After searching around and wasn't sure where to go for a good hammam and massage, I found Itrane spa and after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. It was a great experience 💕 the ladies were very friendly and they took care of me and my friend very well! The scrubbing was perfect and the massage was very relaxing. We felt new and great after we finished. The owner also she was very friendly and sweet and she offered us a ride to our hotel once we were done. Thank you for the great experience and we will be back for sure next time we come to Agadir.

This is my second time here. It was amazing. I had hamam and full body massage. Im left feeling totaly relaxed and really light. The owners (ask for Kareem) are so welcoming and the ladies are really friendly. It was a fab experience. I will be going back on the day i fly back!

Firstly if you’re a group larger than 3 expect to wait. We had to and there was no advance warning. But it’s worth it. The hammam and massage were very good. Totally feel fresh and relaxed. Try it. This spa is not only a clean and professional place, it is one of the best deep tissue massages I have had. The staff are courteous and attentive, there is real effort in the massage unlike others I have had that tend to put minimum effort hoping that they can make money with extras. Although they did not ask me for a tip I left a small tip to show my appreciation. I would thoughrly recommend this place if it is a good massage you are after

The absolute best hamam I have had. I find normally in touristic areas the hamams are in open areas and not an authentic hamam. However, this was exceptional! From the second I walked in the staff were SO welcoming! The scrub was amazing the ladies made a huge effort to speak to me in English. I regularly get massages in the UK but the massage was by far the best one I have ever had!

I was picked up by a professional driver who was chatty and made me feel at ease as its absolutely my first Hammam experience 😅 thank you Abdullah. Of course everything started with Abdulrahman who writes perfect english and is very customer service oriented then when I got there was greeted by smily Saliha, I was then served lovely Moroccan tea-cup that made feel more relaxed 🤩The soaping ladies were both really nice and didn't rush me. Saliha agained helped all the way as am hard of hearing and had to leave my hearing aids away in the locker. Hannan the masseuse was SO professional and kind, she did me a great massage including feet- the massage was absolutely Golden 🏆 All in all a lovely therapeutic experience. Really Looking forward to go back there again because everybody, from the lady boss and her Brilliant partner all the way to driver are hospitable, nice and friendly. Amazing experience. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable the moment you step through the door. All experience is two hours, and you are leaving relaxed and refreshed.

Very nice hamman and massage. The women working there are really nice and excellent masseuses. The poor woman had a hard time with my back but did an excellent job. Pick-up service from and to our hotel and a nice tea afterwards. Clean and relaxed, would definitely recommend!

My partner and I just returned from a hammam and berber massage at this place and I'm still rather shocked of the experience we received, certainly not quite what I expected to be a relaxing and romantic time. I visited a hammam once on a holiday to Turkey and Itrane Spa Agadir definitely does not compare. Not sure if this is just how things done here! We got picked up and brought back home which was nice. The massage itself was relaxing but the bed was somewhat uncomfortable for the head and I also found it very odd that my breast area was massaged too, by a lady at least, but still not something I have ever experienced anywhere before. For the hammam itself we were asked to strip down and wear nothing but a thong (me) and loose shorts (my partner) in the wetroom which I did not find very dignified. It certainly did not help that my partner and I don't speak much French and could not communicate our disapproval. The room itself was poorly lit (cold light) and smelt rather damp not of floral soap or essential oils as one would expect. The female therapist scrubbed one of us down at a time (while the other one was waiting) VERY FIRMLY and when it was my turn I had to ask her several times to go easier on me and I have to say I felt belittledby her. My partner didn't say anything but sustained a rash and scrub marks over some body parts. The hair washing/ head massage also was carried out in a rather harsh manner. Overall, we were happy when this part of the visit was over. With 350 Dirhams per person this hammam experience certainly was cheaper than some of the beachfront wellness hotels in Agadir but in retrospect I wish we had known that this won't feel much like a spa visit overall.

