Returning home today after a lovely holiday here at the white beach resort. We wanted a relaxing holiday in the sun and that’s exactly what we got, although there is a little sea mist this morning. We tipped in euros , I know it’s all inclusive but just like home tips are a welcome bonus to their income.. It’s spotlessly clean, there is plenty of choice with the food. I enjoyed the wine, but I’m not a massive drinker. If you are a big drinker then perhaps this is not the country to come to on holiday. Show respect and it’s returned in abundance. I really can’t comment on the negative reviews as this was not our experience. If you want 5 stars plus on a level with worldwide staring then you need to pay at least double. Don’t be put off by the negative comments, we’ve had a truly marvelous time, and not had any problems. Morocco and the people are wonderful and everyone at the white beach just wants to make your holiday pleasant.

excellent resort it was family vacation (4 families ) The location is perfect. Nearby Agadir city and located on the beach. There are many pools in the resort. The design of the hotel is amazing. It is huge hotel and you don't feel the people around you. The service was excellent, the staff slogan is "the guest is the king" you just need to tell what is your desired. The rooms are clean and big. There are many activities that you can find in the hotel: mini golf, tennis, SPA, beach. There are 3 restaurant and snacks near the pool. (all inclusive) I am planning to come back.

Just got back from here. If I knew it was this good I'd have paid double. Worth every single penny and some. Travelled from Manchester UK. We had the most amazing time! The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The food could not have been better, so much choice and different things each day. Nice cocktails served all day and night. The staff and every Moroccan person we met was lovely, so polite and friendly. The rooms were spotless. The hotel is beautiful and very big. It's on the beach but there is nothing around it besides other hotels, so definitely an all inclusive type of holiday. We met so many people, mostly from the UK, all different ages, some groups of friends and some couples. We used the hotel spa which was lovely. Honestly can't fault it. I'd love to go back in summer.

Just came back from a holiday from this resort a few days ago, everything is perfect! The food, the rooms, and the pools are amazing! The staff are brilliant, they go above and beyond to make your holiday a wonderful time! A special thank you for Sully, Tahar and the girls in the entertainment staff. They made our time there special and welcoming. We did not want to leave, can't wait to go back 😂

I am here at the white beach resort typing this review from the reception Balcony 22nd June 2022. I am blown away by this resort and the value for money. Its stunning in every sense. The service has been superb from the minute we stepped foot in the resort. The room is spacious (double deluxe room) and the bed is super comfy. It has Air Con or a ceiling fan which is great if you dont like air con. Black out curtains to help keep the room cool. I cant fault this resort for the money we have paid. The food is excellent. The swimming pools are wonderful. The people working here are amazing. Outstanding in every sense. Do not hesitate - get it booked.

Pros: Thanks the front disk, they upgraded our room from garden view to pool view, and we really enjoyed the view, especially that you can see the ocean. The food was good, with multiple choices, and stuff were friendly except at the bar, the bar attendant was rude! Cons: the room wasn’t clean, bed sheets were dirty, I am sure they didn’t change them after the previous guests. There was huge yellow stain on our bed sheet, which made us uncomfortable! And the quality of the pillows and bed sheets is bad.

Hotel was lovely and clean. Food was good. Bar options were limited and each time we went for a cocktail the ingredients were different. Night time entertainment was poor hotel needs to think about getting local entertainment or stall holders in for a night during the week.

A lovely holiday location. The hotel is massive and the rooms spacious and well presented. The buffet restaurant is OK, there was something I liked on all days, I'm quite easy to please and eat most things. The service at the bars is hit and miss along with the drinks you get and the receptacles they are served in. The beach just out the front is spectacular and the sunset each night was worth the price alone. Loads of sun loungers and pools for a dip in. All in a nice hotel and worth a visit if you fancy Agadir.

Great hotel, good price for what you get. Lovely location and the people are friendly. Gets a lot of sun and the food is lovely. The hotel is nice and modern and the entertainment is alright. The only problem is the staff, they don't know how to make a cocktail. Also when dining its hard to find a table and they are slow at giving you cutlery. Has a few things it could definitely improve on. Also they collect your towels in the morning and don't get them returned until evening. I would call this a 4 star. Would recommend I suppose.

