Fantastic place to take care of body and soul, fantastic and experienced staff. If you’re in Agadir it is really worth visiting if you are looking for an amazing hammam and massage session. Highly recommend!

Great place with professional work

Having done some research on hammans in Agadir, I booked myself in for a 90 minute massage in Argan Palace yesterday and it was a real treat... so much so that I've booked again today and am bringing my daughter with me. They collect you from your apartment, drop you to the Spa and then drop you back once you're feeling nice and relaxed. Well worth a visit.

Brilliant place for reflexology and massage wife and I loved it. Price was excellent

Absolute waste of time, not sure how this is classed as a massage as I didn’t get any sort of massage. she spends an hour and a half rubbing your feet! then everywhere else about 10 seconds, they whisper and talk to each other the entire time so it’s not very relaxing either and then your sat around waiting for a cab afterwards feeling awkward and covered in oil from head to toe, hardly any of them spoke English so it was a massive 0 stars from me.

ATTENTION ATTENTION this place is a fake do not go that this is a trap and when you phone them if you do they offer to pick you up with no charge because they dont want you go to the address showing on Google because there is no Hammam ther what they do the pick you up and take you to different place very dirty and very old vampire looking women what you do do not go there i give you free advice just for your own good .

Very poor. Booked for hammam and argan oil massage. They were just going to do massage, but told her what I had booked. But she kept saying no massage first ...No! Hammam first then massage. So she said hammam busy....not my problem. She said have massage and then hammam ...the massage was very good and the lady that did it knew what she was doing with all massage techniques. However the hammam was absolute rubbish and could have done a better job myself in the shower at home! There was no privacy to change....the staff were disinterested and too busy chatting amongst themselves. I complained to the hotel rep and he sent us the next day to a different place free of charge that gave excellent hammam. The massage room was nicer and more tranquil. Avoid argan palace!

I have been with my wife today. All the girls are so nice and hardworking. A friendly and realy nice place. I could have fallen in love with the girl who gave me my first ever massage at 55. So relaxing and friendly. Alan dunes dor hotel.

Very nice and friendly genuine massage and Hamam. Abdul, Sam And Khalid were wonderful and caring. Their place is clean and relaxing. They have a wonderful courtyard to sit and sip sone Moroccan tea after. Will be recommending them to all my family, friends and community!

Shocking service. Sent us for a massage first, who does that. It was a literal tap/wipe down. Made the masseuse aware of this too. Took us for the hammam which again was awful. Gave us towels to cover instead of bathrobes. Consisted of oil and they left us for 30 mins, came back and put shampoo on my head and then left me for 30mins again. Eventually showered myself, left and didn't even bother with them getting me a ride back to my hotel

The rating reflects the hygiene and cleanliness (space, materials (flip-flops,towels)) of the space, and the atmosphere (noisy, staff were discussing during session).

More authentic Hamam experience than the Hotel Spa's. 700DH for a couples Hamam & massage. :-D

Staff at Argan palace are welcoming. The Hamman and massage was exceptional. If you are looking for a traditional experience this is definitely somewhere to go.