An amazing scrubsession with 2 really nice and professional ladies. Then a strong sportmassage. I had many massages around the world but this one was one of the best. Today I feel so relaxed! They do also hotel pick up! The people are really nice. So if you want a good experience and cheaper than your hotel or resort! Go there

At first I was not confident. But the scrub was intense. (It’s needed tho. It’s what you pay for) and the massage was amazing. The staff are friendly. Tried their best to speak English. Please tip this place. The ladies work hard and it is worth every penny.

Very friendly male masseause - Mohammad and thorough massage. For those who are on a Moroccan tour and looking for Male masseuse I highly recommend this place. It was a struggle for us to find any male masseause in Marrakesh so we missed Itrane Spa Agadir and regretted for not doing a second session when we were there. They reply promptly via FB messenger so do contact them. Thank you very much Itrane Spa for the wonderful experience! We will be back if we are in Agadir for sure!

Small and unassuming place but massages are top notch! They use all natural products, non greasy. You walk out of there refreshed! My therapist was Samira, I highly recommend her!

I had a fantastic hammam here, so good I had to have it twice while on holiday, the staff are amazing, polite and helpful, I feel I have lost a layer of skin in a good way and feel completely clean and my body feels relaxed. They a thorough with the wash and are very respectful in what they do and the massage felt like a weight has been taken off my shoulder, I definitely recommend and the money was worth it, if I was here longer I would do it again! Very happy customer!

The service was flawless! The body scrub exceeded expectations and the ladies were extremely friendly. The maseuses demonstrated remarkable skills and delivered an excellent 60-minute massage. The receptionist was polite and showed a warm welcome. I highly recommend this establishment and will certainly return upon my next visit to Agadir.

I had a very good tonic massage (deep tissue massage) at the spa. The lady who gave me the massage was caring and professional. She would remind her colleagues who kept chatting loudly outside of my room to be quiet and ensured I have a relaxed experience. I highly recommend the spa and the tonic massage. It was a complete full body deep tisssue massage, from toe to hair. Well done. One more reason to visit Agadir again.

My husband and I was here in December 2022, it was a pleasant experience with Itrane Spa Agadir! So after checking some reviews, we decided to go to this Spa. They have a free pickup and drop to your hotel. At the entrance, a warm smile and Marocain spa scent welcoming us. On site we decided to take Marocain body scrub and of course massage. It has been 2 years I did not get any "real" massage, so decided to get a Tonic massage. Honestly it's the best massage that I had for a such price!! Soleha, the masseuse really doing a great job, I highly satisfied with all the cracks she did and my body love it too!!!!!! All my body aches are gone 🤣 My husband had a regular massage, and also content with the service. One day when we comeback to Agadir, we would love to comeback to Itrane Spa again :) and thank you so much for your hospitality!

I feel really bad about writing this review. Initially the guy was hospitable, massage was amazing, hammam was ok not bad. But this guy turns out to be a liar and scammer, kept asking for more money and then tried to sell me more overpriced stuff. He will try to get as much money as possible and charge u a lot. I don't recommend this place only because of this receptionist guy Abdelkarim. He smells of alcohol also so I'm sure he's drinking all the time.

It was our first hammam experience, so we cannot compare and our review may be subjective. We went as a couple and booked services threw whatssap very easily. I had a hammam and facial treatment and my husband hammam and massage. We were picked up from hotel (included in price), first we had to leave our valuables in a locker, then went to a changing room, where we left our clothes in another locker. We were given disposable underwear (no top part for the woman) and flip flops and we went togheter in the hammam room. There were no other clients, only us and the two ladies. We really enjoyed the scrubbing. After, each of us went in a different room, for the facial treatment and the massage. The staff didn't speak much english, and we don't speak french, but somehow it worked out. Overall it was an interesting experience that I recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at Itrane Spa with a 90 minute Berber couples massage - the Spa staff were really friendly and welcoming and it was really easy to get in touch to book a massage at relatively short notice. Our masseuses were brilliant ladies and we felt really rejuvenated and relaxed throughout, and lovely to finish our massage with a glass of delicious Berber tea! Excellent massage, very thorough head to toe leaves you with a feeling of wellbeing. I had a massage after a hammam so got the full works this included a taxi from the hotel nearby, all for 350DH for 90 minutes of spa treatment. In hotel spas were charging double!