It was a great stay, lovely, clean and nice staff. However options are very few when it comes to food and entertainment. As someone who is a pescatarian and husband vegetarian it was very hard to find foods we eat without it being repetitive. So was hungry most of the time. Great place but they need to update there menu and add seafood and vegetarian dishes

Recently stays at the White beach Resort and had the best holiday and time here! This hotel is stunning with amazing beach views and the food is amazing! The hotel is so clean and the staff are amazing. I had the best experience at this hotel and the staff here made my experience so much better! The restaurant staff were so attentive and professional and friendly! As well as the bar staff who catered to our every need and always ensured we had a drink in hand! They were so friendly and helpful and gave us good advice about Morocco. Special thanks to the barmen for making our holiday amazing! Also a massive thanks to the animation team for making our holiday so memorable and making us feel so welcome and included in all there activities! They have a range of different day time activities such as mini golf, darts, zumba, aqua aerobics, volleyball etc and at night time they have different shows/ performances and quiz nights on. The animation team always chatted to us made us feel so welcome and educated us about morocco and places to visit! I will miss the animation team and can’t thank them enough for making our stay amazing! Will definitely return to this hotel and can’t recommend it enough!

A fabulous Hotel kept scrupulously clean. Food was great and Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Only slight downside was a smell from aircon units in the rooms, oh and swim up room pools are 40cm deep so more like paddle up. Pools lovely and sea wonderfully refreshing. All told I would go again!

Amazing hotel, staff can't do enough for you, good choice of foods available to eat most of the day, clean and beautiful picturesque complex, live football in the bar via Bein sports. On the flip side internal shower rooms need better extractor fans as turns into steam room once showering and makes room/bed damp if you leave the door open, evening entertainment is not the best plenty of sports to participate in during the day if you know where and when to go and they are actually on!, smoking is permitted in the bar which could be on the other flip side If you are an inconsiderate smoker!, flies was a massive problem to me couldn't relax and sunbathe with flies constantly crawling all over me.

We stayed there for 7 nights in June, and it was one of the best experiences we had, starting with numerous pools, and close proximity to the beach. The rooms were cleaned everyday and are quite big so you don't feel claustrophobic. The Animation Team were especially incredible, loved all their activities. They kept us very entertained I would love to go back just for them. The restaurants were adequate (not many vegan or vegetarian options on the buffet menu) but the staff was amazing and would make us a vegetarian pasta/pizza at dinner times. I found the reception and bar staff least friendly of all the staff there. The spa was the worst experience of all with the prices they charged (nearly twice of what we paid outside the resort), they seemed not up to that standard. We had a couples massage and the 2 girls constantly kept chatting to each other and I didn't feel relaxed after my experience at all. Reasons to go back - Views of the beach and ocean, pools, Animation team, Restaurant staff, hotel rooms. Things to avoid - Interaction with reception or bar staff and the resort spa. Tip - Avoid doing the day trip to Marrakesh if it is group tour. The tour guide told us it would take 4 hours to go there and 4 hours to get back but he didn't mention that the bus would take on people from several hotels within Agadir and it took us nearly 5 and half hours to reach Marrakesh and almost the same time coming back. We only got 1.5 hours there to explore it ourselves.

We loved our stay at the White Beach resort. The food options and quality were first class, the resort and was clean well maintained and the rooms spacious. The staff were amazing, in particular Massi the waiter who took great care to look after us at meal times and the fantastic animation team!

Hotel fantastic rooms and food really good. Loads of sunbeds no need for any worry over getting towels out. Used spa for couples Hammam and is best spa treatment ever so good. Nice relaxing bar for a quiet evening drink really good if you don't mind staying on site as area not best for going out and about.

