Was very disheartened with this place, the receptionist explained what was going to happen before I went in and it all sounded great. Had to strip off completely (which I expected but the receptionist said different) then they give you this papery thong thing to wear which was very uncomfortable as I am on the larger side. Then 1 women came in to the little hot room I had been placed into and didn't say anything to me and just started chucking water all over me like as naughty child who got covered in dirt. Then put this exfoliating scrub on me and just said to 'relax', I couldn't relax, all you could hear was people talking loudly outside the room. Then another woman comes in and scrubs my body with the most coarse scrubbing mitt I have every felt and basically rubbed me red raw and sore! Then chucks water all over me and then puts on to me very thinly this black soap, then says to 'relax', which again was not happening. The same woman comes back in and starts shampooing my hair then again chucks loads of water right over my head then hands me the water scoop and tells me to wash myself, and again I was left on my own which seemed like ages! I got given a towel to wrap around me and then ushered upstairs to be massaged. Now the upstairs looked lovely and i was hoping my opinion of this place was going to change........nope it stayed the same. I got up on the massage table and the woman but a cream or oil onto one of my feet and disappeared for about 10 minutes, and once she came back she spent about another 15 minutes massaging that one foot! Then continued up my body a bit faster as I think she realised she was running out of time. But the massage itself wasn't great, she was too light to the touch, I could hardly feel what she was doing. But then she still kept disappearing anyway as another one of the staff members kept coming in to talk to her, so she would go outside the curtain and just talk for a few minutes here and there. So overall I thought this was a very poor service, will not be going back.

This is the last time we'll b going there. I went there in 2013 and we were happy but this time was catastrophic. First the hamam was cold and the employer complained about her life all the session and she wanted money from my husband! He was on towel going to the massage room but she made him go out to the dressing room first to bring her tips! The other one in the massage room finished in 15min and it was anything but massage and wanted money also. My husband gave her 50dh (5€) and she wanted more.. I think that was unprofessional

Pid for 1 hour massage. She finished the massage 15 minutes early? If i wanted 45 minutes then I would have asked for that! Wont be going again and will be telling all friends to not go!

Avoid this place at all cost! All the good reviews were valid for the previous owner! Went there for a Haman and left in complete shock. The walls are full of mold from bottom to top which is a huge health-risk. On top of that all the mats for lying down look really gross. The hamam was done rushing (which was good because you don’t want to stay here) and the shower afterwards is really not sufficient at all.

I went to BO Massage as a treat and boy what a treat. The massage was amazing, it was for 2 hours and every minute was used to massage all the pain from my body. It made my birthday a very lovely birthday indeed. Thank you Malika (not sure if that's how you spell it) you made my day 😀

Had a great Hammam massage here. Collected by owner's husband and taken to pleasant and modern facility. The Hammam scrub was really invigorating, followed by an excellent all body massage - I haven't felt so good in ages. Masseuses were very pleasant and professional. Returned to my hotel by same driver. A very pleasant and highly pleasant experience! Also I was amazed that the price was so reasonable considering the quality of the experience. Top marks!

Recommend by TUI rep from the Riu Palace Takida hotel. I would rate only this as 3 star experience. There was mould on the walls and ceiling in the hamam rooms. Massage was good by too soft for me. Best to look elsewhere and visit the place before you part from your money. I have had 5 star hamam experience in Turkey and was totally a different experience.

Hammam was recommended by tui rep. Would rate it 3star, place look small n never ever I had massage first then scrub. Even then was rushed. Rooms were really small n dirty. Steam room for scrub, us 5 ladies were all put in 1 room together waiting on each other to have out turns. Felt embarrassing n like prison room.. needs to be cleaned. Whilst massage the beds underneath has cob webs. No time to relax. Was completely rushed throughout.

Been there on Tuesday 16th of may 23. Although the place could do with a redecor especially wet room but here’s the twist , the magic of “Emaan” beats it all. Very friendly and professional. Guy who owns it is very friendly too. I will be visiting this place again next time I am in Morocco. I am sure other masseurs at this place are good too. So give her a break 🙏🏽😄

Best hammam experience in Agadir, would definitely recommend! The hammam room is private and squeaky-clean, loving the massage room, exquisite ambiance and aromatic! Staff were amicable despite the language barrier. They were accommodating and professional. For whoever visiting Agadir please visit this hammam place! Great deal for 2 hours hammam + massage including pick-up and drop-off service. This place is cash only, we didn't have cash but Samira (driver) helped us to go to nearest ATM. Having arranged a Hammam and massage for 2 hrs via email and not ever had one! I dealt with Mustapha who was brilliant he even arranged a taxi from the airport to my apartment I was collected for my 2 hour Hammam and massage by Khalid and taken to Bo Spa I was greeted by Ali and Samira who explained what would happen Basically I was taken to get changed into a pair of disposable black pants and taken to the Hammam by a lady who simply washed me all over and then soaped my entire body and I mean entire body ( don’t be shy) and then told to lie down on the warm marble bench for about 20 minutes After which she scrubbed me down with an exfoliating mit which was a great experience Then I was re soaped and washed down with several buckets of warm water! Once that was finished I was taken for my massage by a girl named Hefna ( I think) She gave me a full body massage with medium pressure which was very thorough and professional for an hour It was thoroughly enjoyable After I got changed I was taken to reception where Khalid was waiting for me to take me back to the apartment The whole experience was amazing so much so that my wife came two days later and she loved it so much I paid for her to again with my stepdaughter who is now a changed person for the better after her experience at Bo Spa Definitely going back next year I highly recommend this place and the people there

This place is a secret spot for pampering yourself. I visited the second time before flying home. The massage ladies here are too good at their job, the haman is something special which I have not tried before and the price is affordable

The hotel rep from love holidays recommended this Hammam massage to Us as part of are activities. I Was picked up from hotel,when I got in greeted by lovely lady. Then taken into this sauna like room. They scrubbed my body with aragon oils and scrubs,it was absolutely 💯 the best massage I have ever had 2 hours of scrub cleaning then a beautiful massage by another lady. Who was so nice and was always asking if everything was good. Alhamdulilah it was paradise ✨️ 😍 🙌🏽 Thank you to all the ladies who worked hard to get rid of my stress and knots in every part of my body. The place was perfect. You can experience something different and unexpected. We had Hammam and facial treatment. After this, you are going a few kg less as all dead skin is gone. lol definitely recommend this place. Also very important, highly qualified personnel, they know what to do. I took my group and price was agreed over whats app message, after massage Abdul and his wife changed thier tone and demanded 300dh extra. It's outrageous , please avoid this place and massage and other service is not good.PLEASE AVOID. We from Uk

Definitely worth a visit the staff are excellent at making you feel relaxed and at ease the full body scrubs and wash was amazing the staff work hard to rid you of your dead skin and rejuvenate you. The full body massage is just perfect with enough rough massage and gentleness combined and a relaxing atmosphere for you to unwind well worth every penny and the team work very hard I will be visiting again when we return to Morocco

Excellent value! Had a relaxing deep massage and a body scrub. My only criticism would be the relaxing massage should have come after the body scrub but in any event, I throughly recommend this place. Thank you.

Booked through hotel but I'm sure you can go direct. First hamam experience but it was done well, massage good too although I have little to compare it to- although I once spilt olive oil down my leg wearing shorts and had to try and wash it off, and I suppose it was a bit like that.