We stayed for 9 nights from 17/6/23. Beautiful place and staff are really great. Food was to a really high standard, no upset stomachs. Only a slight moan - after 5 nights, you have probably seen the whole menu. From freshly make pizzas, pasta, fish, chicken, steak to tagines. The drinks are not very strong, so no drunken people falling everywhere. The entertainment team is fantastic and so welcoming. I would advise that you do not see towards the snack bar by the beach if you don't want to listen to music. We had a bedroom with a pool on our patio, and this was shared with next door. I would not do this again as it is not very private. It was only 40cm deep, but it had no step or rail to help you in or out. The guests were mainly English and French during our stay, the staff 6 fluent in both languages, plus another 4. As for the location, it is miles from anywhere. Any day trips had to be booked via the hotel, as you can imagine their prices are inflated. We made friends with a local taxi driver, and he took us everywhere. we wanted to go for 1/4 of price.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location on the beach. Staff were fantastic and the facilities amazing. The atmosphere is very relaxed and food tasty and varied, good value for what you pay. They could improve on labelling of veggie/allergens but there were plenty of options that were self explanatory. There is an ATM and excursions to book from hotel reception. Overall we had an amazing holiday and I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

So we visited in March and it was AMAZING!! I highly recommend this hotel, it’s clean, fresh and beautiful especially at night. All the staff were amazingly helpful, polite, smartly dressed. They clean your room everyday. The bar staff made us cocktails ( how we wanted them) and by the fourth one I needed a nap lol. The food was lovely. Yes the first 2 days it was repetitive but by day 3 there was a big change. Restaurant staff clean the tables quickly so you can sit down and eat. Now the negatives I have is: more options at breakfast as I don’t eat eggs and everything was EGGS. Secondly they need to sort out the ventilation in the bathroom as there is no window and the floor gets super wet as the shower is EXCEPTIONALLY WONDERFUL and comes out at 3 different angles (I wanna go back just for the shower) it leaves the bathroom smelling quite pongy. But honestly people this is one of the nicest, poshest hotels I have stayed in and I never stay in anything less than 4 stars. CAN’T WAIT TOO GO BACK!! Also the man that works in Reception name starts with a H extremely helpful and very polite.

We went to the White Beach hotel last month. It was one of the best holidays we had. The hotel is very beautiful, breath-taking views and very clean and spacious rooms. The staff were super friendly, I wish I could remember all the names. The staff at the pool bar served us amazing drinks, they were very friendly and responsive (thank you Yacine and Younis). The hotel is suitable for a relaxing holiday, but with some sort of entertaining atmosphere, so you don't get bored. They do day and night activities! A spirited team of young dancers and athletics was taking care of this, they did Zumba, Aqua aerobics, water polo and other activities along with fun and amusing night shows and games (thank you Hisham, Mariam, Sleiman … and everyone else for making our time in Morocco memorable)! At dinner, there was a big selection of different Moroccan and cosmopolitan food (meat, chicken, veg, fish, salads...) and this was changing everyday. Saeed, the manager of the outdoor dining space, made our dining experience even nicer - he took care of us every night, served us with the best wine (make sure you try the grey wine)! Always smiling and welcoming, thank you so much, Saeed! I also recommend that you try their Spa! On our last day, we booked a "couple spa treat"! One of the best! We had Hammam and a massage - the ladies were very good and professional. Salma, the Spa manager took her time to explain everything in detail, she went through all the options and took us on a tour in the Spa. Thanks to her we booked the spa package, as it was a wonderful end to our trip.

Amazing time & amazing staff throughout hotel - waiters very attentive and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Couldn’t not find fault in anything during our stay. Fresh food with plenty of variety at each meal, including snack times. All of the Animation team we’re extremely friendly and fun, working tireless all day and night. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel, clean inside and out with super helpful staff to make the stay even more enjoyable. The food was tasty every single day of the stay and being all inclusive I really enjoyed trying all the different cuisines. The entertainment team here were all amazing and made each day enjoyable. Nadir and Yaseen were very friendly and we enjoyed their company each day. The entertainment in the evening was great. The rooms was nice and clean!

Absolutely! Here's a concise review for the animation team at Hotel White Beach Taghazout: "The animation team at Hotel White Beach Taghazout was outstanding! Their energy and creativity brought a lively atmosphere to our stay. From engaging activities to vibrant performances, they ensured everyone had a fantastic time. Their genuine enthusiasm was infectious and created a memorable experience. Kudos to the team for their dedication and professionalism. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I recently had the pleasure of staying at what I would consider one of the best hotels, especially when it comes to the pools – an aspect that truly stood out. The sheer variety of pools provided a source of endless fun and relaxation. What made it even better was the fact that the hotel caters exclusively to adults, creating a tranquil and enjoyable atmosphere. The all inclusive drinks and snack bars in the pool area was fantastic. However, when it came to dining, my experience was mixed. The main restaurant primarily offered dishes tailored to the Western palate, which, while acceptable, left me yearning for a more authentic Moroccan culinary experience. Fortunately, the hotel boasted additional restaurants that served more genuine Moroccan cuisine, and these dining options proved to be a welcome relief. The hotel staff were a standout feature; their proficiency in English made communication seamless. One minor hiccup in our stay was with the spa. Unfortunately, we weren't aware that reservations were necessary, and assuming it would be easy to walk in due to the hotel's lower occupancy during our stay, we missed out on this relaxing experience. It would have been helpful if this information had been communicated to us in advance. In terms of location, the hotel is just outside Agadir, meaning that a short trip is necessary to explore the city. However, if your idea of a perfect holiday involves doing nothing but relaxing, swimming, and indulging in good food, then this hotel is certainly worth considering for a future visit. The overall experience, with its adult-only ambiance, diverse pool options, and the potential for a genuine Moroccan dining experience, makes it a destination I would eagerly return to for a stress-free holiday.

everything about the stay was brilliant and if the issue with the bar can be resolved, this would make the hotel exceptional. all staff were wonderful, the grounds and pool area lovely. suggestion that during winter months one of the pools is heated so you can take advantage of a swim. Used the spa twice and great treatments received

The hotel was near perfect and the staff were incredible. The room was a good size and, along with the hotel in general, was spotlessly clean and the pools were a marvel (just a shame that none were heated (not even the indoor one)). The food was good. Taghazout is not worth the 10km round trip in my opinion; the village directly opposite the hotel is better unless you're a keen surfer. Small suggestions for improvements (though these are minor): - heat the internal pool in winter - add a gift shop - reduce the cost of late checkouts

I booked the swim up Room that has a private pool, and I paid almost double price than the standard room just to have that private pool since my wife is a muslim covered and she doesn't want to swim in public, and when I got there I was shocked that I have to share it with the other room beside me, so how my wife takes off all of her clothes and starts swimming and then other guy comes in to swim in the same pool, what kind of privacy is this, plus it's not even a pool it's only deeper 40cm just where to put your feet on. I think private pool has only one meaning. so either way remove "private pool" from the options or build a real private pool, because it looks like a fraud, like if you just steal people's money and that's shame for a 5* hotel.

  • 5/5 Christian A. 2 years ago on Google
Great staff and facilities at this beautiful hotel on taghazout bay. The concierge Rafiq made our trip by organising fantastic activities including a surf lesson and horse riding on the beach. Rooms are clean, the food is pleasant and service excellent. Room for improvement would be the use of small plastic bottles for drinking water, as we got through 3 or 4 a day each over 5 days. Would recommend providing guests with one nice branded bottle which they can refill from a filtered water station in the dining room, and therefore create less plastic waste.

est all inclusive stay for a new resort! So clean, lovely rooms and the most amazing staff! Always friendly with a big smile. Lovely place to go away from the main city if you just want a peaceful and quiet holiday. They have 6 pools and 1 indoor heated pool. Its very quiet so we had an entire pool to ourselves for the majority of the day. The food was delicious, good quality and great variety. In addition to 3 meals a day, they had snack time from 2:30-5:30pm serving burgers, pastas etc. and then afternoon tea from 5:30-6:30pm serving cakes, pastries, crepes. Beach bar open for majority of the day. They could could with having some entertainment, however i understand they are just starting out so it may take some time to get there. The beach is also at the foot of the resort, which is huge, had amazingly soft sand & is super quiet in the mornings if you want to have a swim. All in all, amazing holiday and i can’t wait to return!!

Thank you for the warmth and hospitality.

Firstly, a recommendation to everyone regarding in house excursions- AVOID. We split our tours between the company located in the hotel & Agadir Activities, who were absolute worlds apart. The company located in the hotel are only interested in your money. Excursion booked & money grabbed out of my hand from the id*ot in house, multiple phone calls & messages ignored at time of excursion. Thankfully the hotel staff sorted us right out after an hour, but avoid this greed and book with Agadir Activities who were outstanding to deal with. To the hotel- unfortunately not a 5*, but still nice. Rooms are clean & spacious, bar staff friendly & the porters are lovely. Waiting staff tend to show preference to French speakers, but I believed this to be down to confidence in language ability. The swim up rooms are nice but the pool is actually just 0.4m deep, so unfortunately no swimming here- still nice! Food is nice but as other reviews state, it does get repetitive. In terms of location, it is pretty far from any amenities. The service station by the hotel do not display pricing & pretty much fabricate pricing when you get to the till if you’re an English speaker so be careful. Plenty of sun beds & swimming pools, ques at bar are kept to a minimum which is great. Very peaceful if you’re looking for that.

Lovely hotel right on the beach, feels like the whole area is on the cusp of black tourist boom, building going on everywhere. The staff in this hotel are brilliant, they genuinely cannot do enough for you. The entertainment at night is not so good but the day entertainment is good with plenty to do.

I have just returned from a vacation spent at the White Beach Pinkalbatros hotel Agadir Taghazout Morocco. I had a 7-night all-inclusive stay from London round trip. What I liked the most is the position of this hotel located on the beach in Taghazout, an ideal place and preferred by surfers from all over the world. About the hotel I can tell you that it is very well maintained, maximum cleanliness, their strong point is the courtyard of the hotel with no less than 9 pools. Being the month of February, the water is quite cold both in the pools and in the ocean, but the location is very beautiful. The reception the hotel is also very majestic. The food and drink is 4 stars, but satisfactory. The price paid 1050 pounds per person for 7 nights, flight and transfer + insurance included, frankly a bit peppery. All in all, the price-quality ratio is somewhere at grade 8. I would return in the same location if I get a better price.

Had an amazing one week girls only holiday. Hotel was really nice and the staff were lovely. Our housekeeper Sukina was exceptional. That fact that it was a kid free hotel made it extra enjoyable. Only criticism I have is that the hotel did not provide an iron when I was in need of one. The location is great if you want to just enjoy your stay at the resort and not venture out much as it’s a little far out from Agadir. Overall I cannot fault the hotel, it’s staff and the local people living nearby. Would definitely recommend this hotel..

Great place to visit for young people! We went all inclusive for a week. There is lots of young people in their twenties and you can really have a good time here - there is entertainment all day long, aqua aerobics, darts tournaments and lots of fun activities during the day and then in the evening they have different shows each night. The animation staff is really friendly and they definitely make up for the hotel staff - the reception staff is unwelcoming. Often there is like 4 people behind the reception talking to each other while they make you wait in the queue instead of just helping. Most of the staff speaks French and some speak English. The spa treatments are great and there is lots to choose from. The beach is very close and you can ride camels, horses and surf which is great! The food is a big con of this place. The food is bland, repetitive and just boring. There was very little to chose from as well. Many cocktails though the alcohol isn’t strong at all (I guess that’s the case for all all inclusive resorts). The rooms look quite good but there isn’t any minibar and the bathroom smells of damp (many other guests complained about it during our stay). You also have to pay extra for beach towels or bath robes which is very annoying as this is a 5 star hotel and it should definitely be included. Overall, there are many things to improve about the place but we really enjoyed the holiday and would recommend!

Great place next to the beach. Staff very friendly especially the animation team. Big shout out to Cindy and Tarzan for the water polo and Arabic lessons. Top tip: try and speak their language, you are in their country. If you do the service is even better. Food is good and place is spotless.
